I made the appointment 1 week in advance at 2 pm for an oil change and two hours passed service was done and I told them to bring my car back because I didn t want to waste more time at this stupid service place .Their employees need to learn some customer service and some manners.Don t make appointments if can t do it you clowns

I just want to send a thank to the Toyota service team, specifically, Niko. I had an appointment for an oil change and basic service, but I needed to make sure I had my car back ASAP in order to attend plans I already had later that day. Niko had great communication and really understood my situation and went above and beyond to get my car serviced. Big shout out to you Niko. We greatly appreciate it! p.s. loved the complimentary donuts and coffee while waiting!

simple oil change, my appointment was at 9 am in the morning. Did not get my car back until 12:20. There was no we are sorry nothing. Do better. I don't understand why should make the appointment was at this point.

Another horrible experience at this dealership. I spent $90,000 on two brand new RAV4 vehicles. This is a return for a free oil change based on the horrible service we had last time where it took all day with no communication to get my sons vehicle back to him. Once again, they ve managed to operate at the same standard with my son, dropping off his car for a 9 AM appointment And the dealership not returning it until 5:30 PM. My son left his phone number with the dealership service representative but instead they turned around and called my work number?? Why I don t know because we didn t leave that number with them. My son even called back and left messages and called for the service rep and cannot get accurate information as to when the vehicle would be done.. finally, my wife is taking my son to pick up his vehicle at 5:30 PM, a nine hour day to get in oil change done with no communication once again. The service representative, blamed it on our phone numbers as the problem, my son told him I gave you my phone number in the morning. Why would you call my father s work phone number instead ? even when my son called in the middle of the day. And left a new message. It was with his phone number again the same one that he gave in the morning.? There s such a high level of incompetence here I ve never had three negative experiences in a row to get a simple oil change done. My salesman was awesome when we bought the vehicles but it s obvious to me their service center really has no idea on how to conduct business keeping the customers time in mind with proper communication.

Broken promises and dishonesty to customers!! Crom Reed, the assistant service mgr, promised my car to be ready by 12pm, 8/26/20. I had some place to be and it was 95 degress F outside. At 12:05pm, I noticed my truck still parked outside in the same parking space. So, I asked Crom about the status of my truck and he answered the mechanic is working on my truck at the moment. Even though I could clearly see my truck outside and nobody was working on my truck, Crom lied to my face! I understand if things get delayed, but I don't appreciate being lied to about it. I deserve the respect of being told the truth when I am a customer paying for a service. All of this drama... for a simple oil change!

Victor and his team in the service department made sure I left a satisfied and happy customer. Went in for just tire rotations and issues came up with studs. They were able to take care of the issue free of charge.. I'm so grateful I've only been sharing it with my toyota friends and family.

I towed my car in due to it randomly not starting one night (no issues previously with this happening). Service advisor stated there was diesel in fuel tank (although I had been driving it for 4 days when I last filled it up with gas, and the gas station that I last went to does not even sell diesel after calling them to confirm and get copy of my receipt). I was charged 180 dollars for this diagnosis and was told I needed to pay an additional 500+ dollars to drain and clean the fuel tank since it was contaminated with diesel. After repeatedly instructing service advisor that I had last filled up 5 days ago (driving 100+ miles with no issues) and went to a station that does not sell diesel he still continued to say I put diesel in the car and I just don't remember doing so (he also noted it happens to a lot of people who come in after accidentally doing this). I decided to take it to another mechanic just to get a second opinion and was told there is no diesel in my vehicle and that it was running fine. I am incredibly dissatisfied as I paid 180 dollars for a misdiagnosis. This was my first and last visit to this place.EDIT: Josh, the General Manager was incredibly helpful and apologized about what had happened. He notified me that he would be giving me a full refund. Thank you for your help and resolving the issue for me!

Complete lack of acknowledgement when I arrived. Several service advisors/personnel were visible in a few offices playing on their cellphones. I walked into a guy named Yousfat (sorry for incorrect spelling). He said he could be bothered, go down a few offices to find someone else. OK...waived down another guy who seemed visibly annoyed that he had to help me. He checked me in and told me he had no idea how much my oil change was going to cost $19.95 on the coupon or $40 more. Bad taste in my mouth already, 300% higher price than on the coupon for an oil change?! That's like ordering a $9.99 burger special and getting charged $29.99 to add cheese. It's not the $ it's the feeling of getting ripped off. Glitches in the app declining the additional services being sold. Pickup was the same, this time it was a ghost town, the same guy Youssef (his name was on his office) told me to go bother someone on the other side. Probably won't come back, and I'll share my poor experience

I am a transporter and can tell when staff is friendly and trustworthy by the way the treat driver's. This staff is on point, I would shop here.

