I have a 2020 f450 putting on first set of tires being installed ever on these rims. Dropped it off at 11:50 12/23/23 completed at 6:37 after a couple issues on their end for not having the correct tools for the job. It shows in how badly they carved up my aluminum rims, I should have brought it in on Thanksgiving if I wanted my rims carved like a turkey. David was super nice and easy to talk to, but unfortunately this wasn't a great experience. I should have read the reviews prior to taking my truck to this place. I over heard Christian who installed my tire said "he was excited that he was able to work on his first dually" and it shows and sure he's great at his job but keep him away from your rims and the tire machine. They got the job done but unfortunately my rims are permanently damaged and there is no going back. if you're looking to mount tires I recommend somewhere else where they would take more care and pride and protecting the rim rather than letting it get destroyed. It was already dark when I drove off with my truck so I wasn't able to see the damage until the light of day.

Great service, let me know all issues but didn't try to sell me on al repairs. I had oil change and standard maintenance and they found one immediate issue. Will definitely come back.

4 new tires ordered from amazon and installed after 4 hours with an appointment. Live nearby and went home. The next morning the front driver side tire became flat in the driveway. Brought the car back . The wheel rim was damaged and had a hole on it. The wheel rim was damaged by technician and Jaeer (manager?) will not accept responsibility for the damage. Stated he did not know how it got damaged and how it got the hole. New wheel rim to replace costs $450. Not going back again . Never again. Don t get any service from there

I had a TPMS light turn on and. Not really knowing where to go with it, I swung into the Pep Boys, Anaheim. Walked in, there was one other person in there and spoke to the young woman employee at the counter. Told her what I had and that I was headed out on a 1,200 mile trip. I was told "Sorry, it's going to be about 2 hours before we can even look at it". Well, that was my first my experience with a Pep Boys service. I didn't have 2+ hours to wait so I moved on and took the chance on my drive. Not the friendliest or most accomodating.Got it fixed at a local mechanic later on. It was a Bad TPMS sensor. Took 15 minutes.

The last time I took one of my cars in for an oil change, I went in for just the simple $20.00 conventional oil and filter change. After getting home, I decided to check my oil filter as it occurred to me I didn't seem to notice the change the oil filter. Upon checking the oil filter I learned it actually wasn't replaced and it was in fact the old one that had been on their prior to the change.At the time I decided not to make a fuss about it because I just copped it up to maybe they had just forgot to change it and that I would be more careful the next time.Today, I went into the establishment and asked for another regular oil change. While waiting for my oil change, I spoke to Kris who was the assistant manager at the location and asked him if it was a normal practice that oil filters were not changed and informed him of my last experience with pep boys. He said that it was weird that they wouldn't have changed the oil filter and advised me that the oil filters were to be changed every time.After they finished the oil change and handed me my keys I immediately popped the hood to double check if the oil filter had been changed. I noticed an undisturbed layer of dirt, soot, and grease and contacted Kris and showed it to him. He looked at it and didn't say anything, instead he walked over to the pile of discarded filters and motioned me over. He then found an oil filter that was used and said this is the same model as the one in your car and the one in the car was new.Having changed the oil in my own car a few times I was sure the oil filter had not been changed and told him I'm not here to make trouble and I just wanted to have it done properly. He then walked over to Allen the mechanic who worked on my vehicle and they both confirmed that the oil filter was changed. Allen stated you can see that I initialed the filter and proceeded to use his phone to take a picture only capturing half of the filter showing an illegible scribble.At this point Ast. Manager Kris had become indifferent to my concern and was adamant the dirt seen on the filter was just from the dirt transferred form the mechanic's hands. I decided not to push the issue any further due to Kris noticeably being irate.10 minutes later I got home and decided to check under myself to see the oil filter myself and found the filter had the dates 3/21/17 which just so happens to be one of the times I had my oil changed 6 months prior. I realized that Allen intentionally left that part of the picture obscured so that I wouldn't continue pressing the issue.I decided to contact Kris and tell him what I had discovered and told him about the date that had notated the last oil change. Kris did not address the issue of the date but instead just told me that it was in fact a new oil filter and it was only dirty because of the mechanic's hands. When I again specifically asked him about the date and why it had "3/21/17" written and not today's date which was 9/27/17. Kris again stated the filter was changed, and that I could come in to check the video cameras if I wanted to and again assured me that it was only dirty because of the mechanic.The first time, I was able to let go due to giving them the benefit of the doubt that maybe they forgot. But today there was no excuse, it wasn't busy and there was no rush for them to skip such a simple step. Furthermore, all he had to do was fix the issue and let me be on my way, instead he insisted that I was wrong and that the filter was changed. If this filter causes damage to my car, I can promise they will have to do a lot more than replace my filter.Attached are the photos of the "Initials" the mechanic left. Notice how they scribbled out the old date in hopes that it became illegible.

