Not a Karen just simply had a horrible experience here. Not only was I treated unfairly but I was taken advantage of simply because of my gender (female). The shop not only provided tires in poor condition and wrong size but also failed to address my concerns when I returned. The owner's response, insisting that customers should have read a policy that wasn't clearly communicated, is unacceptable. Additionally, the fact that the workers flirted throughout the whole process the day I was getting my tire is disgusting and unprofessional. One of the workers Josue gave me his number on the back of a card and told me to call him anytime as I got my receipt the day I got the tire. Overall It's disappointing when businesses prioritize their own interests over customer satisfaction and integrity. So females please be careful and DO NOT GO ALONE.

I called three places to ask about getting my deflated tire checked out. Of the three, King s was the friendliest, so I came here, and I am happy with my choice. They were able to fit me in right away, and everyone there was friendly even the staff who were not directly working with me. They found a nail in my tire and repaired it in less than 30 minutes. I will be coming back for future services like oil changes, etc. Thank you very much!

This place is awesome! It's family owned and everyone is super helpful. My tires were really bad and caused my whole car to vibrate/wobble. I was in the area, gave them a call, and they hooked me up with a set of really good used tires. At a good price too! Would definitely come back again.

This place is legit. They ordered my tires, told me it was 85 per tire so 340 total and that was it. If you go to big tires, they charge you for mounting, balance, tax, etc, like nickel and dime you. The same tires at Big O and Just tires quoted me $421.68. And they said it would take 3 hours. Who has that kind of time? King tires, 20 minutes and I was out. 340 cash out the door. And they didn't try to upsell me other services like brakes, shocks , etc.

Horrible service bad customer service, went to get a a tire change they damaged my rim no problem things happen they said they will fix it yesterday,went today to get it to check it and they said they won t fix it they didn t do damage, they said the rim did not fit the machine so he didn t change the tires , the tires are changed we got the work done there , if the tires are changed and it did not fit the machine how did it get changed , it s viable the rim was in the machine DONT GO HERE BAD CUTUSOMER SERVICE NO PAPER WORK don t take a job you won t be able to do

I had some trouble finding used 225/50 R17 but here at King's I found them at a great price and best of all runflats! If you want great service and tires stop on by!!! Sweet family and staff I'm not from here but definitely recommend checking them out if you need good used tires.

I was in an emergency situation and called in advance. My tire had blown out and I needed a used one. This was the second shop I contacted and they too claimed to have a used tire in stock. However, when I arrived, they only had new tires available, which was the same situation at the previous shop. I was able to purchase a new tire from a store located south of here for $65. These shops take advantage of people in dire situations. I will not be returning to either of these shops again. I advise others to call ahead and confirm availability before visiting a shop. If the price quoted over the phone is not honored upon arrival, customers should request the phone call price be honored.

Omfg they are THE VERY BEST! I first came in February and got all 4 tires on my Kia Optima replaced. First of all I had to get used tires because money was tight... They gave me tires that looked brand new! They were absolutely gorgeous. All for the price of what 2 brand new tires would have cost me... Actually a bit less I think. Now I'm here getting them rotated and one replaced due to a bolt in the rear tire. They found out my two axels were about to break completely. They quoted me an unbelievable price for the rotation, rear tire replacement, two axels, and the labor... All for a little less than $400! I'll never do business anywhere else. They are such nice people and they aren't the thieves you'd normally deal with when it comes to mechanics! Trust me, forget about dealerships and places like Pep Boys... Kings beats all those mainstream places.Thank you so much for everything King's Tires!!!!!

I went today right after they opened and was helped out after about 10 minutes as they are very busy there. 10 minutes waiting isn't bad at all. The staff there is highly knowledgeable and they are straight forward type of place. Their prices are very good and I recommend them . I got a flat tire and didn't want to drive too long on my spare tire. So this place did the trick I've ben coming on and off for years now. BRING CASH, they take card but they will charge a small processing fee but cash I feel is better. I might come back soon to do my breaks as well just waiting on a quote . Just be patient and be careful as the front parking spot can be a little tricky to get into of its availabile. HIGHLY RECCOMEND pulling up around back in the alley way easier to get to

My dad told me about this place since I needed some tires and said the price is really good and so is the service. I went a while back to get a tire replaced and he wasn't kidding. The staff is supper helpful and knowledgeable of what they are doing. I can tell they are good people. I came back again cause I had a nail on a other tire and they were supper helpful and quick to help me get it fixed. I totally recommend this place to anyone who is looking to get a good deal on tires and some good service. :)

Best used tires Shop in OC. This Shop has always been my GO TO shop for used tires. They also do oil changes which i ve done my last one with them. Very nice people. highly would recommend And their prices are the BEST !!!

This family owned business has the greatest quality and prices for used and new tires. Got my car serviced here and I couldn t be any happier. They truly know what they re doing and are very knowledgeable! Would 100% recommend to all my friends and family!!

Wonderful family owned business! I was treated like royalty by a gracious host and hostesses while a courteous, competent, and efficient technician installed a beautiful set of tires which will last our Town Car longer than I will be around to drive it! It was 100 degrees in the shop, but cool and comfortable on the leather couch in the lounge next to the office.

Wow, great services. I arrived at 815AM and was out by 845AM. I had problem with one of the big chain, installed a new TPMS on the wrong rim. Did a complete tires swapped and balanced at a great price. I will never go back to the big chain again. I highly recommend people go here for your tires needs. Small shop, big services.

EXCELLENT place to shop. Exemplary, courteous knowledgeable staff coupled with AWESOME prices made for a great experience. Trust me, you really want to shop here. Its local and the prices are great. This places is INFINITELY better than greedy, callous national chains like Firestone or Goodyear. I wholeheartedly recommend this place

The mediocre service apparently hasn't changed at all.When I was younger my dad had to go back to this because they did a halfhearted job and get it corrected.Now just recently, one of my coworkers is having the same thing happen to him.Should you ever go to these people to get your tires changed or fixed, YOU WERE WARNED!

Fixed my nail damaged tire in under 10 minutes, I've barely had enough time to use a restroom, that's how fast these guys are! Was back on a road in no time
