I gotta say right off the bat that this place is TOP NOTCH!my family and I just moved up state and noticed we were having an issue with our charging system potentially, sure enough it was the battery. I found out about Anderson Automotive through my IG account and I m glad I did because we now have a place to take our vehicle to get pampered. Jake helped me and was a champ. If you haven t already and live in the area or not you gotta bring your car to Anderson automotive because they truly care and their customer service is far and beyond any service I ve ever received. Keep up the great work Anderson Automotive!!

This was my first time going to Anderson Automotive, and i will now be going to them for all of my car needs! They were so friendly and helpful, going above and beyond for not only myself but all customers that i saw them helping while i was there. Super cute and comfy waiting area also. I highly recommend Anderson Automotive!!

These people are life savers! Fit me in last minute, free loaner vehicle at no cost for a week, explained the processes, costs, let you go in the bay to see you vehicle, and the best customer service with everyone I've interacted with. Not pushy with prices, great warranty on parts AND labor. Won't go anywhere else now that I've found Anderson Automotive!

We had a trip to make on short notice. I called them, ask if they can fix the heating problem that recently happened. Anthony told me they would try their hardest. They were able to fix it in one day. Adam the mechanic who I have known about 23 years. He knows how to fix any problem Great job Anderson Automotive

I came in for an oil change and smog test. I relocated to Redding recently from the Bay Area, and have never received such friendly, quality, and timely service. Jake took his time to make sure I had everything I needed, and I was very comfortable in their waiting area while my service was completed. I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you for the wonderful service!

Jake, is very nice. He welcomed me in with a smile. Jake took me out to see the undercarriage of my car. I met Brice, the mechanic that explained the undercarriage of my car. They are very thorough here. I am very glad I took my car here. I will return in the future for the maintenance on my car. Very nice shop and service with a smile. Thank you

Went in for an oil change paid an amazing price for my truck also they helped me out big time fixing a part before I hit the road to Colorado. They were more than accommodating for my 3 kids that I had to bring as well, from snacks to many things to do! Very pleased and will be recommending and coming back!

From the moment in making contact with Anderson Automotive, sharing my concerns about my vehicle, to the need for current transportation, my vehicle and I were taken care of. Rob was in communication, went through inspection, explained what was needed for maintenance, and recommendations for my vehicle. Rob picked out a courtesy vehicle for me to use till my vehicle was ready - A Courtesy Vehicle! All the employees I came into contact with were very helpful, I highly recommend Anderson Automotive, excellent service

This review is long overdue! The folks at Anderson automotive are nothing short of awesome. I ve had both a brake job and a repair done there and got excellent work and service. They also have really great prices. Go check them out!

Anderson Automotive is the best place, how many places are going to lend you a car so you don't have to worry how to get to work until your car is done, they are very friendly, and helpful! I would recommend this place to anyone!

Kyle and the whole crew did an excellent job on my car!! A big thank you for fixing my massive power steering leak and for making my car in the green I highly recommend Anderson Automotive and give them a 10++++ star's for sure!! Very pleased with the knowledge and explanation given for complete vehicle care. The home shuttle service was a real plus as I had no way to travel when they kept my vehicle. Their pleasant atmosphere will bring me back again. Thank You

Always feel treated with respect and the way they display the problems with your vehicle with a text link or an email, including a breakdown of what they ll do to fix it and pictures, they re just the best around. Just picked my car up this morning after experiencing some discouraging problems and within three days, I was cruising down the highway again with a smile on my face!