I woke up to see my skid pan dragging on the floor this morning. I went to my local Pep Boys and they took my car right away and had it clipped up for me in no time. They were very friendly, all smiles. They uplifted my spirits, thank you!

Absolutely horrible. The policy is first come first serve and I arrived soon as the doors opened. I ve been waiting for 3 hours and my car is just sitting in jack stand. I would not recommend anyone come to this pep boys take your money to a more productive establishment.

Excellent service. Needed a tire repaired before a trip to Vegas. Staff went to another store to pick up tires and had me back on the road in an hour. Great Job Guys!

Scheduled my first appointment for oil change. When arrived, it turned out they don't have the required oil (no one called to cancel the appointment). Rescheduled for the next week (the staff ordered required oil and two rare tires right in front of me and assured that those will be ready on time). Arrived for my second appointment to learn that tires haven't been even ordered. Again, no one called to cancel or reschedule.

Had a screw in my tire and hoped they could fix it instead of replacing it, but that just wasn't the case. We were trying to figure out how to make it work timing wise to leave the car and they stepped up and said it could be done right then. He would go get the tire from another store and have it done before closing. I had my car back in an hour. The manager was so polite and caring towards me. It was one of the best customer service moments of all time!

Marcos and Tim were phenomenal. Made a recommendation on what tires would fit my car. Stayed 2 hours late to help me. Had it not been for them, I would have been stranded or in an accident. Love the service experience. They have become my shop as of today. I don t trust anyone else with my car but this Pep Boys location. They are a five star shop!

I was visiting from out of state when my car popped a tire and the battery died.I had an extra problem due to a stripped bolt. The service was quick and thorough and I was able to drive home on the freeway with no safety concerns.Jair was incredibly helpful and gave me great advice about repair compensation since I had a warranty with a different company (which I was able to get!).

My wife took her car here to get work done and they gave her an inflated price for service. She took it to our regular mechanic and he charged $500 less for the same service for parts and labor.

I'm happy that I live across the street from Pep Boys so that I don't have to wait for the service to be done. They have always fixed any problems that I have had.

Jair and all of his staff are 10/10, every time I go in to service my car, they always give me really good care for my car. They re quick, transparent, and will try to give you the best price possible, I really recommend anyone to this location.

I apologize if I did not spell your name correctly. Yahier and his team we're amazing!!! I came in to get my tire switched out with my spare full size tire because my front one was dangerously bald. They were so busy, but still took the time to be friendly and acknowledge that I was waiting. He worked around my budget and his customer service was at 100% I was in and out within 30 minutes will definitely be back...Thanks guys!

Always reliableI have been working closely with this pep boys. I have a fleet account with them for my company. They have offered pick up and drop off and then this store deliveries. I have called a couple times and said i had a issue with a vehicle and he said he would send someone to come pick it up and drop off. They always come in uniform and are very respectful of my vehicles companies rules. They always go above and beyond even to the point he shows me photos of the statues of the vehicle. This pep boys work has even bleed over to a couple employees have asked them if they can fix their vehicles while they are at work. He has never missed a dead line and if something occurred or a part back ordered he gave me multiple options in what we could do. Great pep boys I hold this standard to all the pep boys my company uses. Joe I had high standards when working with fleet accounts and you and your whole team has gone above and beyond. I continue to look to MS International and Pep boys business relationship to continue for years to come.
