Went in to see about doing a lease buyout and had the fortunate experience of getting help from Angel Collazo on a new car purchase. Extremely happy to be paying less than I already was for a brand new car. Took his time to give me a great deal and would definitely return because of him.

I took my car in to Hardin Honda for service and I was very pleased and was well taken care of by the service advisor Juan Ayala. He made the whole process very smooth and helped me understand any issues I was experiencing with my car and was very patient. I will recommend him to all my peers and I ll definitely come back.

Yesterday March 10, 2024, I had the pleasure of walking into Hardin Honda to look at a new car to lease and return my current one. As soon as I walked in I had the pleasure of encountering positive customer service from various attendees. I was delighted to have worked with IRVING GARIBAY, he was concise, knowledgeable, and most importantly sincere. As we closed on an AMAZING DEAL we worked alongside sales manager Eric Turner who was a class act and Arnaldo finance manager who was personable and patient. Overall, I had a phenomenal experience, I only wish I had leased my first car from them originally in 2021!!!!

Hello,My name is Araceli Lopez and my husband Francisco Escalante and I purchased a 2024 Honda Cr-V on Sunday 11/26/23 with Jimmy.Jimmy was great through the whole process and Jimmy asked us questions and encountered our needs. He made sure that we left with the right car that made since for our family. Although, our initial request was purchasing a pre-owned car with Jimmy s help we and advise.My husband and I realized that a New Model made better choice for our needs . Jimmy was great through out the wholeProcess he made sure our concerns we hear heard.I appreciate his transportation and sincereness! Amazing experience! As soon we cross the door Miguel did answer all our questions. He was really helpful and he was patient and did adjust to our budget. Everything was so fast that I m still realizing that I will be driving a HRV 2024 . It was a great experience. Also, Arnardo M was very helpful.

I purchased a Honda CRV Hybrid which by the way is an amazing vehicle! However, this dealership at the pricing with the competitive offers is not worth it. I work at Disneyland which they informed me a lot of cast members go here and i hope no more go here. I looked through my paper work to see when my first payment is because I like to be ahead with my money and budget well. However, I noticed that they added an extra $1,000 for gap which was supposed to be included with the Honda care warranty for $3500 that was agreed upon with the financing person. I called the dealership right away, and spoke to sales manager Chen(rude) which he informed me that I should be more thorough and I signed so regardless of what was discussed doesn't matter and try to fix it with the finance person. I informed him of the conversation though between myself and the finance manager. The agreement was I purchased Honda care and Gap was included. However that was not the case they added in another $1000 charge. I will be keeping the GAP but cancelling the Honda care and saving myself $3500 on a vehicle with 16K miles. After 7 months of financing with Honda I will be refinancing for a bit lower because I will not allow this dealership to earn any more of my money then I have to.They FORCE you to pay for a stupid low jack which online and many forums people say ELO is worthless so extra MANDATORY fee even though the form says its optional. When they had me attempt to download the app from the App Store it showed it had two stars and many consumers said it was worthless

Just purchased my 2024 Odyssey EX-L from Hardin Honda this past Sunday. Irving helped me on the sales side and Eric helped me finalize the deal on Manager's Desk. They both made it very easy as they both were very transparent with me on everything. Whatever they told me over the phone, it was delivered to me on my final deal. Signing in finance took less than 5 minutes which must be a record. All in all very satisfied with the deal and service provided to me at Hardin Honda. Thank you guys!

Hardin has been the best experience I have had with a dealer so far. I was able to get an FL5 at a fair price with the help of my salesman "Irving". It was a lot of back and forth negotiating but in the end it was worth it.

Biggest thanks to service consultant, Juan Ayala! He has truly made our car maintenance and repair experience at Hardin Honda extremely easy. I knew something was wrong with my brakes and sure enough shortly after dropping my car off Juan contacted me to keep me in the loop. I experienced significant issues with Hardin Honda in Anaheim after leaving my car for a paint repair. Despite assurances that my vehicle would be ready by April 10, 2024, I was repeatedly informed of further delays, extending to April 16. Throughout this period, the dealership failed to provide a courtesy car, and communication was severely lacking. My attempts to contact them by phone and email were often ignored, and when my service agent went on vacation, no alternative arrangements were made for my case. This resulted in excessive personal time wasted, including visits to the dealership during my working hours. The lack of professionalism and customer care at this facility is alarming, and I would caution others against expecting reliable service from Hardin Honda. Juan Ayala is a terrible agent, he left on vacation and left me pending with no one to follow up with me in my car status.

Purchased a car 2 months ago. Was promised different set of rims . Never received them . Contacted 4 times always get a I ll call you back and never calls back. Don t waste your time with them. HORRIBLE experience. Wouldn t recommend at all. Mind you I live 45 mins away .

Came to resolve a mechanical issue on my car. My service advisor Alex Flores was professional and friendly. He kept me informed of the situation on my car daily since part of the solution involved a warranty claim.My experience at this dealership is a mixed bag. I originally purchased my car along with the only warranty they sold at the time (aftermarket). The experience purchasing the car several years back was an 8/10 (would have been 10/10 if it wasn't for the slightly aggressive financing tactics). Out of the three times I came to resolve a warranty issue on the car, only my last visit was a pleasant experience. I left feeling the service advisor,Alex, showed compassion to my situation and honest with the service that was advised and performed. This visit was the only time I had met Alex.I don't recommend purchasing an aftermarket warranty. If you are like me and unaware of the difference, specifically ask for a "Honda" warranty. If you are considering purchasing a warranty for your new car, ask if they offer a Honda warranty before you buy. If they don't, I strongly recommend going elsewhere as it may be an indication of low standards.

Came here on 9/13 to look at some cars and I was helped by Miguel Leon. I was not expecting to buy a car, but Miguel was an excellent salesperson and was able to strike a deal to buy a brand new CR-V from them. Shout out to Chen who also helped out to solidly the deal. Buying car always takes a while, but everyone was professional and my wife and I LOVE our new car! Thanks again Hardin Honda and Miguel for making the car buying process great!

For some time I had a noise coming from the front of my car but was dreading taking it in due to costs and just dealing with someone trying to sell me other stuff I didn t need for my car. I bit the bullet and not only was it a small repair that didn t cost a lot, the service advisor Jerry took all my worries away by going over all areas of my car and when it needed to be done so nothing was a surprise. He kept me updated on when my car would be completed. If you need any service needs, see Jerry, he was very helpful.
