The context on which my review is based on the hardships and barriers that the employees, particularly Frank Cisneros, at this dealership placed on this 100% physically Disabled Combat Vet. Took Chrysler 200 in for a coolant hose on Monday that was dealership only per Napa, AutoZone, O'Reillys & online. I and other registered owner, spouse whom is out of state, asked Frank to communicate with me since I am the one physically in Anaheim and PAYING, however ZERO communication from Frank Cisneros whom NEVER contacted me per me and spouse making it hard knowing what was actually being done. Was contacted hours after vehicle was done by spouse in another state that vehicle was done and ready for pick up, not per how we as the customers asked. Again, I was the one whom physically took the Chrysler in and dropped it off and WALKED Home after. Turned into 4 hoses per dealership instead of 2 l, about 1k in fees and upon the vehicle pulled up and my getting in the A/C fan/blower was not working at all! Informed tech right away because was not going to drive off the lot with this as A/C blower fan was working just fine before and now after their having performed this maintenance, it wasn't. George Medina and two other tech men talking man talk about how that was not the issue that the vehicle was brought in for and they didn't "work" on area there and now the blower motor is going out. Of course that wasn't the issue it was brought in for! Had spouse on speaker phone and recorded this whole interaction. With their labor rate gauging of over $220/hour. I Have Zero Trust In Customer Service, Zero In Communication Skills, Zero Confidence in this dealership. *UPDATE* Car Overheated The Very Next Day After Having Not Driven Anywhere previously except dealership to home. Coolant Spraying Out, All The Very Same Engine Lights Came Back On. We Got CONNED! *UPDATE* 11/23/23 Chrysler 200 STILL KEEPS OVERHEATING DESPITE HAVING PAID NOW $2600 TO THIS "SERVICE DEPARTMENT" EHOM CLAIMED TO HAVE FIXED THE PROBLEM. TWICE!

Went to look at a truck here. Even though I didn't purchase it, overall experience was pleasant. Sales gentleman was helpful and courteous.

Had an oil change and a couple of recall services scheduled for my vehicle. Frank Cisneros was very helpful from when I dropped off my vehicle to when I picked it up. Everything was free of charge per my warranty and he even threw in a complimentary service. He went out of his way to arrange a pick up from work to get my vehicle when I told him I couldn t find a ride. The lady that drove the shuttle was also very friendly and attentive. I am very satisfied with their customer service!

FIVE STAR EXPERIENCE!!!I've had the pleasure of buying a Jeep Wrangler 4xe from McPeek's couple weeks ago. I found the Jeep I wanted online for a price I was comfortable with paying. Jose, a salesperson from McPeeks, reached out to me to make an appointment. He was not pushy at all and made himself available to a time most convenient for me. We checked out the car and when it came to pricing, to my pleasant surprise, they played NO PRICING GAMES. What you see on their website is what you get. McPeek's has a family run small business vibe and strives to make sure their customers are comfortable and happy. Jose even bought me lunch because there was a delay in getting my car ready for the sale. Overall great experience with minimal stress. Thank you!

Bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee here, a 4 hr drive from my house because they had the model and color combo. They didn t include a second key. Called SEVEN times to check on this as they said they would mail us the second key. No response. Called yesterday and said they *couldn t* mail the key. That we have to drive to them again. Not our problem you forgot to give us the second key. Poor service, not knowledgeable.

This is regarding the service department only, as I have no experience with sales at this dealership.I ll start by saying if you re looking for any of the following in a service department; any level of customer service, efficiency, honesty, clear communication, urgency, care, helpfulness, tactfulness, etc do not waste your time here.I ve religiously gone to McPeek s for all my suggested maintenance for my 2017 Promaster work vehicle. My trouble really started in 2021 when I had paid nearly 1k for services that included a brake fluid flush. Just 3 months later my brake light went on costing me another $1300. My brakes haven t been quiet since regardless of 3 different attempts at service and $2500 spent. Just 7 months later, my radiator cracked. That was only another $1600. Just 4 months later a piston cracked and I broke down on the road. I had it towed to McPeek where they asked me over and over again if I had an appointment. To which I replied, obviously not, I m being towed there in an emergency type situation. They told me it would take a week for them to even get to my van to perform diagnostics. Then it took an entire month to receive and install a new engine. I received the bare minimum of communication from my regular service advisor, Enrique, and a lack of concern that I was losing out on all of my income. In fact, they didn t even order the gaskets and fasteners until after the engine arrived weeks later, delaying the service even more. When I received my van back a week later with 100 anxious clients awaiting their appointments, my engine light came on again the next day. I brought it in a couple days later and they needed my van for 2 days again to replace the oil pump. There was no compassion, no sympathy, and no customer service regardless of the level of inconvenience. Now a year later my van is misfiring. Not wanting to return to McPeek due to my experience last year I drove my misfiring van into an independent shop where diagnostics were done with a 301 misfire code. The kind service manager said if it were him he d take this van back to where they installed the engine and they should be covering it. So I took it back to McPeek. Here a service advisor greeted me but asked multiple times if I had an appointment, but after hearing Enrique put the new engine in just 7000 miles ago, he passed me off to him. Enrique didn t bother to come and greet me and see what s going on, I had to find him. In fact, he denied being the advisor responsible for the new engine install or any other maintenance on my van. HeAsked me who did it, and I said him. What great customer service, considering he s been dealing with my van nearly the whole time I ve had it and it s quite recognizable. He said they likely wouldn t get to my van for 3 days for diagnostics. When I told him this is unacceptable This is my livelihood and I ve already lost tens of thousands of dollars due to this unreliable vehicle and inconsistent repairs/maintenance he literally rolled his eyes at me. When I said I d rather work with the service manager he said no it s okay. He didn t offer me an invoice and offered the world s worst customer service.Today I picked up my van after no movement on it and took it to another dealership that would get started right away. Even at the very least, the new dealership had significantly better customer service and acknowledged that there needs to be a sense of urgency. This doesn t even account for the hundreds of dollars I ve paid over the years for tire rotations that have NEVER been done and my tires have always shown it.

