Do NOT hesitate to bring your car into this place and trust them with your vehicle. It is near impossible to find a mechanic that is fair, honest and kind and these guys hit it on all cylinders ;)I have been wanting a Land Rover for almost 2 decades and hesitated to purchase one due to this make's reputation for being both being high maintenance and also not the most reliable. I was referred to Import Auto Clinic by a local Mom and had a fantastic conversation with Tim over the phone for at least 15 minutes the first time I called. I told him that I was looking at buying a Land Rover but was scared of the notorious issues and high cost of maintenance. He not only answered all my questions but was so kind and helpful that I went out and bought the car shortly after we talked. He made me feel comfortable knowing I had Import Auto Clinic as my go-to place when the time comes for maintenance.3 months later: today I took my car in to have the squeaky brakes looked at. About 30 minutes after I left, they called me to tell me that the brakes were all good and that I did not need anything at this time. They could have easily sold me new brakes that I would have paid for but they didn't. These guys are wonderful. A++.

Unfortunately I thought I found a good place to take my Mercedes but it s proven to be not the place I want to go. I feel taken advantage of and ripped off. Prices way too high and I would have had my car towed somewhere else but wasn t able to. This last time will be the last time of course never was it under warranty although always the same system problem :(

I cannot recommend this shop enough. So far I have been twice and still they deliver the same top service as the first time. Love that they provide a link to images of your car that includes things that need attention. I would recommend this shop, especially if you like the first class treatment. They are friendly and welcome your business. I had to get my truck serviced there while in a bad situation after a wheel broke off on the freeway, and I was towed to their location. They seemed to fast track my repair and had it done within 2 business days, even though I didn't have an appointment. They are very thorough and high tech with their inspections and diagnostic pictures they send to the customer via text. Loaner cars are available if you give them advance notice. They appear to be family owned and the comfortable waiting room will give you the feel you're visiting your banker instead of the mechanic.The primary downside is they do seem to charge a premium. My mechanic in Santa Ana quoted about $2900 for the work, after reviewing what was done, for which I paid about $3900. however, the service experience was quite different at Import Auto from any I've had in recent memory.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Air conditioning, Vehicle safety inspection, Auto maintenance, Battery

After experiencing a late-evening tire blowout, I had my vehicle towed to Import Car Clinic, where I utilized their after-hours drop off service. It was easy, safe and efficient. I received immediate and timely phone calls the next morning, with a thorough explanation of the repair process, cost estimate and timeline. My daughter had a headlight out on her VW Beetle and took it to a local auto parts store to get a new bulb. The employee offered to put in the new bulb. Unfortunately, he did more harm than good causing new issues and left my daughter still without a working headlight. Since my daughter is seven hours away from us at school and new to the area, it was difficult for us to know a reliable mechanic in the area. I searched and called Import Auto Clinic and spoke with Garrett. He was great! He was helpful in every way and got my daughter an appointment. My daughter took her car in and said they were extremely nice and she felt completely comfortable leaving her car with them. They were able to fix her headlight and any other issues caused by the auto parts employee. It was fast and easy. I can say we have found our mechanic for my daughter s car. After having gone to a couple of other places to get an oil leak problem looked at, I decided to give Import Auto Clinic a try. I m very happy I did. Tim is an excellent service advisor. They fixed my car in a timely, professional manner. The shop is clean, the communication is excellent, and the service is great! I m ecstatic not seeing any oil leaks on my driveway. My Infiniti G35 is 18 years old. I ve babied her and had all prior service conducted at the dealership where I purchased the car. I was looking for a more timely, straight-forward, honest service with no high-pressure tricks or gimmicks. I found just that at Import Auto Clinic! The report on my car, including photos and video, was received when expected. It clearly outlined what needed immediate attention, what was in good working order, and what needed attention, but could wait until my schedule or finances allowed. All work and associated costs were discussed and agreed to over the phone. Work was completed on time. Import Auto Clinic was very responsive and professional when I took my 2012 Jetta into the shop and the air was not cold and strong. The compressor was out and also all the filters needed changed. They have an extensive computer analysis they perform on the vehicle and are fast and efficient at the repairs. Price was competitive to the dealer quote. Auto Import Clinic is amazing and awesome. Most of all they are honest, trustworthy and their word is good as gold. They are efficient, timely and thorough. This is a great place to take your car in for maintenance and repair. They do excellent work and are friendly and reliable. I used to take my BMW to the dealer for maintenance and switched to Import Auto a few years ago. I m am so very disappointed with the service here. I have had work done at this shop before but this time was different. Not sure what has changed except that I was working with Tim this time. I took my BMW X5 in for a heating up issue. They told me it was the Aux fan and relay. I gave authorization to do the work. Two days later I get a call. Tim said that they couldn t even finish the test drive because, as he put it, oil is pumping out from the valve cover and smoking as it hits the exhaust . I had a hard time believing it because it wasn t smoking before I brought it in. I decided to go have a look before telling them to fix it. I don t think they expect me to check, because when I got there, It wasn t smoking or even showing any signs of oil leaking. I could tell he was embarrassed. Needless to say, they were trying to upsell another $1300 dollars of work that the car did not need. They even sent me a link to write a review on their site. I gave a 1 star review but they filtered it out and did not post it. That is why I am giving this place a 1 star review. If I could give no stars I would. Be very aware of the tactics these guys use to upsell work that might not be needed. Again, very disappointed with this place. I can t believe that they tried to rip me off. Always a good experience. I know my vehicle will be well taken care of, repairs will be done right the first time and are usually done pretty quickly. Love the new system showing pictures of the issues (and non-issues) after their inspection but before any work is done! Just had oil change, control arm replaced and full brake/rotor replacement completed on my 2003 Accord. Great friendly service! I have been bringing my cars for many years to beserviced, including repairs. Excellent quality work, never had any problems. No sales pressure to have something done I didn't want. They are a lot cheaper than having your car serviced at the actual car dealer! They have free loan cars, and depending on the distance, they will drop you off at your home and will pick you up when requested. Highly recommended!

I came to this place as it is highly recommended by a friend. I'm glad i found this place. They are very professional. I came for my Audi with a check engine light on and running rough. We thought it was the end of the road for the car. But they were able to fix it and now it s running like new again. I really appreciate Andy for his honesty and the rest of the team. I ll be taking all my car here from now on for service. Recommend this place.

Tim was awesome in helping us with our car. One morning our car didn t start normal, and the engine light came on. I quickly called him, and he instantly said I could drop the car off even though they weren t able to work on it that day. Once they were able to, Tim was quick to communicate with us, and we appreciated his honest opinion about everything. It s hard to find someone that you can trust with your car! Tim and his team did a great job. This is my first time visiting this shop and you always get those doubts as a first time visitor to a new shop. The inspection was awesome. They show you pictures, tell you what s good, what should be on your radar, and what needs your attention.This is the place where I ll come back for my repairs and maintenance. Andy and David did great! I purchased a used car and brought it by to make sure to make sure it was all in ship shape. They looked over the car especially the concerns I had after the test drive. They looked the car over and after declaring it good to go I felt much better! Me and my family have been going to Import Auto Clinic for over 30+ years and I never trust another mechanic to look at my cars!

Import Auto clinic took care of me just like they always do. Did some looking around the first time I needed work done and I m glad I went here. Tim is always really helpful and seems like they have a good team, best part is they let you know what s good on your car, what might need future attention and of course fix your current issues, would definitely recommend them to anyone give them a shot!
