Ordered a set of 1.5-2 inch rear drop shackles for my 1992 GMC Sierra SLE 2wd and these shackles are top quality and went on extremely easy with out having to mode the shackle or the truck. Glad I chose this company when I decided to lower my truck a little in the rear. Ride quality stayed good also. Thanks

My kit was a 5.5/2 for a 2003 f150, installation was very nice, everything fit well. Not too sure about 2 aluminum spring spacer s longevity, but fits fine. My only complaint was alignment adjustment cams not included. I was able to get them at local auto parts store. Overall very pleased. Parts are quality made for a great price

I'm updating this review to 2 stars because I got my full refund for a $1000 item that never arrived, after spending 10+ hours and 3 months working this out with Amazon A-to-Z claims.My order never arrived and I had to pull teeth for the whole summer to get refunded. I will admit that it was partially due to issues with Amazon initially sending it to the wrong location and the shipping company losing the tracking number.I spent a lot of time trying to sort this out when it should have been much easier. If a package never shows up and has no confirmation or tracking number, the customer should be refunded 100% of the order. Plain and simple.When the Amazon customer service rep contacted them, they accused me of impersonating her and then sent me the following message:"So we catch you impersonating your self as a Amazon supervisor and you leave us a bad google review. What kind of person are you ? You should me ashamed in your self for acting like this. Ill be escalating this to the TOP of Amazon. Buyers like you should be banned from purchasing things on the internet, ill also be contacting your local SF police department for your crime in impersonation a Amazon supervisor."I understand that selling Amazon is tough for small businesses so I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt. My experience with them was very unprofessional and I would recommend doing business with these people.

Customer service was amazing. Had trouble with the post office not delivering a package and these guys handled everything professionally. Box actually showed up the next day. Super helpful with all my questions. Would definitely use again

She asked all sorts of questions to drill down into my intended use and gave me appropriate recommendations vs just making the sale. Attitude reflects leadership and this rep was top notch!

This was the worst lowering kit I've ever bought. I had given them a good review until I had problems with my drive shaft. They never explained that one to me so before more damage was done I simply removed it and raised the truck bro it's normal look. I basically donated $800 dollars to this company

Ordered a 5 /5 Drop for my 90 Suburban and never received it, I know it s out of the hands of the Suspension Specialist team once it leaves the warehouse UPS delivered it to my front porch but I was not home needless to say I was a victim of a porch pirate. After contacting the Suspension Specialist team various times to do a Lil investigation they were a great help, although I wish I would of received the kit I d had ordered they were able to give me a complete refund. Just want to say thank you for great customer service, looking forward in doing business with you again.

Doing business with them was outstanding I had problems with my post office delivering my order I contacted the suspension specialists to let them know cause they contacted me to see if I got my package and they worked on it to help me trace it down. They went above and beyond I will with no hesitation due business again with them I will due all my ordering through them from now on. Ordering was vary easy if you call you will talk to a real person that is very knowledgeable about there products.

Sam took care of my order and had very good customer service. She was polite and prompt. I researched 8-9 other suppliers and actually ordered a leveling kit(per their instruction) from another outfit. After an extended wait the parts wouldn t work on my 2017Ford F-250 4x4. Suspension Specialist were extremely helpful and informative in quickly ordering the correct lift kit and accessories for my individual needs. I couldn t be more pleased!! Thank you for all the help and service!!

Thank you for a great experience. Customer service was on point. They had in stock what I needed and at the best price. Really got me out of a pinch. I was able to pick up same day and they were mindful of COVID protocols. Will be shopping here again for sure.

Item arrived quicker than expected, it was even delayed by USPS & they were willing to send out more product to replace missing. Fortunately the product arrived that same day they were gonna ship another..THANKS SUSPENSION SPECIALISTS!

I own a 2006 Dodge Ram 1500 5.7L with Nitto Ridge Grapplers on stock rims. Purchased the 4.5"/2" spindle lift kit. The install I would rate a level 3. Level 5 being difficult. Truck now measures 42 inches in the front and rear wheel wells. Gives it the aggressive look I've been looking for. Very satisfied with items and gifts. Really liked I didn't have to mess with the suspension. Kept that stock.

Sold me a kit for one of our work trucks does not fit. I have called multiple times and they say a "specialist" will call me. Trust me if you but anything from them you will need a magician not a specialist. The kit I bought was listed for the vehicle. The upper control arms have less than 1/4 or clearance ....Horrible customer service and incorrect parts, is it to much to call back and confirm you sent the correct parts?

I bought the 6" Lift Kit 2WD w/ Fox Coilover Shocks For 2016 Toyota Tundra Platinum crewmax. If you want to get a 6" Lift without giving up factory ride. This is the way to go. I like the feel and look of the truck. Buy with confidence.

HORRIBLE experience and service. Ordered a lift kit for my truck. 6 months after installation the pro comp shocks that came with the kit blew they were pro comp which have a life time warranty. Contact pro comp they said the shocks are not made for a lift but for stock height and they would not warranty them. Contact suspension specialist they deny this claim by pro comp and refuse to warranty the shocks. Because after they blew a bolt broke off due to not being made for the lift and blamed my driving on it breaking. And the girl who answers the phone is beyond rude and wouldn t even let me get a word in. Horrible product horrible service do not buy a lift from these people.

Installed a Maxtrac 3.5 lift spindle on my 2007 Toyota Tundra dbl cab. Love it !! Gave me the lift I wanted.Debating on installing the 4 in. Rear block.Maxtrac has a great looking product with their fit and finish.Anna @ Suspension Specialists was great.. Thank U

I brought a lift for over 450.00 from this company and went to get installed and it wouldn't fit. Returned it and only received a 227.00 refund. They kept more than 50 percent of what I paid. Then emailed saying that the parts was damaged and could not be resold. But in fact that the parts was never installed on my vehicle.

I would suggest any of your suspension work you have done .You have it done at suspension specialists. Very knowledgeable in all areas. I was also impressed by Anna at the front desk who walked me through every step of the way. I dropped my 2009 Dodge Ram 1500 in for a 3 inch lift kit in the front and shocks all the way around. It was done the next day. Very satisfied thanks again everybody.

The 2"4" drop on my 2001 Tahoe made it look like a flat out gangster. Women be throwing themselves at the vehicle because of its fine stance. Men are jealous and women are envious of the fine stance that has been procured by such a fine product. You need to go to the suspension specialists for all your panty dropping needs. Thank you for the top notch product.

Would give zero stars if I could . Last March shortly after I had a leveling kit installed on my 05 silvarado I called with some concerns about the kit with no help the didn't seem to care . Rite now my vehicle is in the shop going back to stock after it reaked havok on my suspension.

No major complaints with SS, only Superlift because they're getting very cheaply made. Had to replace some washers already due to cracking.
