Daniel and his guys did a fantastic job safely towing our motorhome to the repair shop when we recently broken down in Northern California. When there were unexpected complications during the tow (no fault of theirs) they went above and beyond to help us. Thank you to the whole crew for a job well done!

Great service told me it wood be 40 minutes to reach me it was 40 minutes very respectful and they gave me a quote over the phone that s what he charged me . Very reasonable price. Gave me recommendations for a hotel close . Told me who to go to and who to stay away from which was awesome. When it was done I called a cab it was goin to be 40 minutes for the cab to get to me he told me to cancel and he gave me ride to the hotel. I would recommend this company to any one . Great job Mr Palmer thank you!

Dan Palmer Trucking has been around for years. The man himself, is a wonderful person who takes care of business. He makes sure his equipment is in good condition and he gets the job done. Definitely someone I trust to get the work handled.

This company is not honest when it comes to paying their drivers. Or in communicating when there is a discrepancy in the pay check. No effort to solve the problem.I am in a battle with them at the moment trying to collect over $2.000 in pay shortage for May and June. I have supplied them with spread sheets showing where the mistakes are. This is what they are doing to those who drive for them and I find it appalling to expect their drivers to sit for free at the Paradise clean up. This policy is not in the contract, was never told it was going to be a policy by email, text. My dump truck driver is paid by the HOUR. This is how they are cheating him. You are dispatch for 8 am , You are there early at their staging area to be sent to a street in Paradise to be loaded at your dispatch time. BUT At 7:30 they call your name and send you to a street to get loaded of fire debris, BUT for some reason the ground crew is not ready or has a problem with loading your truck. So you do not get loaded until 9 am . Since you did not get loaded with in 30 minutes of your original dispatch time of 8 am you loose that early start time of 30 minutes and are not paid for your time OF WAITING.Even though they are the ones who sent you to the job site . They started the hourly clock of pay. No driver should have to work for free of their time. Even though I have email the proper people to look into this over 60 days ago. Never heard one word. Emailed once again, Then was told by the person who handles pay discrepancy Dan Palmer Jr. is the one who will handle this after I mention I have been in contact with Good Fellows company over the matter. That was 2 weeks ago and have not heard one word from him. Have talked to a few other brokers and this is not a common practice of not paying a driver for ALL his time. If they are cheating you of all your pay. DO NOT let them get away with it. Does any one have any information as to who over see's the broker companies, or is it just a wild west with them

Cab DP7 cruising on Interstate 5 with an UNCOVERED load of something with the consistency of sand blowing out and damaging the paint of the cars behind it.

Unfortunately, one of their drivers forgot to close the covers on a gravel load, and my windshield was cracked as a result. I called the company expecting a fight, and that I would have to make a police report and go through insurance. Their receptionist, Bailey, was exceptionally courteous and professional. They did the right thing, and replaced my windshield. I cannot thank Bailey enough for getting the problem resolved quickly, despite them being understaffed due to the COVD-19 quarantine.

These guys are crooks! They are currently illegally withholding pay for over 500 driver for the Northbay Fire Clean Up! They told my husband he had to sign a document to allow them to take legally earned wages before paying for his services! Dan Jr and his son are both very smart crafty wage thieves. They have paid all their drivers and left everyone else out to dry! We were promised pay on on Xmas and guess what it never came as a result ruining our holidays! They currently don t answer our calls while owing us close to 75k. If you want to get paid late and misused this is the company for you!I advise all new and veteran drivers to stay clear this company is ROUGE and they are very comfortable taking your hard earned wages!
