Expert and reasonable priced. Went to replace my Model X windshield. Made an appointment with receptionist who was very nice and professional. They quoted me a price 40% cheaper than what other companies and the Tesla dealer did. When I dropped off the car I asked them if they tint windows and they also offered the ceramic tent, which completed the look of my car. I cannot be happier. Nice clean waiting area with free coffee and Video game stand.These guys really know what they are doing. Very strongly recommend them, don't risk your car with other companies.

D and Steve were wonderful. A rock or object hit my car very early this morning, and instead of having to wait hours for a response I received a message back from Steve with in 20 mins. He was able to get me a quote and confirm an appointment. I got to the location, it s in a neighborhood so don t be jarred. Once I got here D was so sweet and helped me get settled in. He said it would take 2 hrs to fix and that s exactly how long it took. I appreciated the honestly, and urgency that was done today. In a situation that could have been worse physically, and mentally, they were able to calm me down. Honestly and kindness go a long way, and that s exactly what I got here.Service: Auto windshield replacement

Thanks to Yelp , I was able to send messages to different local businesses about what I was looking to have done. The car was broken into, and as a result, the front passenger side window was shattered. OC Windshields Auto Glass was one of the places that was the most affordable to replace the passengers' glass. I was able to be in contact with a person from the shop via Yelp messages and phone.They asked for a deposit of half of the cost for the repair. Thankfully, my partner was able to take my car into their shop to get the glass replaced. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and provided accurate wait time for the job to be done. The waiting area was nice and comfortable.For people who are veterans or are still serving, you get a $25 discount, but make sure to ask just in case they are doing this for a limited time (military discount). I definitely recommend them.

What a fantastice experience! Competitive pricing. Scheduling was a breeze. Richard was extremely responsive to all my questions. Steve showed up exactly on time and couldn't have been more friendly, courteous and informative. I ended up taking my car to their shop for a sunroof repair after using the mobile service option to get my cracked windshield replaced. They were even flexible with the timing of my picking up my vehicle. I would high recommend OC Windshields 100 times over. Thanks, guys!!

Awesome place. Took care of our broken windshield on our wrangler 30 minutes before close, then hooked us up with some ceramic tint for several hundred lower than others in the area had quoted us for. Don't waste your time with other shops, just go here.

Thanks to OC Windshield. I had no appointment, just wait for about 20 minutes and it s done. A rock chipped the windshield when I drove to Phoenix. Now my Tesla 3 windshield looks perfectly fine. Actually it s my second time using their service, a couple months ago my husband s Venza got fixed here. Love their great service. 10/10

I was able to walk right in with no appointment and they have offered me really reasonable price compare to other workshop, friendly staff and awesome services, there s also a lounge area! He was able to replace my windshield so quick!!! Ps don t forget to tips for their hard working!!

Update 3/7/24I'm gonna leave this part on top, but AVOID THIS PLACE! GO ELSEWHERE! They scheduled my husband to go in today so they can check out the damage they did. All to just say: "IT HAPPENS, that it wasn't going to go through their insurance, getting it detailed will get rid of some of the scratches" and much more. My husband said he was very contradicting and didn't want to throw whoever did the job under the bus. People trust to take their to these type of shops to get their cars to get fixed, not to have to leave with permanent damages to their vehicles and still have to pay extra for those damages. He said he even offered a $75 credit if we had a rock chip on the window. LOL! AS IF we would EVER return after this shxt show of an experience. He said he wish it didn't have to go another direction... well I wish my vehicle didn't get vandalized by his shxtty negligent employee, be in this situation, or have to go another direction either.READ ALL THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS FIRST.My husband took my car here to replace my window today and upon inspecting the work myself I noticed it has scuffs and scratches in the area they worked on, that were NOT there before. I even have pictures of what that area looked like yesterday because I did send them to another auto shop for an estimate. I'm really upset about this and no I do not recommend this shop, they're clearly careless about how they do their job and don't take care of their customers vehicles as they should when they work on them.Also, I went through their reviews and I'm not the only one who's had to write a complaint over their careless work.Update 2/27YESTERDAY (2/26/24) I removed the tape only to find even worse damage to my vehicle I will post those pictures later today. My husband called them and they told him to send pictures to a number they provided, but when he tried the pictures would not send. So at this point I'm going in a different direction to resolve this.

The owner Steve has more than 17 years of experience in the business. He has an eye for detail which translates to his employees.The team over at OC Windshield Auto Glass & Tint are super professional. I called at 1130am and had my vehicle in the shop by 1pm. They answered all my questions and had my front windshield replaced in no time.They have a clean waiting room with couches, wifi, coffee, and water. I was able to bring my laptop and send out work emails while having my car worked on.I will be reccomending this place to all my friends and family. Don't hesitate and call them now for your tint or glass replacement..

They ran a fantastic special and fixed my rock chipped windshield.. They were friendly, courteous and super fast. They quoted 40 minutes and it only took 20... I didn't even have time to take a nap in their very comfortable waiting room!

Had my car broken into this morning and OC winshields had the best prices and were able to fix it in less than 2 hours. The attendant was super nice and incredibly helpful through the whole process. He even vacuumed the shattered glass from my backseat 10/10 would go back or recommend to anyone in need of window service

Had an amazing experience at OC windshields recently. Had a large crack on my windshield late Friday afternoon. Needed my windshield repaired immediately since I was driving out of state Saturday morning. Called around to a few shops but none could accommodate me immediately. Called OC windshields and spoke to Steve. Surprisingly he told me to bring it by right away. Drove up around 4pm on Friday.He told me not to worry and they started working on it immediately. About an hour later I had a brand new windshield! Quality work, amazing customer service and very reasonable pricing. Thanks Steve!

