Karta Motorwerks is a great place to bring your car for service! They have helped me greatly with my 2008 Ford F-150 and will continue to in the future. Atrak is incredible to work with and so friendly and inviting. I would highly recommend bringing your vehicle to them to for any service needs you might have.

its not easy finding a good honest mechanic that keeps up with communication throughout the whole process. Karta is exactly that. took in my '04 GMC Sierra and was not disappointed. They were very thorough and kept me in the loop on everything done/found with my truck. will definitely recommend to everyone and return for all mechanical needs i may have in the future.

There are three people you should trust in life Yourself, your doctor and your mechanic. I immediately trusted Atrak at Karta Motorwerks with my car.. not because he answered the phone or was available to look at my car but because he is honest and listens. I cannot thank Atrak enough. Going from days of ultimate distress to my car running good as new is beyond me. Time and time again I will make the 1.5 hour drive for all mechanic work. Work and labor being backed for two years is a relief and the prices are fair as well. Kindest and most honest team of mechanics I have ever come across. Made my car breaking down not so bad. I have continuous kind words for them, thanks again for everything. Visiting California from Phoenix. Serpentine belt went out lost the pulley. AAA towed me and recommended them. I am so glad they ddi! They fixed my car the same day and were super cool about everything. I feel like they were honest and fair priced and got the job done with expertise and also let me know what else could be fixed in the future but did not press me to do anything beyond what i needed done to get home. Don't do business here, this dude is a cheat and a liar. If I had known the condition of the vehicle(which he concealed) I would have not bought the car. He said it would be 300 to register, when actually it was $750+Edit; Sir, not only did you withhold information from me but you also gave me false information about the vehicle that would have changed my decision. So what if I showed up on a skateboard and review skateparks, that has nothing to do with your dishonesty and your con act of ripping off a veteran of his hard earned money. Your attempt to slander my character and discredit my review is pathetic.

They are lifesavers. Our Jeep's radiator and heater hose failed on our trip from our home in Sacramento to Orange County. AAA recommended we get towed to Karta. This was a Saturday.This could have been a disaster, but they were able to start work immediately. The estimate detailed everything that needed to be done.The results were excellent. OEM parts were used and the per hour labor charges were 40% less than the Jeep dealers price.I strongly recommend their excellent and friendly services.

Called for appointment for maintenance required, tire rotation and flat tire. I got there at the shop and they took care and solved the problems right away. Every time I go there for my car issues they always take care of it and they treat me like family. I want to give a HUGE thank you for Atrak and his amazing team. I had royalty service from them. My vehicle is running spectacular due to their expertise. I can't even put words together to show my appreciation to them. Did I mention they are quick and efficient as well, no matter how big the project is.

Great service here. They helped me get covered for the parts under my Carmax Care Warranty and had great communication. My vehicle needed parts to be ordered which took a week since they were on back order, but they contacted the warranty service to let them know and I was able to get a rental car very quickly. The care they took with their customer shows. My daughter's 2010 Chevy HHR was running poorly due to neglect and bad service attempts by her ex. The repair was lengthy timewise and expensive but reasonable given the condition the car was in when they got it. Now it's running great. This is the second car that I've brought in this year that needed repair work that most shops would decline. I find the service excellent and the prices fair. This is one shop where they really care about you - the customer. Papa's auto maintained my 1993 Ford Escort in excellent condition for 5 years. When I sold it recently, it was way better than when I got it back in 2004. Yep, I could actually still sell it! Papa's auto has also been maintaining my 2006 Nissan Sentra for 5 years, and it handles better than when it was brand new. Prices are also very reasonable. You can trust them to give you the best suggestion for your budget, and you can trust that they have your best interest at heart. As they like to say, they do want you - the customer - to come back. Me, I am one very satisfied customer.

I've been to this shop twice and both instances were great experiences.The shop has reasonable pricing. They provide alternative options if you are on a budget (i.e; OEM, aftermarket options for parts) but not to the point where they compromise with low quality parts. They guarantee quality even if you choose to buy aftermarket parts to save a couple of bucks. Their quality of work is professional. They back up the work and parts with a two year warranty. They are very detailed in explaining the problem and what is needed to fix. Rare to see but I consider them to be a highly creditable mechanic shop.

Papa's is like having a GREAT mechanic in the family. Atrak and his crew have been taking care of my Saturn for years now, and I've gotten nothing but top notch service and more than fair pricing every time I've needed service. I feel right at home there, and I know that I'll be treated like family. I would HIGHLY RECCOMEND Papa's to any one and everyone.....and I do already.

Changed all oil leaking gasket and told me I need front rotor s and brake pads well I did not need rotors or brake pads at all!! Atrack was the most helpful! I was indeed scared in my situation having my windows down and not knowing why the key wouldn t start the car to lift my windows up again, but Atrack was able to lift my spirits in a few words, did you turn your wheel while the key is in the ignition very thankful to have called this place of business to get an answer so quick and informative!
