I saw they had this part 45100-0K111-B0 available and in stock, so I emailed them to check if indeed it was for sale, they said it would take 10 business days to deliver so I went ahead and placed the order, paid them on June 28th. They later sent a vague email 2 days later saying my order #2167 was cancelled without explaining why and I should receive the refund within 5 days. Today has been 12 days since they cancelled the order and I have not received the refund! . BTW the part 45100-0K111-B0 is still available for purchase on their website at the time of this review. This might be a scam! be careful!

On June 15th my bf went for a Fuel Clamp for his 2019 Tacoma. They had the part in stock many other locations we called and visited did not. The younger staff member went above and beyond to make sure my bf purchased the correct part, and saved my bf a journey to "pick your part ." The young man even walked out to the truck to make sure it fit.

Mark-up at parts counter is about 80% above MSRP.So if a part is $100 MSRP.. This dealer will charge $180 (carryout).. same part would be $70 if ordered online from other dealers.I've never seen a dealer charge more than 10% over MSRP for a carryout part.

My service advisor, Robert was helpful and explained how my service might take a while with all the people that were there. It was unfortunate that it take my car almost a full day. Robert is very good!!!

So after 2 other dealers, I landed here at Miller Toyota in Anaheim and they like all the other dealers in the area also had a mark up price above msrp! However after some back and forth and then mostly making thing extremely easy for me by asking me what would it take? So I didn t hold back I told them I didn t need half the stuff on the car however there was a few things I did want that wasn t on there! I told them if they would add those things I d do it and so a little more back and forth and we settled with instead of a down I d get to keep my money and buy the few things I want on my new Tacoma! And best part is they still manage to work into the contract a front TRD grill for me lol which made the deal all that sweeter! If u feel like the price tag is to much u shouldn t own a Toyota cuz this is a forever car!So originally I had Katrina but the place was swamped so I got Edgar after that and Jamie for the deal all 3 are damn good at what they do and they all no how to understand what u want! I talked with them like I knew them and they did the same! Happier with my new 2021 Tacoma off road, so thank again guys u were great!

Long wait. Appt at 830am they lost my priority in line. Terrible service. Will try my luck w another dealer
