I had deep swirl marks down the entire right side of my ram 1500 do to me trying to get paint that was splattered all over it. Took it in to maaco to see if they could get them out. They were able to not only remove the marks, but they got the rest of the paint off and, as a bonus, fixed a few scratches by mixing some matching paint. I was very happy with the final result. Great price, and super friendly people. Thanks, Becky, and whoever else worked on restoring my truck. You guys did a great job!

There are few businesses these days that can truly exceed customer expectations. MAACO of Anaheim did just that! Becky and the team there are really down to earth people, but take their craft seriously. They took the time to answer all the questions and concerns I had on my vehicle prior to the work. They met their quoted time frame for the job and best of all, the job they did was outstanding. I was very pleased with the results and the pricing. I highly recommend this shop. You won t be disappointed!

The Maaco in Anaheim Hills did a beautiful job repainting my entire Tahoe. Becky provides the best customer service and is very attentive to detail. They are fair priced and make sure you are happy when you leave. I m pleased with the way I was treated and the end results of the paint job.

Everyone was so helpful & knowledgeable. I had just been hit by someone who was claiming it was my fault & it truly was not. So when I went in to get my car fixed, I was already upset. The women in the office called me down & walked me through the insurance process etc. I really felt like I was in good hands. Ended up paying extra to get my whole car painted & it looks WONDERFUL!!! I am generally pleased with the workmanship my truck looks good. I have used this company 4 times previous and have been satisfied, my only complaint this time is I was having The top the hood and the front bumper painted on my truck and when I went to pick it up on the fourth day they had not yet painted the bumper. Which means no one whose job it is to notice bothered to notice. Picked it up after four more days and it looks great when I asked for a small discount for my trouble I was told no. Oh well, I guess.

My 2010 Corolla paint was severely faded from the sun. When I went to pick up my car it looked like a brand new car. Thank you Maaco in Anaheim.

They did a great job of repainting my 14 year old car that had never been painted since I purchased. It definitely could have used some love in the paint department a few years back. Finally I saw that Maaco was a really good price for the full body repaint and I decided to go with it. It turned out great and it almost looks like brand new when I bought it. 5/5 stars from me.Service: Painting

I had a great experience here. Only got my car painted a week ago, and as far as I can see, they did excellent work. Time will tell on the quality of the paint job. But Becky provided excellent customer service.

I am grateful to the service provided by Maaco Collision Repair & Auto Painting Centers at 3627 E Miraloma Ave. My insurance company had an issue with the first body shop and it towed my car away to a public car storage. At that time I was so worried that no other body shop would like to repair my car. I called for about 5 body shops and they did not want to repair my car for different reasons. I was so lucky and grateful that I was able to contact Marco body shop and Becky suggested us to tow the car to their place for examination. Finally, they agreeded to repair my car and I was able to get back my car two months later. I would like address many thanks to Maaco and Becky because they are helping us when we are in big trouble!Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim

After my clear coat got blasted off at the car wash I took my car here. Becky was great in telling me what steps needed to be done to fix my problem. I recently took in my 1998 Honda Accord. The paint was faded and peeling. The hood was damaged and dent marks all around. The labor workers at Maaco did an outstanding job! They went above and beyond what was asked of them!

Had my dad s white Toyota Tacoma painted at Maaco Anaheim during the heat wave. In the office, Becky was very helpful with recommendations and communication. Okay, this was a really great experience. Our 86 Nissan needed it's first paint job. Becky provided estimate with 4 paint quality choices. Actual work time, about a week. Exceptional results, we opted for the 4yr paint.Their commitment to customer satisfaction is excellent. Our new go to for paint and body. Very well priced

Was looking to get new paint on my 1968 chevy pick up truck. After looking at several different paint shops, I chose Maaco mainly because of the honest information I got from Virgil and Becky.Virgil walked me through the process,Showing me some of the projects his team was working on. I didn't expect a show truck as this is a daily driver so I knew what I was getting up front. But i was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the work.It did take a little longer than expected but it is a busy shop.Thank you Becky and Virgil for putting up with me when I came to check on the progress. Always friendly and nice. It was a pleasure doing business here. Would recommend to anyone needing a good quality paint job.

