Hong, Tom and his Team are excellent in diagnosing quickly a problem and then offering reasonable solutions at a fair price. For all of my vehicle needs, I trust Tom and this PK Auto Performance location.

PK AUTO has polite and attentive employees. Our family has been going there for over 15 years. My mom found them and now the rest of the family & our friends go. They are honest and do a great job...only recommend what's needed, no upselling for things not needed.

I am not happy with the service I received. My car had oil leaking issue, I went to them through one of my friend s reference. They charged me a good amount of money but I still see the same leaking issue. I went to them again to see why is it leaking again and the guy told me that it is not the same area we fixed and bla bla bla. I was there to fix my car leakage, it mean you have to fix the leak completely not just part of it. Anyways, I am n t happy with service.Service: Steering & suspension repair

This has been one of the most reliable mechanic shops I have ever been to. Tom is very knowledgeable, upfront, and honest. Have never felt like they were taking advantage of me. Everyone is very friendly too.

It's a good place to repair your car. Been going here for years and one gets to know the mechanics. They are very helpful and are honest with what you need with repairs and dont need. The repairs are well done and work is expertly provided, had no issues after work is done and it has about 6 months or 6,000 mile warranty. Parking is tough here, one has to leave car in front. It's a busy area. Labor is pretty expensive but parts are cheap. Recently did a coolant leak bypass hose replacement and the part was $40, coolant was $25 but labor was $255. Over all it's a good place for car repairs if you dont have a personal mechanic.

Took cat for breaks replacement found out rotors and caliber were bad.They took excellent care of my car and made sure I was satisfied with the service.

Always nice to come here. I went to Pep boys for a brake inspection. They wanted $780 for rear pads and rotors. I'm not rich, so came to PK. Even though price was more than quoted phone price, it was still half of Pep boys quote.

I love this place. I've been taking my cars here for the last 8 years. Tom and all the mechanics, front desk are amazing. They are honest, up front about things that need to be fixed but they always let me know what needs to be done right away and what things can wait. My whole family takes their cars here and have for years. It's so nice to have a mechanic you can trust.

Tom and the crew at pk are the best, easy to deal with, so fast and honest. i ve pulled up with no appointment, agreed to a repair and while talking to tom somebody delivered the part for my car and the repair was completed within an hour. i used to go to carlsons which i loved but pk auto is faster, and more affordable. my favorite mechanic.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair, Brakes

I've been going here for the past 15 years when I lived in Anaheim. Now I live in Corona and still make the drive out to get better prices and honest service. Free estimates and honest, friendly, reliable service. Thanks Tom for your help. I've got from brakes, oil change, catalytic converter, spark plugs and so much more.

Brought my car in today and Tom took a look at my car to fix the front fender.. He gave me a couple of suggestions and got to work right away. He put it back together where it's safe to drive. He made sure there was no internal damage. I got a couple of other quotes before then. One for $800 and another for $1500 but to really fix it with a new fender. I don't think I will go that route for now. So I'd like to think I saved mucho. Thanks Tom and friends.

Best mechanic I know, Tom has been keeping our aging 2002 Honda CRV (230,000+ miles) and 2003 Civic (just cleared 200,000) up & running well for the last 8yrs for half what the dealership would charge. I checked each time a repair was needed. Excellent service with responsible backup care usually at little or no cost. It's refreshing to see a company stand behind their service and take pride in helping others. I will continue to recommend PK Auto. They're the 'real deal' as my dad would say. TyVm Tom!

This place is terrible. The owner has cheated with me. 2 months ago I went to him to get brakes fixed and he said if I bought his brakes then he would give me warranty. If I brought my own then he would not give me warranty and he is not responsible for anything. So, I bought the brake pads from him and he used his own pads. They are of cheap and bad quality. They didn't last 2 months. Yesterday, I went into his shop and I told him about it AND GUESS WHAT? He told me to go buy my own rotor and brake pad. What happened to the warranty? He is not supposed to charge labor costs on me because I had already paid 2 months ago. It was part of the warranty. He charged me again $131 dollars for my own rotor and brake pads. He completely ignores the warranty. This owner is a cheater. He puts in low quality brake pads for a lot of money. Bad service, bad owner, and he is basically is committing fraud.

My family has been coming here for over 15 years+ and we have had a range of nice cars and total junk cars haha but these guys always take care of my family and I when we need work done on our cars , any other mechanics always over charge for ... Here it's awesome and quick !!

This is my go to best auto repair shop in Buena Park, CA ! Been comming here for many years for my car maintenance and repairs. Houng the owner has a really good team of mechanics you can drop your car off know what it costs and they will call you when it's ready for pickup. I trust only PK Auto to fix my car 97' Nissan Sentra.

Do not come here. He uses cheap brake pads that don't last. Cheap oil and he doesn't fill it up. Messed up my engine.Responding: You did change them and you blamed it on the rotors. So we changed them as well. We already took it to another dealer. My other car is the one you screwed up! Stop putting cheap oil and gouging it. I was driving around with no oil 1 month after you changed it. Blew my engine!

My check engine light was on so I took it to the dealership. They told me the spark plugs were bad, but I had just had them replaced by P K 5000 miles prior. Of course the dealership wanted to replace the spark plugs, but since I still had my receipt from P K, I took it back to them, and told them what the dealer said about bad spark plugs.The mechanic Tom pulled out all 4 spark plugs and showed me that they were fine. But then he went a step further and replaced them with all new ones. I said that wasn't necessary but he did it anyway. I tried to pay him, but he refused.It turns out it was the dealer trying to get some money out of me, and the way Tom handled it I thought was great customer service.

I want to thank Huan for being such good service and giving me a courtesy ride home and back. I thought the pricing was really good and the car ran perfect on way home. We will see how repairs last and if that goes well i will be a customer for life.

I guess their is a Reason my Grandparents have ben with this guy for 13 years and now days i will Trust no one with my Vehicle but these guys. Tom and Hoan are the best mechanics ive ever seen. Yes getting business means the world to everybody but these people are very honest and will let you know if its worth fixing or not even if it means them not getting a job out of it unlike other places who will say fix fix fix This place is always honest.Prices are Great and they will not Charge an arm and a leg for Labor wish their was an option for more stars. Keep up the good Work Tom, Hoan and all the other PK crew

You always hear horror stories of mechanics over charging or having long wait times so I was a little skeptical but great service! Thank you!!! Hopefully I will never need to be a return customer but if I am I know ill be happy with going with you guys!!!
