Hardin Buick - GMC has a great selection of new cars, suv s and awesome trucks to choose from! There s also a super section of preowned vehicles available as well. In addition, there s a Hardin Honda dealership adjoining the east lot.I was able to feel free to look around without the sales pressure, only to let me know they ll be there for me when I found the vehicle I was interested in.The showroom showcases the achievements of this dealership, most notably with the Mark of Excellence award!Service after the sale is to be recognized at Hardin, with a helpful and friendly staff of service reps, mechanics, body shop repair experts and detailers, who go above and beyond the ordinary!Kudos to Justin, Jeff, Seth and Doreen for their positive demeanor with satisfactory service for my car!While waiting for help or service, I ve been welcome to a luxury lounge waiting room with a big screen tv, information, vending machines, coffee, restrooms and a room with optional accessories.Whether for buying, service or repair work, the folks at Hardin Buick - GMC get my vote of 5 Stars for the best customer experience!

My service rep Sean was great but that is about it. Hardin told me both my rear seals were leaking on my axel and wanted to charge me $1800 to fix it. I took it to a shop that specializes in gears and axel work and they said only one seal was bad and charged me $300 to fix it. Then they wanted to charge me $3600 to fix a bad fuel injector that turned out to just be the connector. Absolutely horrible experience and absurd pricing.

I was in Anaheim from Phoenix and my truck started having a problem with the braking system. This was the closest GM dealership to my hotel so I went over the morning of 2/5. Justin Vogel was the service advisor that helped me and he was great. He scanned it, cleared the code and had me on back on my way to Phoenix. I was stressed about the potential issue and needed to get back home timely. He was kind and very helpful. Excellent customer service! Thank you!

One of the best buying experiences that I have ever had. ASK FOR FELIX. I drove over 350 miles to do business with this dealership. We made the deal over the phone. They were easy to work with and when I arrived, everything was prepared and my truck was ready to be delivered. It took less than an hour. The best part was that everything we agreed to, was followed through on. Absolutely no bait and switch. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Moving forward, when I am ready for my next truck, Hardin will be where I go.

I would use this dealership again. I'm not gonna lie it was a little rough at first.. However, I was later contacted by the sales manager, Marvin Rojas and he was able to figure out a price that worked for both of us. I was not looking to get the vehicle for nothing. They are a business.I had a lot of questions and they gave me a lot of answers. The fact that buying a new vehicle, as always, is a daunting task. Some dealerships make it very difficult to figure out a price that works (markups and what not). You're always worried about being taken advantage of. The fact that Mr. Rojas reached out to me and told me he was willing to further work out a deal that made me happy about buying from this dealership meant a lot. Five stars for the effort of wanting my business and working with me on price! Im not an easy person to deal with. Haha

I saw an ad on car gurus and called the dealership to see if the truck was available. Initially it wasn't, but Woody kept in contact with me throughout the whole process and kept me updated. The truck became available and the dealership gave me the steps I needed to "reserve" the truck. I did my research, got my approvals, down-payment, and financed amount from my credit union. It was the smoothest dealership process ever. However, I wasn't able to get any additional services or accessories thrown into the deal. If I would've gotten a sunshade, they'd have 5 stars. Staff was polite, helpful, and even took the time to help with on-star and GMC app. They also did a quick tutorial of the truck. I dealt with 5 dealerships before Hardin. So far so good.

Very easy purchase, I knew which truck I wanted, I was able to negotiate without coming in. Jesse my salesman took care of all the paperwork and emailed it to me and almost everything was signed online. Usually you spend hours at the dealer purchasing a truck and we spent about 30 minutes there wrapping up a few things and setting up the OnStar. Thanks for making this as easy as it could be!