Becky will tell you anything to get your business. She is not friendly and take her position to serious. She loves to be called "BOSS". Your car will NOT be ready as promised and she has no remorse on your expenses for a rental or the time you will be without your vehicle. If you get your vehicle service here, please deal with Willy. He is so friendly and professional. AGAIN DO NOT DEAL WITH "BOSS LADY" Becky.Furthermore, after the vehicle was there four days, and when I called to prepare to pick it up, to my surprise, I was asked did I want to put the logo back on the vehicle. I DID NOT leave my vehicle without a logo and it was not mention on the contract. We walked around my car the day before to write the estimate and the next day I dropped it of and the logo was on the vehicle. Therefore Maaco removed the logoService: Painting

I'm very happy with the customer service, they went out of their way to help and accommodate my needs. The quality and value were better than expected. We have had 2 personal vehicles and our business truck painted there. We would recommend using them.

Got my car painted and it was definitely not the color I picked out but it is a beautiful color and I love it so that s fine. The only thing I don t like is that somehow the inside of my car got all sorts of heavy dust in it, maybe from sanding it? I had just detailed my car so that was annoying. Most bothersome of all they sanded the outside of my windows that I opted to keep black instead of paint (because I guess it s the normal thing to do and they suggested it, once I started looking I realized that many cars have basically the top of the door above the windows black and the rest of the car colored) and didn t bother to refinish it so now my car is subject to rust all around the windows. To sum it up, customer service is great, quick turnaround, not the paint I wanted but still pretty, and they ruined part of my car.*Edit* I went back and they buffed the part of the windows they sanded. They were very nice. It looked better for the day but now it s scratchy again. I also noticed that EVERY Single one of my rims have freaking paint on it!!!!!!! Are you kidding me?!?! All the decals that they took off and glued back on have an absurd amount of glue all around them and it is just ruined. Also, they sanded my freaking window and chipped my windshield in two places. Will never recommend Maco.

If the bottom line is regarding the paint job, that turned out fine and happy with outcome.. however, overall, there were many areas of opportunity. 1) customer service and time: it took over 3 weeks to replace a bumper and paint the car.. original quote was less than 5 days.. the lack of communication is what was awful. Mind you I did miss one of their phone calls and messages and as I kept calling back to check on the status, I was told I ll call you when the car is finished.. fine by me, so I waited another week and a half and no call. Finally I called again and then they told me we left you a message, because we needed another part?! Message?! I did not get any message and then I was told it s my fault bc I left you a message like the first time you didn t answer?! Really?! You re going to blame me again because I never got back to you after the first message and so now you re going to use this excuse against me? Can t you just call back the next day or the day after?! I was shunned the first time calling therefore I left it in their hands to call me when the job was complete or if any problems, their lack of communication and time to finish was a disaster.. 2) quality of work is par.. once again the paint job is fine however the body work included was mediocre.. the front bumper does not seem to have a smooth connection with car and fog lights are off centered.. I had asked to fix my rear tailpipe and they could not do it and asked me to go to a muffler shop . Isn t Maaco an auto repair shop and shouldn t they be able to fix a tail pipe? Last, I had a new front grill since my old bumper/grill were damaged in the accident.. they could not put on the after market grill.. I got a second opinion, and they were able to attach the grill.. overall, I get frustrated thinking about the money, time and trust I spent here. A little under $1300, I got a decent paint job, mediocre auto repair job, and service id probably look elsewhere for.

I keep my cars so over the years they need a little TLC, Maaco in Anaheim has done three of my cars. I didnt want to spend a lot of money but wanted a paint job that would last a good 5 to 8 years. I am very happy with the way they turned out.

They painted my 2012 Honda Civic and did a fantastic job! The cost to paint entire car was affordable and completed in a timely matter (1 week).I would reccomend Becky and the team at Maaco for any paint job needed.
