Fast, friendly service When I drove up to this Jiffy Lube station, I was greeted by the manager, who assisted me with all of my questions proceeded to ask me how my day was going.I was assisted to the lobby and said sir we re gonna get to work on your car right now. Will get you all set up and on your way, to me. That was a level of a human interaction that I don t find present too much anymore!Highly recommended.

They forgot to screw back my car s underbody shield after an oil change and it fell off partially while driving on the freeway. Had to pull over to the side to remove it completely with no other screws to keep it in place. Very negligent and gave me a lot of trouble.

My poor hamster wheel needed to get serviced quickly and I looked up the closest oil change on yelp. Jiffy Lube was the closest and highest rated. I hadn t been to one in decades, but had a coupon. They were a little pricey, but the mechanic found another coupon for the type of oil needed (high mileage).With all the other services they performed, it was worth the price. Had I taken the time to run around and do all of the things they did that day, it would ve been a lot more in time and effort and cost. I don t have a lot of money to spend so this was worth it.Will be returning to this Jiffy Lube for my next service call.

This Jiffy Lube location has great staff. Staff is helpful, efficient and quick. They are informative as to what my car really needs and informs me as to why. I have been coming here for a couple years and will continue to do so!

I ve been going to this particular Jiffy Lube in Anaheim for the past 20 years with 4 or 5 vehicles I ve had. There are other such businesses closer to my home, but their great customer service keeps me coming back. I never hesitate to stop by for a quick Trip Check prior to a long out-of-state drive. I am not a fan of dealerships when it comes to oil changes and Jiffy Lube never pushes unnecessary services!!

Excellent service! As soon as they arrived, I was warmly greeted. The oil change service was prompt and efficient. I was given a clear explanation of the service and the need to change my air filter. Thank you for your excellent customer service. I highly recommend this business.

My first time at this location, and first time in years since I've been to a Jiffy Lube. I broke up with my mechanic, so I had to find a place I can trust.What a great find this particular location turned out to be.I received such a pleasant and professional experience, both from Ivan and Johnson. They both took their time to answer my questions, gave me clear suggestions, and I left feeling that unusual thing: honest mechanics I can really trust!Even though it's about 10 miles from home, it's kinda on my way to work, and would require me adding an hour to my time frame,I am certainly coming back from now on for the regular maintenance and then some.How fortunate am I!Thank you!

After I received my check list they lied and said my left and right wipers were good. You could see they rubber dangling from one and the other didn't have any wiper left. Also, they said both head lights worked but the right one doesn't even have a bulb and part of my side plate was knocked off and they didn't tell me. I had to go back and ask about it and sure enough, there it was on the ground. He said " oh yea there it i"What a joke. I knew these things were wrong but I couldn't believe after telling the crew I'm taking this car over 300 mile trip to plz check everything. Funny thing is, they didn't see my man in another car waiting. I had my 83 yr old mom with me. I wonder if my man drove it in, if it would have been ?different...hmm

Jiffy Lube on Ball Rd is amazing!! I ve never had my oil changed at a business like this before and they were very polite and patient walking me through the process.

Everything was taken care of. However the service guy in the garage was not all that welcoming and was careless with the keys to my car. He rolled down the window and tossed my key on seat of car in driveway and left it. I asked him not to leave it unattended like that as we were in a bad neighborhood. He said we always do that, no issues. I noticed another finished car was parked in same situation, window down, keys on seat. I mentioned to cashier, who was nicer, and he also said we always do that. However, he did at least hold my keys after for me so I was glad and thankful they heard my concern and adapted. Also, the company used a bait and switch, false adverttising technique by sending me a "gift card" for $25. But it turned out to effectively be a coupon and was I told I could NOT stack it with "another" coupon. GiFT CARDS are not coupons. Please call spade a spade, not a gift card.

Great crew. Very thorough and fast. No hard upsell, but showed me my cabin air filter and that convinced me to pay the extra $50. Could have saved $15 or so by DIY but the convenience is well worth the few extra dollars.

I ve been taking my car here for years as a wonderful dealership alternative. Fast service and decent prices. Coupons are available online so I would recommend getting some first and make sure it s for the particular store you re going to.

If you want to do Uber or Lyft inspection don't go there. The inspection guy don't know anything. First of all he asked for 40$ for Uber car inspection and I agreed. Then he went to the rear tires and while he was standing he told me that I need to change my rear breaks, and he will not pass me. I told him that I changed my car rotors and break pads before 7 months, how it's not passed.I thank him and took my car to another Jiffy Lube location and the first surprise was the price for Uber car inspection is 29.99$. and the technician was very professional he came prepared with all measurement tools and did the inspection very simple and fast. and he told me that everything is perfect and my car passed.And guess what, when I asked him about the breaks, he said it's perfect and doesn't need change because the thickness is perfect.

Over 20 years going to Jiffy Lube and have never disappointed me.Quick service and always with a smile, specially the Gilbert and Ball location... or the Lincoln and Brookhurst location is my other choice...

My experience was great in regards to the oil change. Everything went smooth. They did offer cabin and engine air filter replacements which I declined. However they did not snap the engine air filter back into place. I heard some rattling and I opened the hood to see it open. If that was put back in place they would get the 5 stars. Other than that the experience was great. The oil change included topping off my washer fluid and setting my tires to their proper air pressure.Service: Oil change

The tech who checked the air filter did not re-tighten the hose clamp where the air filter box connects to the air intake. It was able to drive home fine, but later that day as the car moved it created a vacuum leak which cause the car to die on the road while my wife was driving. We had to tow the car home. Once I checked the codes and saw a vacuum leak I was able to find the source of the leak. The air filter box had been shoved on and the hose clamp was not tightened at all.Looks like another reviewer had the same problem, but it only caused rattling. This is a serious concern that needs to be addressed. There should be more training on putting things back correctly, and less emphasis on up-selling.Staff was friendly, and oil change was quick. But none of that matters if I can't be confident I'm going to get my car back in working order.We were fortunate the car died on Magnolia. If the vacuum leak had developed on the freeway, this could have been fatal.Service: Oil change

I think the mechanics were great, speedy and precise. However, the only complaint I have is why it cost to top off the liquids it should be part of the service.

I really have not had a bad experience with any Jiffy Lube I go to, however this one takes the cake as the the worst one.The customer area is small and very dirty, the restroom is worse. Employee were trying to be helpful, however not efficient. One employee's hand were filthy with oil stains up to his elbows. It is apperent that employee safety is not a priority.To make matters worse, when my vehicle was completed, i specifically asked if the panel underneath was replaced securely, they said yes.As you can see, not only was it not secured, there were no bolts to secure it.After calling them, they said "Just bring it over and we will fix it." Can't drive it like this. If you have done it right the first time, no need to repair it.Im sure management does not care, turning cars as fast as you can, sanitation, employee safety and customer service are not important.