Buyer beware if buying a used vehicle. I purchased a used Ford f150 with 29,500 miles. Which I would consider a fairly new used truck. I was told that they had completed a multipoint inspection and changed the oil and topped the fluids and the truck was in great condition. I took the truck home and the next day I decided to look things over and pulled the dipstick and the oil was dark brown almost black. I believe the truck was never serviced before selling. I reached out to Hardin and they denied it and offered to change the oil if I take it back in. I declined the offer because the dealership is like an hour from the house, so I took it and had it done at valvoline. Two weeks later the transmission start slipping really bad and I couldn't drive it. I reached out to Gordon Jackson the sales manager at Hardin to address the concerns about the truck. He stated that there isn't nothing that they could do for me, and I was at the mercy of the manufacturer warranty, and they did their inspection and the vehicle was good, and they wouldn't of sold it to me if they found something wrong, which I don't believe. I took it to a ford dealer and they said the e-clutch and clutch was bad and they have to drop the transmission to replace it. Ford dealer replaced the clutches and I picked it up 1 week and half later. I drove it for another week and the issues returned. Took it back again and it sat at the dealer under evaluation for 30 days before they decided that the transmission need to be replaced. It took them another 30 days to get the parts and replace the transmission, so 60 days total at the dealer. Couple weeks later more issues started to happen.This was a headache all around, and I purchased this vehicle from Hardin, because it was fairly new and thought they were selling me a good truck. I was wrong and they did nothing but pretty much tell me there was nothing they could do and I was at the mercy of ford warranty. How is it that dealerships can sell you a bad vehicle and get away with it, knowing what they are selling you. I only had this truck for 6 months and only drove it for 1 month. I no longer have this truck because I had no choice but to file a lemon law against it. I would be very cautious when buying from Hardin GMC they seem nice but vary misleading in there sales.

Went for an oil change , service advisor was honestly great . Oil was leaking a day later , had the tow truck bring the car to the nearest dealership due to worries of engine failing. Notified the dealership on their mistake. Now i sit here waiting !!! Unbelievable, they refused to pay a rental when they already told them they would not possibly get to the vehicle tonight . Cant get a hold of any managers . They dont care that their mistakes cost me to lose my time and money .

So I set an appointment to get my brakes checked. I show up before the appointment. They tell me it will be $480 to put my truck on a lift and take a look. Upon getting there he was saying how at 1pm it was kind of late to be starting a brake job. They obviously didn't want to service my truck or to make sure it's safe. I'll not only won't ever bring my truck back here, I'll also never buy a vehicle from a dealership that can't do something as simple as checking brake pads.

This has been one of the best car purchases I ve made since 1965. The partial online process was the easiest. Then arrive at the dealership, sign and go. Everything was done professionally but most of all the ease of purchasing. Spending time to answer my questions and concerns. Being a ford owner since 1965, I am now a GMC convert. Thank you John Roberts and Hardin Buick for making this car buying journey an awesome experience.

brought my vehicle in for standard service, they found, a censor light on the transmission, I was informed nothing serious, and my extended warranty should cover it. and okay to drive until the following week. Long story short, I was told that it wasn't covered and would cost me $ 1,500.00when I pick up my truck all the explanation and reasons (excuses) why it wasn't covered, I requested all documentation and a name and number to the warranty holders. Because I knew this was absolutely wrong. At which point your service man said let's call them and we did, he also said it may take them 30 min or so to get back on the call, so he handed me the phone and I sat and waited. Bottom line they said this absolutely should have been covered. What's going on there, you charge me $ 1500.00 because you don't double check on if its covered? charge me then change paperwork and file the claim?Which now brings up the last issues that your service man said warranty would not cover. # 1 my paint is falling off the truck, I did research to find its a common problem, with lawsuits under way. I was told nothing could be done. # 2 my screen display keeps malfunctioning I even gave a copy of the video I took showing the crazy screen malfunctions I paid $ 300.00 to be told there's nothing wrong. and if there was something wrong not covered. Last note: My Business Partner Tony Acedo recommended Hardin GMC, I bought my truck there, I never miss having it serviced always there I purchased and extended warranty. To end up here typing this out when I really don't have time to summarize the lack of your service team doing the right thing. What Say You!! ?

