Staff was nice and helped to squeeze me in; even though I did have an appointment for what was planning to request. It was a bit strange that they were tight on time since the appointment was clearly scheduled. The organization charged me $530 for a standard oil change which is just outrageous. The Jaguar I have was built to make oil changes even easier than regular vehicles and the tech doesn t even need to dive under the vehicle to drain the oil. The dealership pricing has become astronomical and I would not recommend taking your vehicle to any Jaguar dealership for work now that $530 is the new standard for a basic oil change that takes minutes to complete.

Our experience was poor. The salesman was fine and did his job. A guy named Joe was great! Joe probably saved our deal with his kindness and consideration.The finance experience was very poor. We had financing in place with our bank but allowed the dealer to try and get us a better rate. That resulted in 4 credit inquiries and our credit scores fell 50 points in a matter of 2-3 days.As the salesman passed us off to the finance guy, the finance guy made it known our salesman had to go to his other job waiting tables. It was a weird and awkward moment that seemed said to only make the salesman look bad.My wife and I are in sales so we got a laugh out of the finance guy s weak attempt at selling us a warranty. It was not only unprofessional but confusing. It was as if he was shy to sell it. He rushed through it.We were told the process and paperwork would be ready in 15-20 minutes but it took far longer. I guess that is expected from a dealership that does many things the traditional way.After several hours of trying to finalize our deal, we were limited by how much our bank would allow to be debited in a single day. The finance guy knew this but didn t think to relay this at any point early enough that I could go to my bank for certified funds. He then told me an odd story of how he could only get $20k while in Vegas. His second awkward story.Instead of finding a way to accommodate us so that we could finish our purchase, we had to come back the next day. Not a big deal but very frustrating. However, this is the type of service one should expect from Rusnak Land Rover in Anaheim (Hills).

I've enjoyed doing business with Jaguar Anaheim Hills. Julio and Sven were both amazing to work with and made the process seamless! Pricing on my new used F-Pace was more than reasonable and they did everything to make it work with my budget. I've enjoyed doing business here and with these amazing men and I would 100% recommend them to anyone looking for a Jaguar or Land Rover. I will go back here again because of the excellent customer service and high quality vehicles.

My husband and I bought my first not brand new car this week, a Certified pre-owned Jag E Pace, and I am so pleased with my purchase. The experience was absolutely wonderful! I credit 90% of it to the super professional, attentive sales associate we worked with, Jeff O Neill. I do however have to give the remaining 10% credit to his manager Julio Casillas, and to finance manager Todd Sher, who treated us with patience and respect and truly did their best to earn our business. My car shopping experience in the past decade has been really positive, but the team at Jaguar Anaheim took it to the next level. Jeff is well informed, well spoken and has the insights to suggest the best vehicles that fit one s needs, without any pressure. Jeff really looked out for us during the entire in process. It wasn t about selling another car - it was about seeing us leave the dealership happy. Jeff even delivered the car to my house after hours and was so sweet about it. Needless to say - if you are in the market - go see Jeff O Neill.

I went in for service 4/3/23. Related to Coolant issues. Upon arrival my car was linking an large amount of coolant. And had overheated. I felt good at first with the Jaguar employee who was helping me. On April 5, 2023 I was informed of my diagnosis and also told that I would have to have my car towed back to Cerritos Jaguar dealership because Anaheim Jaguar dealership refused to move forward and do the repairs when in fact they would have been paid regardless.Anaheim Jaguar felt Cerritos Jaguar should fix the problem since it originated from them. In my opinion I feel like by them being of the same partnership although Cerritos Jaguar was the cause they could have just fixed it. I still had to pay a diagnostic fee of $270.00 when if they had done the service my warranty would have covered it. I was out of money for my towing and diagnostic. Got to Cerritos Jaguar and was informed they were not sure why I was charged because supposedly some from Anaheim Jaguar said a diagnostic was never done. Oh and I had informed Anaheim Jaguar that I choose to come to them because I didn t trust my car back in the hands of Cerritos Jaguar. But since I was turned away had to go back there anyway. Would love to get refund my $270.00.

I bought Range Rover Evoque from Anaheim Hills dealership in October and it has been horrible experience. If I had 0 stars to give, I would. They mistakenly placed the Gap amount in contract as Deposit and when I got the loan financed from a credit union, they financed the loan based on the inaccurate optional contract that was prepared by Anaheim Hills dealership. Inspite of numerous calls and emails, this dealership haven t made any effort to resolve this issue even though it has been escalated to Land Rover Head Office. Customer service is non existent - all their focus is on selling the car and any assistance thereafter stops. Horrible dealership!!!

The treatment I received here by service manager Scott Paul was unacceptable. He has no respect for the long standing customers and zero respect for women. He is incredibly rude and his behavior is extremely unpleasant.They not only sell broken cars but can t figure out what s wrong with them. This is my 5th time here trying to fix the same AC issue and my 11th or 12th service in 2 years time span on the Jaguar E Pace they leased me.The service manager Scott Paul accused me a scratching a loaner car and want to charge me $1500 to repair the 1 inch scratch that I didn t cause. He refused to talk to me after having me wait 5 minutes outside of his cabin, and then screamed at me go ahead wait in the lobby . When I asked can I have any clarification on the charge, he screamed again You signed the contract, you have yo pay $1500 or you won t get the loaner car When I said I didn t caused the scratch, he kept screaming and told me to wait at the lobby.After 30 mins, someone came up to me and said the same thing. And mind you I wasn t told any of these while making appointment for today s visit. I didn t appreciate the way I was treated at the service center especially by Scott Paul and I requested if I could speak to the General Manager, Sven Larson. They had me wait another 15 minutes and said he s unavailable.This is how they treat their customers!

I highly recommend this dealer for all of your car maintenance and repair service needs. I brought my F Pace in for a stop/start issue, and George Naisbitt was my advisor who was able to help me with the issue. He was very professional and responsive, and knowledgeable. He provided updates on the issue in a timely manner and clearly explained what might be the cause if the issue and how to prevent it from happening again. Thanks George very much for your help! I would highly suggest that you contact George if you need to bring your car in for service.

If it weren t for George, and now Joseph, I d probably still be upset about my experience buying the car. Their understanding of customer service in the service department is awesome. Can t ask for much more. The missing star is because I still think the service department and JLR overall have some work to do.
