I bought a 22 years old used Caterpillar forklift from Cody at Wild West Lift Trucks. Cody offers 60 days warranty for the purchase. I found there were 2 spots of minor oil leak with the forklift after I received the machine. One is under the engine. Another one is under the hydraulic system. Cody comes on site 3 times to fix/repair the oil leak. Now the machine has no leak. I appreciate that Cody keeps his promise. I highly recommend Cody and Wild West Lift Trucks!

We bought a used forklift from Cody at Wild West Lift Trucks. He was very patient and helpful as we sorted out what we needed. He was able to get it delivered to our site (20 hours of driving!) It s exactly what we needed, and we would definitely do business again.

We have a warehouse with 8 forklifts. Cody & his team are very professional and always on time. When ever we need service or tires, we call Cody. The first time we hired wild west was to add new tires to our fleet. While cody was working on the lifts, he mentioned that he gave us a complimentary service estimate on all the forklifts. He noticed some serious concerns about one of our forklift's motors. After pulling it apart, we noticed how neglected the previous owner was to the lift. Cody got it working and humming like a new champ! We have now been on a monthly service plan for the past 8 months. No issues. Great service and great sense of humor! 5 star service!

I have several forklifts used heavily for our offshore maritime support company. WWLT has always solved my problems and made it ridiculously simple to get my trucks working asap. They have worked on all our forklifts and I ve purchased 36k units from them as well. I wouldn t choose another company and im a total supporter of the employees and the owner. They ve always treated me well and never let me down.

We had a brand new stacker that was delivered but unfortunately had a small leak inside the machine. Cody was contacted and immediately was able to come out and diagnose the issue. We ordered the new part and Cody returned as soon as the part arrived to install the new piece. The machine is working even more smoothly and quietly than before. Very impressed with Cody and Wild West.

Very satisfied with my month and a half forklift rental. Definetly recommend this place, good price and great communication with coddy(owner). He is a very comprehensive person who was able to rent me the forklift another week without paying the additional week first because i was short on money. But paid after i was done using it. Will come back for another rental :)

Cody and his team went above and beyond. They replaced some seals on my 98 skid steer bobcat and literally hunted down a part that was sold new at the dealer. They saved me 1500 by finding that part. In my opinion Cody is well rounded and knowledgeable in Hydrualics. I will continue to use Wild West for future service on my machines. Thank you very much.

Great service all around from the guys here. They work to not drop the ball and find you a solution that works best for you no matter what. Cody made to sure to look at all possible avenues on finding a transportation method for an odd job.

We use our forklift every day. Having it not work is not an option. We called two other places and they said the wouldnt be able to do fix our emergency before the end of the day. We told cody we dont care about price, we need our lift working. He PERSONALLY showed up with a smile & quickly got to work. I learned a lot about out forklift and that our guys were parking them and turning the off incorrectly. The lift was fixed within 2 hours. After asking our guys a few questions, we made the decision to get out men recertified to help prevent the same issue on our lifts. So far so good on the repair. It turns on right away & is quieter than before we had Cody work on it. Whatever he did, he's got the magic touch. Thank you Cody! 5 stars from us!

Cody and the guys were extremely helpful! They didn t even have the model number of my forklift but they were able to deduct with their knowledge what year and what model number my forklift was. Made the repairs and I was on my way! Thanks guys

They are truly like savers! They showed up in less than half an hour and fixed everything and saved me from bunch of thieves southwest Toyota in Anaheim go ahead and bless their business and don t even doubt to call them!!

Needed an annual service for our fork lift. Called these guys and arranged for a day when we could afford time without ours. They showed up, did what we asked and it was done in a very timely manner. The final bill did not exceed our quote which was great. Will use again.