He was very responsive and quick to answer any questions. Which made me choose Hardin over another GMC dealer. We were able to work our pricing and set up a time to look at the vehicle. When I arrived Jesse had the vehicle out front ready. Very low pressure buying experience and straight to the point. I recently purchased my Buick from here I love Buicks just because of the quality of the cars but let me tell you about my experience here. I can t remember if his name was Josh or Jake he didn t contact me after his sale was made so I don t even remember but first off he sold me a car with no gas I mean I drove off the lot and had to go to the gas station although he told me it would be half full..my theft alarm continues to go off for no reason.. my gas chamber just opens on its own although I close it multiple times a day .. he sold me a car with 2 tire caps because the other two were missing ( I didn t notice because I was happy to have a car ) the inside of the door handles are missing the plastic part so you just see the screw which is ugly and most importantly the truck is missing the entire black piece that hides what s back there idk what it s called but it s like a visor for the truck which is crazy because why did I not notice it in the pictures but either way the car was overpriced for all these issues and the alone not getting me gas before I bought a 18k car is crazy but they made their sale it s so many other Buick dealers I would recommend going to one of those this one only care is to make their sale and they made me pay 1000 for a digital tag that doesn t even workOh and I have two car keys with dead batteries that I have to replace but the finance guy can t remember his name with the fake spilled coffee in his office was super sweet and actually presented himself like he genuinely cared while I was purchasing my car so thank you but I d never come here or recommend anyone to shop here.

This review is for the service department and the service department manager Walt. After calling just about every single GM store in Orange County and being quoted ridiculous amounts to reprogram a radio, I was blessed to get in touch with Walt. He gave me a quote that was a quarter of all of the other dealerships. I tie this directly to him being experienced and putting the customer first. When I got to the dealership he immediately got up from his office went to one of the advisors and told them exactly what they needed to do and how much they needed to charge me. I would absolutely take every single one of my cars to the service department as long as Walt is involved here. Thank you for the fair and courteous service!

Five stars because my wife and I are very excited about our new, to us, 2020 Buick Envision 4D Essence. We purchased our LaCrosse from Hardin Buick GMC nearly seven years ago and were very happy with that, but it was time for a change and, after investigating numerous other possibilities, we spotted the Envision in Hardin's online inventory and asked if it was still available. Daniel shared an excellent introductory selfie video of the car we asked about and we decided to give it a closer look...that same day. We cleaned up and removed personal items from the LaCrosse and made it to Hardin where we met Daniel and began the typical back-and-forth negotiation session. When that awkwardness came to an end, we agreed to the terms finally settled upon and then did the finance process with Garett, a very knowledgeable, friendly, and polite Finance Manager who carefully, and patiently, explained all the add-ons to the invoice considered necessary to avoid future disappointments and stress born of unexpected vehicle maintenance expenses. We are enjoying out 2020 Envision to the max. It's way beyond our expectations. There seems to be no end to discovering new features adding to the convenience of ownership, features we didn't have in the LaCrosse. Kudos to Daniel and Garrett for being patient, understanding and efficient throughout this transaction. They are a credit to the Harding Buick GMC organization.

Do not buy a Vehicle from this Location! Purchased a vehicle from this dealership in which i thought i was getting a great Vehicle! , 7 months down the road the vehicle is in the shop and there is years of sludge build up in the engine in which blew a head gasket, so the vehicle is no longer drivable. I was advised by this service department that i caused the issued, in which per Kia there is years and years of buildup and now i need a NEW ENGINE! Hardin GMC stated on a Carfax that they had inspected the Vehicle, per Kia, the vehicle could not have been inspected and the Vehicle should not have been sold that way, after speaking with another Service Advisor at Hardin in which he agreed that much sludge could not have gotten there in 7-month with an oil change in-between, he also advised that the vehicle should not have been sold that way! i JUST WANT MY VEHICLE FIXED!
