Just bought brand new tires and Serviced my all wheel drive dodge charger. Needed alignment done to my car. very happy customer. We're very helpful and friendly. Will be coming back. The alignment machine was advanced high technology. Very accurate. .proper alignment ajustments were made when he diagnosed it on the computer. now I can drive with confidenc and it's properly fixed.Service: Wheel alignment

Sharing this as I was comfortable with coming here based on positive reviews. I was told that I needed my front brakes done, that I was "almost metal on metal". Being that I just had my brakes done not long ago and inspected the month before, I was surprised. I got a second opinion and no, I do NOT need my brakes replaced. I still have 70%, many thousands of miles to go. So I would caution customers, especially women coming alone to get a second opinion.*Editing this review to add photos based on the response of "misunderstanding" from the business. I was told "you need brakes" and was shown and encouraged to take a picture, saying it was almost metal-on-metal. I feel this was with the expectation that I did not know what I was looking at. I hope the business can pay attention to this.

We were referred to One Way Auto Shop by Americas Tire for a Tesla wheel alignment and are very pleased with the service in all aspects! The shop is top notch with its state of the art equipment, very clean, professional, courteous, offers refreshments while you wait and great pricing.Marcos, the owner, who worked on our car, really knows his customer service and goes beyond the call of duty, to make sure all is completed to satisfaction.We were so pleased, we brought our other car the very next day for another wheel alignment and was in and out during this busy time of year. I've been to this shop before for my Tesla's wheel alignment, and I had nothing but praise for their service, especially dealing with the owner Marco, who was incredibly nice. However, today's experience with them for my Honda Pilot's windshield replacement left me extremely disappointed.I initially took my car in for an inspection and made a deposit for the windshield replacement last week and scheduled service repair. Today, I arrived for my scheduled appointment at 7:30 am, expecting a smooth and efficient process. Unfortunately, what followed was anything but that. I ended up waiting for almost four hours, only to be informed by someone other than Mario that they had the wrong windshield and would need to charge me more for the replacement. I expressed my frustration, explaining that I trusted their inspection process and believed we had agreed on a price. However, it seemed that my time and trust were not valued.I understand that mistakes happen, but the lack of communication and the significant waste of my time were unacceptable. While I appreciate the eventual refund I received, it doesn't negate the fact that I left feeling incredibly annoyed and disappointed with the whole experience. In the future, I hope they prioritize better communication and customer service to avoid similar situations.

I'm first time here to do the oil change, They work very efficiently, they have a very comfortable lounge with free food and drinks, the staff are friendly to talk to and will answer all your questions, overall it's a great place and worth coming to.

Today I got my tires and wheels replaced down at Ruben s, and they highly recommended that I take my car down to One Way Auto Repair for a quick alignment check. The staff were extremely professional and nice. Marco showed me exactly where my misalignments were and even gave me some pointers on how to keep my new tires and wheels brand new. I am very happy I stumbled upon this place by recommendation, and I highly recommend anyone to come in to One Way for their service needs, big or small (even bodyshop!)Thank you to Marco and the team for the professionalism and wonderful help today. I ll definitely take my car back here in the near future for my auto care needs!

Called this place for an oil change and wheel alignment and they gave me a really good price. Did a little research about this place and they are well known for their customer service. And let me tell you, they are super nice! Especially Mark who is the receptionist there. Also their lounge area is nice with complementary refreshments! This will definitely be my go-to autoshop!

This has to be the best mechanic shop in OC area and great find. Took my Tesla MYP here for wheels swap with an over torqued wheel lock no other shops are able to take off. All the staff here are friendly and professional. The shop is clean, well equipped, and maintained. Will be coming back for maintenance. Thanks Marco and team for troubleshooting the impossible!

This place is a life saver! I had my excursion break down not far from the shop. Was the highest rated shop in the area, and I can see why! Super professional, clean bays, great waiting room. Definitely made me feel comfortable, as was my first time here. In and out in like a day. Super amazing!!!

