My car suddenly starting dying driving down the freeway. Not from this area. I saw they were the closest shop to where my car died and called them to let know I wouldn t be able to get a tow until after they closed Junior told me no problem bring it by and we ll have someone there I ve never had a shop be so helpful and understanding. When I got my car to their shop the owner Juan was beyond friendly and helpful and even though he had a full bay he made a lot ofAccommodations to help me out. Will be telling all my friends and recommending them.Services: Electrical repair, Battery

This place is great! The people and service is great. Real genuine respectful employees and they do a fantastic job. Turn around time is good too. Prices are very reasonable and they will work with you. Definitely would bring my car here again.

I have been having my cars and trucks serviced since day one , which is about 8 or 9 years and l have always been very satisfied with the service my vehicles have received!Management and staff have always beenvery polite and very professional!I strongly recommend Placentia Auto to all my friends and family!

I came in with a funny car situation and was halfway expecting them to laugh in my face, but instead, they were extremely helpful and suggested a few different solutions. They did their best to help me right away, and were so kind and resourceful. They also gave me a great deal and saved me lots of money. I'm grateful for going to them, and definitely recommend them for anyone looking for autobody help in the area!

Really like this place. They can do quality work at a great price. They also are helpful on items other companies can/won't help with, such as, aligning head lights, stopping squeaks, checking dash board lights for free, cosmetic things that come unclipped or break (they help fix). Also, help examine used cars I'm buying. David is easy to work with and works hard.

DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR CARS WATER RESERVOIR FALLING AFTER THEY DO A SIMPLE TUNE UP AND THEN ALL OF A SUDDEN YOUR CAR LEAKS STEERING FLUID LIKE CRAZY. THIS HAPPENED TO MY CAR THAT I HAVE TAKEN CARE OF SINCE I BOUGHT AND NEVER GAVE ME A SINGLE ISSUE UNTIL I WENT TO THIS PLACE. YOU LOOKING FOR A TRUSTWORTHY AND GREAT SERVICE PLACE LOOK UP LEISURE WORLD IN LAKEFOREST.espanolNo recomiendo que vayan a este lugar, mi carro entro sin problemas a este lugar y salio con tornillos faltando y tirando 'steering wheel fluid'. no saben lo que estan haciendo en este lugar. busquen otro lugar pero no vayan aqui, decidi escribir esto por mi muy mala experencia cual no se la deseo a nadie mas.