Dropped my car off with a 9am appt. They had it all day. Promised time was by 6pm which came and went with not a peep from them. Next morning called shortly after 9am and the service rep I spoke to couldn t tell me anything claimed she couldn t see the notes. Asked for a call back. Couple hrs later I get a call from the service advisor who was kind of stand offish, says he sent the email with the recommendations and that they finished the inspection around 6 the day before but it was too late to call or send the email I guess. Ultimately they wanted over 4k to take care of two issues: Bluetooth module and ac blowing hot on one side.since they wanted to way overcharge and couldn t even be bothered to meet the promise time decided to check elsewhere. Still had to pay the 200.00+ diagnosis fee despite them not meeting the promise time. Gotta love the coors beer case sitting behind the service advisors desk. Very professional. Maybe they were too busy drinking which prevented them from getting my car inspected and communicating to me the day before

This service center is incompetent to manage even basic tasks. They over-charge and don't deliver. I originally brought in my Rubicon Jeep in 2016. The T tops were leaking and they installed new rubber gaskets around the T tops. They made the leak worse. I brought it in numerous times only to be told that they could not locate the leak. During the pandemic, I brought the car in for an oil change. Within 24 hours of picking up the car, I received an email with an entire list of things that required service on my car...Why they didn't tell me before I picked up my car I will never know. I swore I would never come back. But when the leak returned and shorted out my radio, cruise control, anti-lock brakes and one other element, I brought the car back to show them what the leak had caused. They had it for a week and did nothing. I told them I wanted the problems resolved under my warranty, and they asked me to bring the car back the following week. That was when I learned that my warranty had expired (something they didn't tell me the week before). One of the service people was walking by my car as I was checking in and he identified a "noise" coming from the engine and said my car had major issues that would be very expensive ($5,000). It turns out the lifters needed adjusting. But they said NOTHING about it the previous week. I didn't trust them to fix my lifters and found the repair would likely only take a few hours so I found an independent willing to do it for a fraction of the cost. But, I wanted to get the leak that they had made worse resolved, so I left the car and called Chrysler warranty company. Once again, the leak could not be identified and they returned my car to me with 2,000 ants inside (and my car was cleaned inside with nothing to draw the ants). They failed to fix any of the shorts, even though they caused the problem. They failed to identify the leak and had my car for a week and a half. I will never trust them with my vehicle again.

Totally disappointed! Purchased a 5500 chassis Ram dump truck! Well it turns out truck didn t even made it to the dump with its first load. With 200 miles on this truck and it already has transmission and differential issues! Voiced my option to the sales guy Eddie never heard back from him!Truck was loaded when it stoped working and they would not tow it loaded !!So not impressed with this dealer at this time.

False advertisement... I drove in from LA yesterday to look at what I thought was a $55-56k (USA) 2020 White Jeep Wrangler Rubicon EcoDiesel with brown saddle interior. I know my picture is a Grand Cherokee, so don t confuse my review. I didn t take any pictures of the Jeep I came in to look at off Cargurus as I was shocked when I arrived and looked at the dealers tag, it was just north of $62-63K. I know the dealership hadn t done any work to the Jeep; ie Mopar lift kit, bigger tires or new wheels as it was all stock from the factory.I also couldn t find out why the price increase on the sticker, though I could tell this wasn t fully loaded as it didn t have the Camera in the front. I eventually left after about 25 minutes of walking around all locked Jeeps and not being greeted by anyone.