I felt they were courteous but not warm. They now have an outside bathroom , like an upgraded port-a-potty. They also used to provide coffee and donuts for free while you wait, but no longer. It has been awhile since I've been there, so I don't know when all the changes were made

Toyota care first service it is an express service per Marina..As this was our first service appointment, it Took longer than expected. Brian the advisor said he would be right with us after tending to another customer but he slipped out the waiting room and forgot about us. Marina was nice to apologize for the wait. Thumbs up to Marina. I must say I will try another service location and see how things go. We were there almost three hours, not a happy camper:)

I wrote from my husband account before and THEY DELETE my post so here I go againWe went to toyota at that location because we were on vacations and our AC stopped working for a day so we thought it would be best to check it before driving back home.They said they would charge us only if they find the error as it was working again. They told us something was wrong in the AC blower motor and needed to be replaced. We paid almost $200 for that.We decided to wait and do it at home if we needed it.Back home we forgot about it because the AC was working normal.We review it one start before , someone contacted us and said they will get back to us after investigations .... then they deleted our comment and never got back at us.... Is almost over two months and THE AC WORKS PERFECTLY FINE.We felt that we paid almost $200 and at this point it feels that it was for NO REASON.So unprofessional and unclear .Definitely not recommended this placeService: Air & cabin filter replacement

it's been 4:45 hours and my truck hasn't been touch yet still siting at their back parking lot. I asked a service sales representative about my truck and when to "check" and came back to tell me that it was on the final stage of the repair when it stll sitingback there untouched. ..I only brought it for my 5th schedule maintenance but more likely I will go all the way to Toyota of Orange where at least they are honest with their answers when falling behind. This is my 3rd visit to this dealership for my 21 Tundra and the second time that they make me think about their service department really not on top of their customers best interests.Service: Oil change

I waited more than 3 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. After two hours of waiting, I was told if I don't want to wait anymore,they can bring me my vehicle so I can leave?!What?? After two hours of waiting? I will never use them anymore. Don't waste your time and money, find a better place to do your business.Service: Oil change

Very happy I found Miller Toyota. This is one of the best place in 15 miles. Living in the area from last 20 years I have visited pretty much all dealerships time to time but the employees here are very humble knowledgeable and dedicated. Not only that the email you the receipts the inspection reports and the recommendations. Five star service five star employees just five star five star five star. Also Erica & Francis Ponce are the 2 stars of this Location.

They were so kind. At first I was skeptical because they said they didn't require masks in the service area and I had forgotten mine but when I got there they provided me with one and took care of my car thank you for everything

Edwyn and his team were amazing, Although the service center was backed up, he was able to assist me get a rental so I could make it to an appointment on time. I went in after receiving a recall notice in the mail. The service writer was unpleasant and gave poor customer service!I will not return to this location!

Service team including manager Allen B did not care for customers who were waiting to be checked in. There were groups of employees busy socialising this includes Allen B. Took over 15 minutes, before anyone acknowledges our presences. This made the DMV workers look 10 times more efficient. Hope the leadership and team improves. Good Luck.

Martin Miller did an exemplary job of ensuring that my vehicle got the needed repairs on short notice. I'll be bringing it back this Friday for some additional stuff. I admit I was kind of demanding but that didn't faze him.

Awful service, my fiance's Prius decided to power off and force the car to an immediate stop while she was doing 70 on a freeway and nearly killed her and it was because of an issue that came manufactured by them. And when I called and told them what happened all they said was that there was a recall on said part that caused my fiance to almost die but the recall has ended and what happened isn't there problem anymore and then they hung up. Use to love Toyota but after that call I'll never buy from them again and I'll make sure anyone I know hears about this and cuts ties with Toyota

the sale clerk in the store where you buy stuff/ keys was not nice . He just told me to buy new key not even bother to check or show concern of my problem. He just kinda demand to buy new key for almost $300 . Not recommended.
