I had an emergency, as my staff were locked out of the store on a weekend. I called their number, as their website says they offer emergency weekend service. I was told a tech would phone me back but I did not receive a call. I called again and they said they would contact the tech, but again no response. Same thing a third time and then I gave up. 2 stars for the polite call centre staff, but 0 stars for the non existent tech. Surprising, as they have decent feedback.

Amazing experience. I called him at Sentinel Lock on a Saturday morning and he answered with a great attitude and stellar customer service. Our front house door was no longer locking because the deadbolt and strike plate were not aligning. He came to our home within the hour of our call and completed his work effectively and in such a timely manner. He provided us with picture and video footage of the working door as well - for our reference. He really went above and beyond. We 100% recommend this company. It is our new go-to.

Master Locksmith 24-7 was courteous, on time, efficient and repaired my lock perfectly. It is comforting to know he is a phone call away for any future security/lock issues. Not easy to trust people in this field - he is one of the good guys!

I needed a locksmith to rekey all the deadbolts in my house. Technician was prompt, friendly, and very professional. He also helped me and liked them a lot. If you ever need a locksmith, I highly recommend this company!!

Master locksmith service is a great company to work with.We called them on weekend to set up a time for themto come and check some safe that we had in our garage andwe wanted it to be open, they did it pretty fast and super clean.second thing they also install some master locks in our security door.Our family feel much safer and we are happy !Services: Safe lock mechanism installation, opening & repairs, Security door locks

Super fast service,Me and my wife were shopping at walmart, suddenly we foundout our car key has lost.We called master locksmith because they was pretty closeto our location.We had such an amazing service from themFast and polite.They came to make our car key in less than 20 minutes, they also made us spare key with very small charge.Overall super happy.Service: New key fob creation

Absolutely amazing! Leonard installed locks and even helped fix a faulty door lock mechanism. Couldn't be happier with the work and service. They were punctual, professional, and friendly. And unlike the other locksmiths I called, I didn't feel like I was getting ripped off.I almost wish I needed a locksmith more often so I wouldn't just use their services once. Leonard was great by phone. Some of the other locksmiths acted like I was wasting their time.This company deserve 10/10 stars!!! My doors are locking and unlocking. I drove to this address to make some key duplicates and I couldn't find any Master Locksmith store here. When I called the phone numbers listed on Google maps and I couldn't get a straight answer whether this business address is valid. So do your own judgement when you want to obtain services from this listing.

I called them to check how much it will be to open my safeafter my family lost the combination and the key.The guy who answer is super polite and professional.Answer on all my question so i decided to book them for few hours later.Perfect service, came and open my safe, its a big safethat were connected to the ground and this dude knows whathe is doing,Super pro.Prices wise were great and i will keep use this company in the futurefor sure!Services: Safe lock mechanism installation, opening & repairs, General repairs, Repair hardware

For me it was such a nightmare to forget the key inside the car, at the beginning i thought i needed a new key to open my BMW.After i called master locksmith anaheim late night (11PM) they told me they can open the car without damage so, they came in 15 minutes and open my car in two minutes.Bravo guys , great work super honest.
