Buying our used car at this dealership was hands down the most pleasant and efficient experience I have had purchasing a vehicle. They were kind, professional, and honest. There were no hidden fees or surprises. James Sales, our salesman, made us feel like family. Selena, from the finance department, was incredibly knowledgeable and fast. The whole team hab us in our car and on the road in no time. We highly recommend this dealership.

Big thanks to John Gray at Mercedes-Benz of Anaheim for finding and getting the exact car I wanted. There was only one like it in all of SoCal and he managed to get it delivered to this dealership! John got us a great price and we are loving our new 2024 GLC 300 Coupe! John came through for us with our previous Mercedes, so we reached out to him again and are happy we did. Great experience both times without hours of negotiating. I highly recommend Mercedes-Benz of Anaheim!

Took advantage of the Earth Day maintenance specials offered by Mercedes-Benz of Anaheim, I took my car in for a routine service plus tire alignment. My service consultant, Chris, was extremely helpful. He helped out with the tedious paperwork, explained in an easy to understand terms of the works involved, in a pleasant and courteous manner. I was able to leave my car with them, go to lunch with families and friends, and come back to pick it up in the afternoon. I got so much done in a day, and the best part? The total bill came out to be just $202! It s been a great day!

Made contact with management regarding the purchase of a certified preowned vehicle while it was still under inspection . Was assured I would be notified when it was ready for sale. Vehicle was sold underneath me despite my willingness to pay the retail asking price. Disappointing would be an understatement. Recommend avoiding.

This dealer is the best for Sprinter RVs. I bought my unit in 21 and only serviced here. I check with independent shops and the costs were so close, Id rather have this place do it and they are very honest and keep you up to date. When you go to an Independent shop and something goes wrong after a service you could have problems dealing with a small shop. So, you get what you pay for sometimes.

Great service and communication of all work done and needed. I needed 2 tires and I looked up special coupons av for them, $75 for 2 , $100 for an alignment. Because I decided late into my 7 yr service I was able to have a rental auto so my work could be done next day. Lauren was so nice and I would use her services every time I come in for servicing. Thanks so much

I took my car from them on the evening I noticed a small bump to the back of the car on early morning,which was obviously painted by someone from the company and not even professional paint, my car was parked on a private garage and there s nothing behind the car to cause any bumps , when I talked to them about it they refused even to listen or to take a look and they told me to repair it on my own cost, I would never recommend anyone taking a car from this company as they would never help you with any service even if it s their fault and they caused it

10/10 service!! I had the pleasure of working with James Sales and purchasing my first Mercedes Benz with him. I knew exactly what I was looking for and James did a very incredible job assisting me. He was very patient with me and what i appreciated the most about James was that he was very considerate of my situation (full time nursing student) and was determined to still get me what I came for. When it came to purchasing the car he got me the best rate I could ask for and honestly for whatever road blocks came up, James was involved and proactive throughout the whole process. I truly felt involved and aware of every step we made and it was a pleasure working with James!!!

My recent visit to this Mercedes dealership was markedly disappointing, a stark contrast to previous experiences that had solidified my loyalty to the brand. This review is my own personal experience, and I only leave it with the intent of others having this review in case they have a similar experience. In the end, it's hard to review how a person's interaction comes across, but I would definitely summarize it as a sales rep who didn't feel like I was worth his time to answer a few questions. Historically, I valued this location for its exceptional customer service and outstanding maintenance support.Upon stopping by on my way home from a work trip, I tried to gather some information about GLC coupes and GLE pricing. I was very specific, to the point, and ready to purchase the spot. I found the staff unresponsive and disinterested. Despite understanding the demands on their time, it became clear that the culture of customer service I had come to expect was lacking. I attempted to question the vehicles I was interested in with a sales representative and was met with indifference; he was curt and seemed uninterested in addressing my questions, indicating he was on rotation and too busy to assist further.Instead of providing a helpful interaction, he yelled to one sales rep where another was since he was on rotation, then asked the receptionist to call her. When she couldn't contact her, he told her to call the other rep again. Ultimately, my questions made me feel embarrassed and not worth their time. Just the way that he handled it made it seem like it wasn't worth his time. I ultimately told him it's fine, don't bother anymore, and I will search online or stop by at another time.I got in my car, drove next door, and purchased a Rover. I suggest that they do better. You never know who is going to purchase the spot. Different from the next dealership that I went to and purchased within the same day, I will not be recommending this location. Mercedes, as a whole, has lost an ideal consumer. It's not a big deal for this location, and that's fine. I am sure that others will have a better experience. However, I thought it would be essential to share my personal experience, just in case someone goes through something similar.I am sure that this dealership is great overall, but that experience was really game changing. This isn't meant to bash, but constructively suggest that they be a bit more welcoming at all times.Thank you

Very good customer service, above and beyond for real. Their manager Mr. Mike Dehdashty stayed late to halp my wife in a heavy rainy night, and Mr. Johnny Kortlang, their service consultant, walked her through every step during the repair. Definitely recommend this dealership to everyone who values their money and car.

