Rented a scooter and double stroller for 2 days to use at Disney. Great customer service from the point of booking to pick-up and drop-off. The scooter was in good condition and read full battery from about 10am to 9pm.

Just booked through One Stop Mobility. I talked to Sophia and she was very helpful! She answered all my questions about renting a mobility scooter for Disneyland because of my unexpected knee injury. It was a delight talking to Sophia and getting the help I needed!

We've rented from here 2 or 3 times now and they've always been so nice and friendly. I love that they'll deliver the jazzi scooter to our hotel and pick it up. We will always come here for every trip.

I only took one star away because of the quality of the stroller. It seemed like a hand-me-down from your aunt. It had lots of scrapes, looked very old, and bits and pieces didn t hold together as well anymore. However, it was very easy to reserve, and even adding on damage and theft insurance it was still cheaper than the Disney strollers. With the shape these strollers are in, I would definitely recommend adding the damage insurance. My kids still seemed comfortable in them, and it was nice being able to bring it off Disney property. It s a bonus if you re staying at Camelot Inn, because you can pick it up when you check into your room, and if you get back after business hours on your last day, you can leave it in the Camelot inn lobby before midnight if you let them know in advance that that s what you re planning. Not high quality strollers, but convenient and cheaper.

Wonderful customer service. Everything was pleasant from securing my reservation to them storing and charging during the day and over night while we were not in the park. Alfredo, Chris and Jonathan were all super friendly and helpful! Definitely will rent from them again!

We have used this company twice for trips to disneyland and they have delivered with flying colors both times!! The drop off/pick up was seamless and the drivers were very punctual. The only drawback to the process was the phone calls to the Anaheim branch never connected rang for a while but no answer. I ended up having to call the San Diego branch to get the set up and drop off taken care of aside from that I love the company!! Will definitely use again..

I am very satisfied with the quality scooters that they have It s very convenient it s right across the street from Disneyland. Never had any issues with the. Scooters charges very well and they last all day have no complaints and I m very happy they do make their customers very satisfied and they re very nice people and thank you

We rented a scooter for our 5 day Disneyland vacation. We stated our delivery window was between 10am and 12pm. We arrived at our hotel at 2pm and our scooter wasn't there! We had to have the added stress to call and wait for delivery.Another night in Disneyland, the scooter was on low battery and they refused to deliver a new scooter to the park. We would have to take the scooter back to their store to exchange, again a major inconvenience to us during our vacation.Customer service was rude and unhelpful. There was a point in our vacation where the scooter would not drive forward and took us 5 minutes to get it going again! It's like they don't properly maintain the scooters. Would not recommend this place!

Rented a double stroller for 3 days at Disney. Staff was great and stroller was clean and in good condition. It was so nice to just pick up across the street from the park. Was way cheaper than renting through Babyquip or through Disney (and the disney strollers are not good at all). Loved having the separately reclining seats and individual extensive canopies for our littles one. Would definitely recommend.

Saw several red flags and decided NOT to rent here!1. Louis said renters are charged an additional day fees if One Stop has to collect your unit from your hotel the morning after your reservation. That is STANDARD and included with all other companies. One stop claims to rent by the calendar day so if they have to pick it up the day after you finish with it, you have to pay them for another day. I said absolutely not that is a scam!!2. This is the only company that tried to upsell me damage insurance which makes me feel that they re the type to look for flaws and charge you upon return.3. Louis also tried to upsell me to a larger scooter when I always use a standard one. I m not 400 lbs I don t need the heavy duty!4. Louis took our card info and said they were going to charge us NOW, a week ahead of the reservation, and there were no cancellations or refunds under any circumstances. The other companies I have dealt with DO NOT charge until they DELIVER the unit. So there s always a chance to cancel if your trip falls through! I felt uncomfortable that I will be charged a week ahead and if the plans fall through, there will be no refund. At this point I said nevermind/cancel and I found another company.FIND SOMEONE ELSE!! Or don t say I didn t warn you!Btw I did email these complaints to One Stop giving them a chance to respond and they never said anything so I take that as confirmation that they affirm these policies and procedures.

We rented 2 scooters to get the mile to Disney and moving throughout the parks for 5 days. One Stop provided excellent customer service. Scooters were at our hotel when we arrived. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Best is that the scooters were about 1/2 the price of Disney s. Highly recommend One Stop Mobility.

So my rental experience is well decent after 2 rentalsto say the least no major issues however these people go on and on about being able provide services for scooter owners anyway I own a pride legend an older scooter that pretty much runs so I was having a minor issue and figured a place that says they fix scooters. And has well an entire fleet of pride's would be able to help the person on the phone was actually rude sounded shadier then a palm tree I asked if they'd be willing to take a look he said the his repair guys don't exist and are gone I asked if they are gone for the day or ??? An extended amount of time he said he didn't know. Heres an idea don't advertise a service if you can't or are unwilling to provide it especially if people might inquire about it~Signed a magic key holder

OMG for Carol at OSM!I was told when I made my reservation that I couldn't get the cart until the evening of the first day of the event...unless I wanted to somehow get to Anaheim.Carol from OSM showed up at the convention center to double check some paperwork and then stayed to help out some folks. Fortunately I was there and she was able to give me my reserved cart a whole day early.Thank you, thank you, thank you Carol for being such a gracious and caring employee of OSM!I should note that this is the 3rd year I've rented a cart from OSM and the first year I was told that a cart could not be delivered to my hotel on my arrival two days prior to the official opening of the convention.

Great buggy rental service from Chris. Good, clean buggy and easy to rent and return at a reasonable price point (circa $40 for four days/three nights). Would highly recommend the team at One Stop Mobility for buggy rental at Disneyland.

We rented a scooter from them for the second time recently. I can't say enough good things. I've never had an issue with a scooter, the batteries definitely last. On our first visit, our hotel wasn't near by. They allowed me to bring it back every night where they charged it for me and had it ready to go every morning.I'll definitely be renting from them again in the future.

The folks at One Stop Mobility were excellent to work with and got me an ECV within an hour of when I called to request one. The ECV was wonderful to utilize getting around Disneyland for someone with a bad back and arthritic knee. They also worked with me on the return of the unit when I misunderstood the return policy. So, they went over and above to make me a happy customer.

Nice strollers for a decent price. 3 Day rental was $30. We picked one up in the morning on our walk to Disneyland and dropped it off on the last day on our way back to the hotel. Better than Disneyland strollers more space for storage. Directly across the street from Disneyland. The canopy was great for when our twelve month old needed a nap. You can get either a City Mini GT Single or City Mini GT Double if needed. Only thing I wish we had done was book before arriving because they can deliver the stroller to you. The delivery fee is $10.00 for Disneyland Area Hotels. We picked up from their location at the Camelot Hotel.

I had called to rent a scooter for Saturday April 22nd. Spoke to a very very polite and friendly lady named Sophia. She explained everything in detail of how to rent and return the scooter. The day I went to pick up the scooter there was a gentleman and a lady there which provided me with very very good service. Very friendly people. The scooter performed to my expectations perfectly. I was kind of worried about the battery going out but let me tell you that battery did not budge one notch down. It stayed fully charged the whole time in Disneyland. I will be using them again. Thank you Sophia for your great customer service and to the two people that helped me in the morning. Thank you very much!