I am not happy at all with my purchase. People study your contract make sure that what you negotiate on your truck is exactly what you see on your contract. Don't get a service contract for oil changes don't get an extended warranty on a brand new truck. Those contracts are designed so well that the things that will break down most often are not covered and the things that don't break down are covered. They're a waste of money and you finance them so they cost a lot more. I will never buy another vehicle from this dealership because of the way they lied. Same truck recently got a trade-in value of 1/3 of what it's actually worth from this dealership. I do not recommend you trade in your truck sell it to a private party you will be much happier

The Service Team at McPheek's Dodge is top notch. Our family decided to purchase another Dodge and having this great service so close to our home helped us make that decision. Enrique Villegas assisted us this time and he was very polite, knowledgeable and fast. There were numerous clients and he continued to keep a positive attitude. He answered all my questions even pertaining to specs and warranty coverage. Well done, thank you so much!

Took my van in for service. They were ready for it. Super friendly texted me in two hours no nonsense I like it. This dealership is under construction their still serving and selling cars. Looked like an entire building renovation. It didn't affect their availability to give great customer service. They had plenty of cars and tucks on the lot. They were all super professional. Thank you very much. I will be back.

First of all the place is kind of Hidden Away I understand they're doing a lot of construction. But I was told to take my truck in for a recall. In which I did when I got there they said the last time I had gone in there they had change the recall part already.? I don't really know if they did or if they didn't. I don't like to be played as a fool. I drove on the freeway for 45 minutes to get there. Just to be told that. This was ridiculous. And the truck that I purchased there was a $70,000 truck. They should at least give better service. I'm not asking for anything for free either.

One star is far too generous. My car was brought to this dealership from the used car department at Hyundai (another dealership I wouldn't recommend) which is right next door. They had my car for a month and a half for an engine repair that was covered under my extended warranty. My point of contact at the service department (Enrique Villega) constantly tried to shake me down for money for things that were covered under my warranty, and I wasn't even aware that they had completed the repair until a week after it had been done. Every time I called in for updates and requested a call back I would receive a text message from Enrique with one to ten words in it so when I finally met him in person I was shocked to see that he was closer to 50 because he communicated like he was 15. The atmosphere at this dealership is extremely shady and immature so if you can avoid them I would advise you to do so. I know I will never bring my car back here under any circumstances.

I have used the service department at McPeek's a few times and each time have been treated really well. Worked with Service Manager Michael Nortcutt, who was great. Told me the car would be done today and it was. Spent a good part of the day there, but that was not because they did not offer a courtesy shuttle, it was that I did not have a way to return to pick up my car. I would recommend the service there if you have a Chrysler/Jeep vehicle.

I bought a 2019 Jeep from a dealer in Costa Mesa. Car had electrical issues. I was referred to McPeek and specifically Mike in the service department. Let me tell you, Mike was amazing. He really took care of my car and I couldn't be happier. He wasn't just nice to me though; I could tell he truly cared for his service guys. The mechanics out in the yard working on customers' cars day in and day out. He showed he was a true leader on both side of his work not just a customer service talking head. I appreciate that very much. Thank you Mike and thank you McPeek!

Me: Is the vehicle on your website available and can you pull it out for me to see when I arrive?Dealership: Yes,.Me: Great! I'll be there in 20 minutes. I arrive and ask about the vehicle that I don't see?Salesman: The Service Department just took it over (on Saturday at 4:30) to put a different bed on it. I have another one similar right over here. Lets go look at it real quick.Me: Real quick?Us: Walk walk walk walk walk walk walk walk walk walk walk.Salesman: It must be on our other lot.Me: Goodbye!Follow up; The General Manager Stewart Benjamin emailed me to find out what happened, "how can we fix it"? As if he doesn't know the dealership uses BAIT AND SWITCH tactics advertising vehicles not in stock or hidden out back to lure customers which is illegal by the way. "It was just sold", "its on a test drive", "It's having a new truck bed put on it for another customer", "Santa is using it to deliver Christmas gifts tonight". Come follow me all over the dealership says the Salesman while we look for a vehicle. Sit here, wait there. All designed so you have time invested and do not leave without making a deal. You wouldn't want to leave feeling as if you waisted 3 hours of your life, sales tactics 101.

Nice people, poor workmanship. Recently took 2 trucks in for service. One for 5 recalls, the other for a warranty repair. After being repaired both trucks get less than a mile from the dealership and have failures from the work done. The warranty repair now has several other "issues" that are NOT covered under warranty. Stop me if you've heard this before. My GPS indicated they drove the vehicle for 6 miles before we picked it up when it was ready. Now they want $ to repair these new issues, but cant give us any answers as to how they did the repairs that failed. The recall work, after being brought back in, has held up so far.