Excellent service, quick, knowledgeable, courteous knowledgeable advisor. Was updated on the status of the work daily. The advisor was available & answered my calls or returned my messages immediately. The work was done the right way, the first time. My entire family has been customers of this dealership since I purchased my first Mercedes from them back in 1987. The service manager (Mr.Dehdashti) is very friendly, knowledgeable & always goes out of his way to helI love the no pressure sales team at Mercedes Benz of Anaheim. Ms.Samia Kashani has been great in giving me the tools & information to aid my decision making in picking the vehicle that suits me best. Thank you all! You guys are a great team!.

Had a recall on my 2022 car, but had to wait for the part. When it finally came in, Service Advisor Roger Bartling took care of me. He is very friendly, competent, and professional. He even offered a car wash without me having to ask for it. Thank you Roger and the staff.

They keep your car at least 3 days before starting to work on it regardless of what service you need. Did it again today with my husbands car. No mechanics available, no parts etc. Better off at NPB or Ontario MB

I am sharing this review not so much of the actual people at the dealership, but a manufacturing problem with the Mercedes CLA 250. The actual employees were really nice and efficient with the purchase, however, my experience with our car was horrible! We purchased the car on Jan 25th, and by January 27th, we had to return the car because after driving on the freeway at 50 mph when you try to break, the car was literally shaking! Clearly, the car was never checked after sitting on the lot and needed brakes. We took the car in on Monday morning and yes, they did take care of it. Two weeks later, while just driving down the 91 freeway, our car caught fire, literally for no reason at all! Literally, we were just driving and the engine started smoking and minutes later the car was fully engulfed in flames! Thank God we pulled over and jumped out immediately! We were dangerously pulled over on the side of the freeway 11 PM at night with a car caught on fire for no reason at all! After further research, I found several videos and articles online about Mercedes needing to recall over 800,000 vehicles and not doing so because of a shortage on parts! Mercedes also has a class action lawsuit out of Florida from customers whose cars are catching fire, literally in their garages and in front of their homes, due to a coolant leak issue. This malfunction is not only for one model there are different models with the same malfunction! The footage is on YouTube. I urge anyone looking to buy a Mercedes to check for recalls, and if you are having a coolant issue, take your car in immediately! Our car catching fire on the 91 expressway in this manner could have caused us to get in an accident or even another car to get into an accident because there was smoke everywhere and we could not see! I own the same model in Chicago, and that car had the same exact issues! The difference is I got an error message on that car about the coolant and the engine overheating, I was able to pull over, and take it to the dealership the next day. They fixed the issue. That was about a year ago. Please be aware and pay attention because this could have gone really bad for us I thank God we are all OK!Oh and I must add, we did not have the car for a full three weeks and all of this transpired! Although I am grateful my insurance company is taking care of us, we still lost out on our $10,000 deposit on this car. Mercedes basically said oh well! Come to find out the woman who sold us the car is no longer with the company and neither is her manager! All of this in 3 weeks Crazy smh

Best Mercedes Benz Dealer in SoCal Great Sales Representatives who know their vehicles and accessory s (Ask for Darcy)Best Warranty in the business 3 yr Unlimited Miles (idk that even existed). Really it does Great Maintenance Service, Express in out (Ask for John or Eddy) Either way you will be taken care of Lastly, if you were debating on getting a Benz, check those numbers on what u would of spent on a BN car n you will be amazed at what you could get at Mercedes BOOM

I am writing to express my disappointment with the inquiry and purchase process I recently underwent in relation to a GLE450e.Initially, I was pleased to have found a suitable vehicle through your dealership, and our communication led to an agreement on the terms. The sales representative assured me that the car was on its way to another dealer and that he would initiate a dealer trade as soon as it arrived, with an estimated timeline of 12 days.Regrettably, after securing my personal information and necessary documents, the Sales Representative proceeded to go on vacation without assigning a partner or manager to handle follow-ups during his absence. Given that I reside in Northern California, I planned my visit to the dealership around the expected arrival date of the vehicle. I declined other dealership options based on the commitment.However, as the estimated arrival date approached, after I noticed his vacation, my multiple attempts to contact the dealership proved futile. Despite Multiple different assurances that someone would get back to me promptly, I did not receive any communication. To my dismay, upon his return from vacation, I was informed that the car had been sold without any further assistance or explanation.This lack of follow-up communication and failure to honor the commitment has left me deeply dissatisfied with the overall experience. I believe such incidents undermine the trust between customers and the dealership.
