My family has brought their cards her for some time and each time, the staff is excellent. So grateful to Israel and Andre for this help my most recent visit. They worked to sort out what was needed, as I was about 1,500 miles past the service light going on, and my car needed some TLC beyond just an oil change. They were patient and kind as they helped me sort out priorities that fit within my budget. Will continue to come back. Thanks guys.

My mother came here I rode along passenger side after we had left 433 W Katella location because they wanted $160 first before they check our car s fluids which is insane when we arrived at 2505 e Lincoln location we were told to wait in the lane to side until they were don t completing a vehicle upon waiting a new vehicle arrived immediately they popped the hood checked the dip stick etc while we still waited completely helped this new customer who arrived but we still had yet to be serviced the staff member then proceeded to service a phone call we decided after a while to drive away when exiting the staff member informed us the hood was still open we asked if he could close it but never attempted to check our vehicle s fluids very odd behavior we need answers Jiffy lube this is very unprofessional my mother vehicle is from the dealership with temporary paper tags/plates she only had it two days she s just a loyal Jiffy Lube customer who wanted to establish her new vehicle our experience was poor and very disappointing

I got an oil change here and the service was great. Quick and easy and at a fair price. Showed me I also had bad battery corrosion and low coolant in the reservoir tank. They got that taken care of for a minimal fee. I usually do my own oil changes as I am wary of places like this, we ve all heard the horror stories. But not this Jiffy Lube. This one was perfect!

This is by far my favorite location to get the oil changed in my vehicles. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. I continue to come back to this location specifically because I NEVER have felt any pressure to have additional work done or buy something I didn t need. The service is typically completed within 15-20 minutes and I am out the door.I recommend going here during off peak hours during the week to avoid the weekend rush. But if life gets in the way and the weekend is the only option, they will still be open. Just sit back and relax while waiting, scroll through some more of these reviews, and know that your car will be happy with fresh life giving juices. Head out on the open road to your next adventure! Nothing to stand in your way for the next three to six thousand miles or six months, whichever comes first and then do it all again. Cheers!

Ivan is awesome and so are the employees that work there. They are honest and very dedicated to their work at hand. I moved to Fullerton and there are other places I could go closer to my home, but Jiffy Lube on Lincoln and Ivan are the absolute best and worth the drive

One of the worse customers service ever. That guy Israel is not happy with his job. I was actually thinking to stop going to the dealer for my regular maintenance and come to Jiffy lube but at least at the Toyota dealer they know what customers service means. I will never come back to this location.

Are usually choose the Jiffy Lube s in my neighborhood of Redondo Beach/Torrance but shows this teamAs they are close to my workplace and my normal locations close at 6 PM or right before.This team was a pleasant surprised..Very professional and efficient I would highly recommend this crew.Obviously, professionally owned and managed 5 thumbs up

Friendly as always. They explain things and show you how the parts looks and what they should look like. I ve never had a bad experience here and always come back. This is my fifth car bringing to them since 2005.

Very friendly staff, explained all processes in great detail. Process is very quick and easy, definitely will be returning very good experience. Got an oil change for 45$ and cars running smooth again. They also have a unisex bathroom!! These guys are fast

I am always greeted quickly, added to the queue, and shown to the waiting area upon arrival. My suggestion is to look up your online coupons ahead of time because you may be able to save $20!It didn t take too long to get all the services done and out the door. I am comfortable going there no matter what service people are working.

This Jiffy Lube location is awesome. I was in and out within 20 minutes and they were very informative, showing me the oil dipstick to assure me it was done. Very professional. Thank you.

This location has seen a lot of employees come and go however, their service is always exceptional. I was very sad to see Ivan gone but the new assistant manager Andre was fantastic.

I called jiffy lube ahead of time to ask a few questions and they were very polite and ameable on the phone. When I arrived they were very friend and took care of my oil change. They were quick and efficient. I will be going back there for future oil changes.

Came in for an oil change on a rarely driven vehicle, turns out I m not actually due for fresh oil as they pointed out based on my service record. But they were kind enough to check my tires, top up fluids and reset the service interval.

Drove in and my car was being serviced within 10 minutes. I had a number of things taken care of. The one I was most excited about is they fixed my front lens covers headlights, they were dull and yellow. They sanded them and then put a clear coat on them - they look brand new.

Heads up! Warning. To save time and money. I decided not to take my brand new Jeep wrangler to the dealership for an oil change. So I took it to Jiffy Lube near my home. I left the establishment once the oil change was complete. My neighbor pointed out a puddle of oil underneath my Jeep. Long story short.I took the jeep to the dealership. I was told the oil filter housing was cracked. I had to pay almost $1,800 for repairs and replacement. The dealership advised me to file a claim with Jiffy lube. The manager at the Lincoln location wanted pictures of parts and service done to my Jeep. Needless to say they made it very difficult for me. I decided to take the bite and lesson learned. Never take your car or new car to Jiffy lube. Because you get what you pay for. A very expensive lesson indeed.

Such Super Fast Quality Service I wasn't even able to finish all of my smoke right after stepping out of car for it's oil change lol. Literally like 15 minutes I was in and Out. The service was good, fast and they were very nice, But they forgot to screw the bottom part of the car after they did the oil change. Did not notice until after when I heard something dragging.
