5 out of 5 stars isn't enough for this company. I've never been more satisfied with the work done to my vehicle. Not only was the service great I feel 100% confident and safe in my vehicle. The owner gave me a break down of everything that needed to be done, sent me pictures and kept me updated the entire time. My car was finished within days and you can tell he takes pride in his service. Not only by his efficiency but with his clear communication and dedication to his craft. Highly recommend. I will not be going anywhere else.

Couldn't give enough stars to this repair shop! Our car lost control on the freeway in a freak hail storm, skidded into a barrier and the steering got badly damaged. We got towed to Justin's shop, he came from home to look at the car (this was a Saturday night), took us to a hotel, then on a Sunday morning gave us a lift to our Turo. Through the repair process he gave us detailed updates and advocated for quality parts with Progressive, who were not making it easy. Car looks and drives great! Justin knows what he is doing, takes pride in his work and he is a kind person.

Stopped by to get the suspension checked after a track day and a destroyed lower control arm. Justin quickly picked up the phone and said he would wait for my arrival longer than the anticipated closing time - he was great! He thoroughly inspected the underbody of the car and quickly diagnosed a snapped bolt on my lower control arm (installation performed badly somewhere else a long time ago).Justin provided a fair, honest quote - without trying to upsell different products and random repairs. While the repair could not be performed there given the late time (it was a Friday right before sundown) and limited parts (the bolt is torque to yield) supply, I would still recommend others to perform services there if in the area.The waiting area also has comfortable sitting, a big tv and coffee machine.

Great service, Justin is one of the best mechanics i have ever had , he lets you know everything that needs to be done in great detail and makes sure it's fixed the first time and he doesn't over charge for his services very fair .

I can unhesitatingly recommend Justine's shop Auto Inc.He replaced the motor in a 1987 Chevy motor home for me.Several accessories were worn out and no longer available, he and Vince fabricated replacements which worked good as new.Attention to detail and a "nothing too much trouble" attitude as well as Justine's approachable personality made for a very satisfactory experience. A reasonable price did not hurt either.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Engine repair, Auto exhaust system replacement

easily my best experience with an auto shop. the owner, justin, saved my trip and was way more generous than he needed to be towards a stranger.my car broke down in redding on my way north to alaska for my summer job. i broke down on a saturday which meant most shops were closed, so i called about 20 different shops that were open on the weekend. all of them either didn t do repairs on weekends or were booked out by a week minimum and wouldn t help me. justin returned my call and immediately started problem solving with me trying to figure out how he could help me. he called a tow truck from andersons towing, came down and reopened the shop after he had already left for the day, and got to work on diagnostics. after about 2 hours he had figured out what was wrong and started calling around to parts stores to see what the eta was going to be for getting me back on the road. when none of the shops had the parts, he personally drove me to the nearest motel and showed me around the strip so that i knew where the grocery store and fast food locations were. i had to stay in a motel from saturday night through wednesday morning until the parts came in to the shop from the dealer. he kept me in the loop through the whole process and was very honest with me about the work that needed to be done. he showed me the old parts that he said needed to be replaced, showing me the reasons they failed the way they did and how the new parts would mitigate certain issues.the staff of the shop were all kind and friendly as they let me hang out in the waiting room for many hours while my car was worked on.my experience with justin and his shop was nothing short of a miracle. he did not have to come in on the weekend, call a tow for me, and run diagnostics for two hours on my car, and he did not have to drive me to the motel personally, he did all of this because he s clearly a good person with a great heart, and an honest mechanic who knows his stuff.

I highly recommend this auto shop! Young Single mom stuck on side of the mountain with my toddler. Justin answered the phone off the clock left his sons football game and came to the rescue. He grabbed all 4 parts I needed to fix my water pump, serpentine belt and thermostat housing and ETC!! This man went ABOVE & beyond! The price for this whole situation was well worth it. Justin and his crew do great work and are very professional. I was recommended this shop after my f250 diesel broke down on I-5 and was taken care of in a timely manner. Justin takes great care of any concerns and is very honest about what s best for your vehicle. They don t overcharge at all either. Definitely a great establishment. Justin and crew are amazing. He went above and beyond to recondition my ugly little pt cruiser. These are NOT easy cars to deal with. He was consciousness of my budget while recommending all necessary repairs. He did this by working with me and SHOWING me the exact problem, what needs to be done and why. Only the best mechanics are transparent and honest throughout the entire process. Dealerships hide behind closed doors. 100% recommend. Excellent customer service! Air conditioner was not working and everywhere in town was backed up for at least a week. Justin got us in with minutes and had the air conditioner fixed in less than an hour, including the time to get the part delivered. At an extremely fair price! Highly recommend!

I had some semi major engine work done on my f-150 pick up and he did a very fine job. It runs great used good parts even did a few extras for me. He has also become a good friend . Gave me a discount for being a Viet Nam Veteran also. You don`t get that everywhere ya know. Never going anywhere else i found a great shop .Check him out--Justin rocks !!!. Bruce Wilson. !!

Were from Montana here for a wildland fire assignment and needed some repairs done. Justin and his crew are the coolest guys and bent over backwards to get us taken care of. We had a couple of unforseen extra repairs and he stayed late to make sure that we got everything fixed so we could go back on the fire.I cannot even leave a good enough review for these guys. I will recommend them to anybody, any day of the week.

Excellent quality service on very short notice when our brushfire engine went down and threatened to strand us on the side of the road. Staff were excellent to other customers for the entire day we were outside their shop and made sure we were safe to get out on the line, will reccomend to anyone who needs a skilled, trustworthy mechanic to get back on the road.

Had a new transmission installed but when the transmission showed up he never showed me where it was from or nothing Had nothing but problems with the 1st transmission 2nd transmission and it's still having problems Charge me almost $4000 for the work that was done And he messed my Wife's car up real bad Would not recommend to anyone Sorry buddy after 3 times of you trying to fix it i didn't want you to work on my truck you've done such a bad job that I don't want you to touch my vehicle anymoreServices: Transmission, A/C installation & repair
