They shipped this to me in two days. FAST shipping and free. However, I ordered the wrong design. Since I live within 20 miles, I went to them and returned the wheel, got the correct one, and was done is less than 10 minutes. They were willing to send out a return shipping label for me but i needed it before Saturday. But none of this was their fault--it was all me.Friendly and knowledgeable staff. If you are looking for OEM wheels, this is the place to go.

Santa Ana Wheel was great. They have a super stringent process for their wheels and it shows. I am way up in the U.P. of Michigan and as such have limited parts availabilities. Santa Ana Wheel had the original steel wheels I needed for my Toyota Tacoma. I'm in Dallas and hit a pothole in my 2001 Lexus. No wheels locally so I found Santa Ana Wheel on the internet. They hooked me up with a perfect match. $140 plus $23 shipping. They called it "grade C" in appearance. But it's a perfect match. I highly recommend Santa Ana Wheel. Below - two pics of broken wheel, and two with replacement. I had it on 90 minutes after delivery. Thank you!

After I hit a boulder and blew my right side tires and destroyed the rims I ordered a used one from this outfit. The one I ordered came right on time and is perfect. I then ordered the second one (I'd wanted to check the quality before ordering both) which arrive in black instead of silver. I contacted the company at 1330 hours and it was shipped at 1500 hours. They told me to keep the wrong one as an "ugly spare".I think I once dated her...Great bunch of people who actually DO THEIR JOB...Rare these days...

I purchased a New Single 22" 22x9 Alloy Wheel for Cadillac Escalade ESV 2015-2020 Machined Grey Replacement OEM Quality ALLOY RIM 4738 04738 from Santa Ana Wheel about a month ago. This rim is not actually OEM spec for this vehicle and you cannot use your factory center caps, as the drilled center bore is actually for the older model. I spoke with two individuals, the first claimed that replica wheels can be hit or miss with center caps (not really OEM Spec). Both promised to look into it, but would not call back, I have also used live chat twice, but they have only acknowledged the issue, not agreed to make it right, and I sent a letter and waited another week for any kind of solution at all with 0 response across all fronts. After some research, I discovered that this replica is actually for a 2007-2013 Escalade and the bored out hole only fits the old GM center caps with the previous logo and design. I relied on Santa Ana Wheel do right and at-least respond to my 5 attempts at a resolution. I do not recommend Santa Ana Wheel. Find a reputable provider who will actually stand by the products they sell.

Good service - my chromed wheels needed repair. Santa Ana Wheels lend me four wheels while they fixed my chrome wheels.Customer Service was nice and price reasonable.

We became a victim of one of AZ infamous pot hole last week and cracked a rim, so I went looking for a replacement and found another Sana Ana Wheel. I didn't understand that there was more than one color made of my 20 inch for my F150 truck, so after finding what I thought was what I was looking for and placing an order, I got a follow up text requesting a picture of my current rim and it turned out I had ordered the wrong color and it would not match my other rims. Thanks to SAW and Veronica and staff who really helped me out, I have a replacement rim being shipped my direction. Great doing business with you guys and I would recommend you.

I could not find a replacement Audi S7 2016 20 inch wheel here in Australia but located one at Santa Ana. It was well priced and the shipping cost surprisingly low. II wanted to have a 5th wheel for my mighty S7 so that I could rotate when any of the original four wheels got some inevitable rim damage. The wheel arrived safely in about 18 days and it was exactly as described. Some very minor scratches and I had it repainted to match. Their mistake plus my mistake = ?I bought some 18 inch wheels. Thinking it was fine. 3 months later I checked the wheels again, and it was 17 inch.Even though I m past the return period of 30 days, they still fully refunded me (I expected them to tell me I can sell the wheels for a loss)Now what s excellent customer service

We hit a pothole on a highway entrance ramp and ended up with a flat due to a damaged rim. Santa Ana Wheel was able to get us in and fix the rim right away so we could get back on the road within just a few hours. The service was great, staff was knowledgeable, and the price was very reasonable. We were very grateful to have found them.