The review was great, the price was right but (did not say the price was different between cash and credit), and the results are terrible! The person who changed the windshield did the damage in the picture and didn't say a single word, luckily I saw the damage before I left any i went back to complain and the reply was "it was no way not to damage because of the silicone. At least they should have come forward or let me know when going on. They didn't even clean after they were done. I Do not and will not recommend this place!

I can t express how impressed I am with Steve and OC Windshields. Yesterday my family and I went to the beach and our car was broken into. All the auto glass shops were closed but we were able to get a quote from another company our insurance company referred us to, the quote was $730 and it wouldn t be ready for 7-10 days. This was a problem because we were going back home on a 10 hour drive in 2 days. This morning I woke up and called multiple (4 to be exact) auto glass repair shops and none of them could help me. I ended up calling my 5th and Steve answered and said he thought he could help but said he would call me back just to make sure. Within 5 minutes I got a call back and he said not only would he help, but he would beat the price by HUNDREDS of dollars (which he did) and have it done by 1pm today.I took my car in and by 11:30am it was done and ready to go. The quality of the work is like my window is brand new, and the friendliness of Steve and the staff was 5 stars as well. I HIGHLY recommend this company for any and all window work. Oh, and while I was there they were handling multiple customers with window tint and other repairs and were able to squeeze me in with my urgent request. These guys are amazing!

OC Windshields has extraordinary customer service. While driving from a different state to Anaheim, we got a large rock chip. We wanted to get it fixed immediately but weren t sure where to go. We looked up good reviews for rock chip repair and found OC Windshields. We called them and made an appointment while being several hours away. We arrived just an hour before they closed. Dee and Steve were so friendly and accommodating and provided extraordinary service. When we got our car back, the repair was so good, you couldn t see that there had even been a chip. We are so grateful to this amazing team. We wish that they lived in our state so we could always go to them for any repair we needed.Service: Auto windshield repair

Our windshield crack was about 4 inches starting at the passenger top edge. We were observed the crack was lengthened every time driving in 2 days. Researching about safety and regulation when driving with the crack, we decided to replace our windshield which was 6 inches. Google showed us some glass shop near us then we went to OC windshields for a replacement. We came there at 9:30 A.M on Thursday, this small shop faces I-5 not hard to find with the help of Google maps. talking with a nice receptionist named Jasmine inside she told us that soonest for available appointment was 11:00. We didn t have any important thing to do than the safety of ourselves with the crack, so we told Jasmine that we would wait. She told me that if the technician can fix our windshield sooner she would noticed them. We gave her our appreciation about that. When asking about types of windshield she said only one after market which later I knew is from China. I myself prefer American made. There are some couches for customer, a TV with Netflix casting a BBC blue whale movies. There are some wooden games for kids and a coffee percolator for adults. The toilet is clean. While waiting we observed many Chinese windshields from FUYAO glass industry group which would be replaced for its customers like ourselves. Our new China made windshield costed us $220, which is almost same as our Honda original one except the logo on the lower right of the windshield. We could pay by cash, credit or debit. Luckily, our windshield was completely fixed at 10:45. Jasmine told us don t wet our windshield for 2 days and we have lifetime warranty for air or water leaking. We upload some images about this place and hope they will help. Finally thank you for your reading our experience with OC windshields.

This spot was great. Messaged them thru the quote button and they responded within 15mins with the best price out of 5 other locations. When I got there the guy at the counter checked my car in and gave me a 3-4hr time frame for the job to be done. It took about 4hrs since they had other cars to work on but I got the call and text message to let me know it was done. I got there and the work was perfect and my car looked great. I felt bad once I left cause I left a mess in my car for them to work around but they neatly put my belongings on the seat. Great experience. This will be my go to spot for any window tint or windshield issues. Thanksguys!

Called them yesterday to get a quote on a window adjustment for my challenger because it fell off the rail. They said it would be $75, got there today and they said it s $75 to run a diagnostic and anything else would be an additional fee. They made me este my time. They should have been upfront from the beginning.

I was in need of a replacement for my front passenger window after it was smashed to bits over the weekend. I contacted them on Saturday, 12 noon, and received a response within 10 min confirming they could replace it on Monday. Estimate was given for price and time, and they stayed true to both Walked in to my appointment and was greeted by D, the front of the house, who was nice and informative. A quick assessment of the broken window and they started on the car. After installation of the window, a problem with the regulator arose. They took me out to see the problem and gave a few options to solve it. Steve, another worker at OC Windshields, took the time to assess it and after 10/15 minutes, managed to get it back to working form. Seems that some of the smashed glass found its way into the housing of the regulator which was causing the issue. Was very pleased to see them take the time and try to fix it right then and there Another satisfied customer here that will recommend OC Windshields to my friends n family. This was my first time using OC Wiindshields repair and replacement. The Receptionists were excellent and accommodating. The facility and waiting area was neat and clean. The technicians were excellent meticulous; they kept me updated and gave after repair information and how long it would take to set the seal on the windows. Great prices on the windows. I highly recommend this business and if I ever need a car window replacement I will return to OC Windshields again.