I recently visited One-Way Auto Repair in Anaheim for a wheel alignment on my 2019 Honda Accord after having gotten a new set of tires, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received.I just called 30 minutes prior to coming in & my car was #2 in the queue for getting serviced. The waiting area is very comfy and there are complimentary sodas + coffee while you wait. Overall, the staff was friendly, professional, and they completed the wheel alignment efficiently. I highly recommend One-Way Auto Repair for their excellent work and top-notch customer service!Services: Tires, Wheel alignment

As a young woman who doesn't know much about cars, finding a trustworthy auto shop that won't hustle me for more money or work that doesn't need to be done is hard. Everyone here is incredibly nice, very honest, and you can tell they care about their customers. Honestly it stems from the top down - the owner is just a good man. He cares about his workers and it shows in their work.I got my AC fixed (BLESS!) and the team did everything they could to get my car back to me in a timely manner - and now I swear I could host a polar bear party in my car. THANK YOU!!Also I took photos of the waiting room to show you guys how you can see they accommodate those that are waiting. :) (btw there's also a brewery just 20 steps away from the auto shop if you're getting major work done and will be there all day - but don't drink and drive please)Services: A/C installation & repair, Air conditioning

Great customer service, I called in last second before Thanksgiving to get my new tires aligned and they were very accommodating. The wait-room is comfortable and they offer complimentary drinks and coffee. Very happy that they gladly honored their student discount offer too! Will be recommending this place to friends and family.

While on vacation to California my car developed an issue. My friend recommended One Way Auto Repair because they had given him great service. I was able to quickly get an appointment. They correctly diagnosed the issue and my car has worked since. Their price was very competitive.

Marco did a great job. Came in last minute notice, after buying new tires for an alignment. They were able to accommodate me and do a great alignment on my vehicle. Mark in the front was also a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend for alignment needs.

As most reviewers raving about this facility, they are competent, affordable, and most friendly group of people.The waiting area has a vibe of doctor's office like - has coffee machine and cold drinks, also you wouldn't smell tires nor any oil leaks here which are quite nice. Shop area was clean, neat, fit, etc. Things were orderly arranged. Nice again.Just bring your and your friend's Lexus, TOYO, MB, BMW, Porsche, etc. and you will thank me for that.

It was a great, quick service as they took care of our car as soon as we got there. While waiting Mark kept us company and as soon as rhey were done Mark made sure to let us know what s the problem with our alignment. My husband learned how the alignment works he explained it to him GREAT EXPERIENCE! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Highly recommend. I needed a damaged oil pan cover repaired and they did it quickly. This automotive facility seems reasonably priced and honest. They treat customers with courtesy and respect. A great place to get a second opinion, especially if you are purchasing a used car or facing a major repair. I am sure they do excellent work on general repairs too. I will consider them for future work and recommend any friends or family for a good, honest nondealer auto repair shop.

I was referred to One Way Auto Repair by a couple of people that were impressed with their service. The customer service representative was very helpful. I thought I needed all the brakes replaced as they were squeaking everytime I came to a stop. They checked them over and quoted a price to replace the front and stated the backs were fine. The bill ended up 1/2 of what I was expecting. They checked all the belts and fluid levels to make sure I didn't have any unexpected problems with the car. I will be taking it back there if I have any other problems with my car. Thank you for your professionalism.

Needed to get an alignment done on my oversized TRX wheels and every other shop said it would take 3+ hours and these guys got it done in 30 minutes. Great amenities too and the workers were very kind

This review is long over due, I ve been coming here since 2019 after they were recommended by American Tire Depot. I ve been coming here for my general maintenance but also had body work done as well. They ve been great every time. Great prices, quick and efficient. Definitely recommended them. I went to help a friend out in Corona and ended up having my car get stuck out there. I had a tow truck bring her to these guys after speaking to some of my family members. The experience was awesome. They offered refreshments and were super kind and honest right up front. They kept me informed every step of the way so I knew what to expect. Even when hiccups came along, we were able to work through them timely and with agreements that worked for everyone. My car is running as good as new and I couldn t be more grateful. Thank you guys so much!! I really appreciate everything you did.

I had an excellent experience at One Way Auto Repair! They efficiently fixed my car trunk latch in under 30 minutes. The customer service was exceptionally friendly, and I felt reassured that my car was in good hands. They had a really comfy waiting area. Highly recommend! :)

I got my tires aligned here for my Lexus IS after getting new tires. I definitely feel the difference in the way my car drives now. They did a great job! The staff was nice and cordial and the service was relatively quick. I also like that they provide a printout of the before and after alignment results. The waiting area has complimentary soda, water, coffee and tea. And you can use their wifi. I would come here again.
