Great company. I got my 2500 Chevy express stuck up to the rear axel in a muddy field and they pulled it out in less than a half hour. I would definitely recommend Kennedy towing

I can t say enough about the care Myles took of me, my family and my vintage camper. Our insurance company was awful and we waited nearly 5hrs for a tow because of their poor communication, but Myles came quickly and handled hauling my camper. He communicated the entire time and was very comforting and assuring us that he would take great care of our camper. I m thankful he was the guy that showed up after an incredibly long and stressful day. I trust that my camper is safe and secure while we wait for the insurance to do their job. Great service! Very professional, knowledgeable, and willing to help! My mom s car broken down outside of Yreka late afternoon, we did not know what we were going to do. Myles, very professional, from beginning to the end. When my vehicle was transported to the local dealership Myles treated the service writer with respect and that respect was returned. He obviously was well thought of by the other professionals he works with. His tools were new, well maintained, and he had the skills necessary for his trade. He arrived when he said he would, stayed in contact with through phone and text. I appreciated what he did and the customer service he provided. I wholehearted recommend Myles and Kennedy Towing. His is the only tow service in Shasta County that I ll use when I will inevitably need towing assistance again in the future. Good guy, better service, a great company.

Kennedy is one of (the only?) towing providers for Chevrolet Roadside Assistance in my area. Needed to service twice this year and Kennedy was sent out both times. Actually I think the same driver, too ... The experience was very smooth: Lots of communication before pickup, during pickup, and after drop off at the dealership. I when I had a mishap with my motorcycle in a remote area outside of Weaverville over this past weekend, I called my roadside assistance.From 3 PM to almost midnight, tow company after town company either declined or accepted and later flaked out on retrieving the bike.Kennedy Towing and Transport came through for me/us in the middle of the night, communicating well by text, retrieving the bike, and following up Monday morning to work on next steps with my insurance company.I could not have asked for a better experience. While I haven t seen the bike since it was picked up, I expect that it was treated with the same care that they show in performing their work that I experienced in getting the tow set up.Great service is hard to come by these days, which makes me glad companies like this still exist.I highly recommend Kennedy Towing and Transport.Service: Car towing

Let me start out with saying outstanding job. Miles was such an amazingly respectful and kind person. He had a wonderful attitude and tone in his voice that is hard to come by at times with tow companies. He went above and beyond when my car broke down in a parking lot and he needed a key to tow it, however even after he came and couldn't tow the first time because the key was not there he actually was able to go out of his way to go back and did not make a fuss or have any kind of attitude. He got it towed and where it needed to go. I highly recommend this company they treat you like people not burdens to their time and that is the best quality a company can have.

Miles was nice. He worked with my insurance. He went the extra mile for me and had me call a buddy of his to see how much it would cost for him to fix it. I was quoted by big O tires that it would cost over $2500 to get it fix. I called Miles friend Matt at wrenches in Anderson and told what they said. Saved me over $2000. Great service called and confirmed my location showed up with in 15 minutes of being dispatched in a great truck. Was extremely professional, knowledgeable and respectful. Great communication and scheduling for a quick pick up service. Very knowledgeable and friendly. My vehicle broke down and he recommended a local shop that he uses to get it fixed.I am from Reno and didn t know any good mechanics but his recommendation seemed like solid advice. Our car was STUCK in a 20 yard rut of mud up past our driver side door and I contacted Kennedy Towing. Kennedy Towing is truly the best towing company I have had the pleasure of coming into contact in a difficult situation. I can't imahine ever using anyone else. They were here before the quoted time, handled an old car with care and were unbelievably genetous. They reassured my 10 year old son and I they were more than able to help and they came through wholeheartedly. I would give them a 100% rating and I've never felt that about any company. Please consider them and use them for all towing needs. I know we will. Thank you Kennedys! I couldn't be more grateful. My truck surprised me with ultra spongy brakes this morning. These guys got out there earlier than estimated and got it towed where it needed to go. I was not there, and the truck driver called because he wasn't sure he could make it without getting stuck. This guy, Myles, ended up walking like a mile through snow and ice to bring my truck out where he could load it up. Want someone who goes the extra mile? This guy did it on foot in the ice.*That right there is the extra star. 6/5 star rating. I was so stoked I had to figure out a way to show these guys went beyond 5 star service. I would invite Myles to Thanksgiving dinner and I've never even met him in person.Service: Car towing

Miles was able to strap up my disabled generator so I could get home. No tow needed.