After the owner reaching out to me, I am going to give them the benefit of doubt. My services were completed in a timely manner and all needs were met. I am still skeptical on how the bill played out, but in the end it was corrected and the owner did take time out of his day to reach out immediately. I would just remind everyone to always inspect your bills. Humans aren't perfect and neither is technology. Thank you

I am absolutely blown away by this place.... The customer service, communication, pricing, loaner vehicle, clean environment, happy atmosphere, and turn around time. Absolutely shocked. I know "Nic N Nick" from a different kind of relationship and when my "check 4 wheel drive" light came on, I wanted to give them a shot (my Jeep warranty is up anyways, so let's support local friends). I was introduced to Matt, and he became "my guy".We made an appointment, checked me in super fast, and he had a loaner vehicle on hold for me. He kept me in the loop with every step. Gave me the recommendations from the service tech but wasn't pushy about it. Matt was extremely informative and easy to work with. Pricing was incredible in my opinion, and they even offer options after hours (electric payment through link, key pick up in lock box, and key drop off of loaner car).I'm just SO impressed by this place. Highly recommend to anyone and everyone and I don't want to go anywhere else.Thank you guys so so much! Still just absolutely blown away!

Was charged full price for a smog cert that never happened. Simple air leak was not addressed. Not what I expected. Have had great service up till now.

I took my car in for an oil change & asked them to check the in cabin air filter. They would of checked them without me asking They it was out of alignment. I felt very comfortable that Aaron was being truthful. You see I was in the automotive field for 25 years and all the honest mechanics are about gone but now I have found Anderson Automotive. Seeing the customers bringing & picking up their vehicles was amazing. No hassle, just good honest & knowledgeable people. I will never go anywhere else other than Anderson Automative from now on. We had a really bad experience at another local automotive place and when we explained our situation to Anderson Auto, they were more than accommodating. They provided a rental vehicle for the entire time they had our car in the shop, they also provided a shuttle to pick us up to get the rental car and most importantly they actually fixed the problem our car was having. They also did a thorough inspection on the vehicle, provided pictures and notes for me to look over and were the most kind and sincere individuals, specifically Anthony and Jake and every other person that helped at the front and even the shuttle driver! They also provide a warranty which makes me feel even better about going here, knowing they take accountability for the work they do. They do honest work and make sure the client is fully taken care of. I really can t thank this company enough. They have me as a client for life and I will only recommend this auto shop. Thanks again Anderson Auto, you really helped me out and I m beyond grateful.

The best shop I ve been to yet, I went in for an oil changed but they did a full inspection also and even replaced my brake light at no cost to me. A+++ will recommend this shop Anderson automotive best place in town in my opinion. Keep up your hard work.

Anderson Automotive is absolutely amazing. I believe it s a husband and wife locally owned. Their business is so clean has coffee and they help you as quickly and proficiently as possible. All the guys , gal(s) and beef neck are absolutely great. They ve gone above and beyond calling around for an out of town toe recently. I can t rave about this business enough if you need any car or truck related repairs, go to Anderson Automotive.

Had a 60, 000 mile maintenance performed on my Toyota Tacoma. This included replacement of all fluids, new serpentine belt, brake inspection & other inspections. Honest explanation of service to be done with excellent customer support. The service writer and technician were very knowledgeable and completed the work in a timely manner.

As I was in the office I noticed several people coming in from out of town, some recurring customers and others first timers. every person was treated with respect and also given all the information they needed. I had some car work done and it was done in a timely manner even though the lights went out in Anderson for awhile. I ll be going back for sure because they are professional and welcoming at the same time. thanks for everything guys/gals yall are amazing.

I am really impressed by the entire experience I had. I needed my brakes replaced. Jake my advisor and all the staff are top notch. Very professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this place for any repairs.

Loved the friendliness of the staff and they did a full inspection of our vehicle. They only made suggestions and didn t try to pressure us into purchases. I would definitely recommend them.

My first visit with them was today and it was awesome! They took me out and showed me what was wrong with my vehicle and didn't try to up sell any services or parts. They had me back on the road in a reasonable amount of time.

Great service, knowledgeable staff, reasonable price and a big plus - they give you rides and pick you up when car is done! I was able to do it without losing a day from work and no need to find a ride! Would recommend them to anyone!
