I recently visited this place and found the guys working there to be incredibly helpful and sweet to customers. However, my overall experience was marred by the unflattering work done on my car. Shortly after leaving their premises, my tire got punctured, leaving me stranded on the road. It seems that they need to pay more attention to maintaining their equipment to prevent damage to customers' cars.While the staff's friendliness and customer service skills were commendable, their actual work on the vehicle was disappointing

Got me in got me out quickly had the fight the tire and wheels a bit not surprised big tires big wheels big job. Reasonable pricing will go back when I need them. Other work is performed there as well.

The employees there are amazing, I ve going there for years and recently I realized that they ve been charging me for basic maintenance a lot of money, I did few days ago a big job for the tires and let me just mention the replacement of the four tires and oil change cost me roughly $1000 , if you just google at this spot discount tire place you will get the same thing for only $500 , I am shocked how the gap is huge and on top of that after two days I went back to them for a flat tire!!! Just after two days! I thought I have a warranty Btuthey charged me $60 anyway!

Customer service was good . Fast service too . But unfortunately my tires weren't balanced properly . They offered free rotate and tire balnce , but it isn't going to fix anything if machines aren't calibrated properly . I ended up going to another place get it balanced right and no more steering shake .

On May 10th 2022 I took my truck to get installed off-road shocks, I trusted them to do the job right, it all went south when I got my truck back. I never seen a shop install a after market spacer on top of expensive shocks. All they did was change the Geometry of the suspension and destroyed the front right side axel and ruin the reservoir hose lines and cut the left hand side ABS censor cable. I took it back so they can see what they did. I asked them why did they place the spacer above the shocks? The shop manager told me that's way only way to level it. I asked them how come you guys didn't call me regarding issue. Those shocks are design to adjust the preload and height which it shows that they didn't know what were they doing. I went to pick up the truck for the second time, they didn't replace the hoses the ABS censor line and they didn't adjust the preload on the shocks. The only thing they replace was CV axel. In conclusion I'm fed up with them by they ruin the shocks, the truck is not riding correctly especially when I turn the steering wheel it rubs against the wheel well.

My friend had a flat yesterday. My husband aired up her tire and sent her here to get her tire fixed. First thing they did was open the hood. Since when do you open the hood of a car to fix a tire? My friend happens to be a woman. And these crooks took advantage of her. I don't know what the guy's name is, but he talked her into doing all this work when all she needed was for them to plug her tire. So what should have cost her 30.00 or less, ended up costing her hundreds. Never go here if you're an inexperienced woman! They will rake you over the coals just to make a buck.These guys are dishonest. Take your car anywhere else and you'll get a better deal.

TERRIBLE. I went for a simple oil change because I found discount on groupon. I left with my oil leaking and my oil pan was cracked. The fact that they let me drive away was absolutely ridiculous, they had no disregard for me or my safety. They also tried selling me a part for $100 when it s $60 at the dealership. Would NOT recommend to anyone.

The guys did me up right. 2 inch Level kit on the front and nice beefy tires all around. Changed the look of my truck completely. Smooth ride and not noisy. Great advice and recommendations. Thanks for your great service.

Don t go here even if it s because you applied for a Goodyear credit card and want to take advantage to raise up your credit.overpriced tires and very sexist around women. Especially the guy that says he s been working for 20+ years. He obviously doesn t know experience does not matter when it comes to valuing your customers.

Been going there for 11 years. Was there today for tire repair (screw in the tire). In and out in about half an hour even though it was really busy. I don't go anywhere else for regular car care. 5 stars for service, timeliness, politeness, and competitive pricing.

I went to this Goodyear on brookhurts in Anaheim, for a wheel alignment. I prepaid the service through Groupon, when I arrived they told me my car needed an adjustable rear chamber arm replacement that will cost me an additional $450. I decided to not do the part replace my and wait to take it elsewhere. When I got the second opinion they told me that my car did not need that part replaced. I believe they wanted to get more money out of me because I got initial service through Groupon. Please be careful and double check about anything they say that need to be replaced, you may not need it!

Honestly love these guys. I ve been coming here for years and they are always affordable and knowledgeable. They always call me with any adjustments or questions. It can take long for oil changes due to so many people coming in but I just set a time up to drop off my car and it s great. Anytime something extra comes up, they show me right away on the car so I can see it for myself and can see it s from my car. Also a few years back I went to 5 different places because my car was making a weird sound and no one could tell me why or tell me it was just in my head. They were able to actually find the problem and show me right in the car. Got it fixed and haven t had a problem since. I will never go anywhere else!

I purchased a Groupon here for a full synthetic oil change. After they already started they told me it would be an additional $60 on top of the money I already paid for an oil change through Groupon. So the point of buying a Groupon is pointless and doesn t save any money. They also told me this after already starting on my car. Would never come back here as an oil change cost me over $100. As a women coming here by myself I felt very taken advantage of.

Bern coming here for over 6 yrs. I get my lil change n tires for both of my cars and they have great n friendly service. Gary n Rob are great. Mechanics r nice n helpful

I get my oil changed here and now recently my breaks. The price was average for a 4x4. So far so good, meaning helpful customer service, courteous and professional, and good work. I like that they don't try to be pushy salesmen. The manager told me the back story of the business. It was and still is a family run business from the 1960's until it was recently sold to the new owner a few years ago (around 2015-ish). For now these guys are my mechanics and I will keep coming here.

Oi change in this place is the poorest experiment I have ever encountered. First, they lack integrity. They are trying to charge me $299.99 for an air filter! There are two, so they show me a bill of $600 for two air filters, while you can pick it up on Amazon for no less than $22 for both of them. Second, I noticed that my glove box was open after they did an oil change for me. It's rather strange that they leave that open; I inspected it and found that the glove box's left lock bracket was broken! They snap it and don't even bother to fix it, and now I cannot close my glove box at all. The glove box is where one of the air filters is located; they properly broke it when trying to access that. It's an easy 300 bucks for people who know nothing, so why not? Try to avoid this place; it's full of red flags, and now I begin to wonder if my oil is synthetic.

Not sure how to feel about this place. They had an incredible Groupon deal for their oil change. However it took 1.5 hours for an oil change even with an appointment. But oh well it was a great deal. They put in 0w20 instead of 5w20 (manufacturer recommendation) for some reason. I would preferred a thicker oil because the warm season is coming. They also said my brake pads were at 20% left. I checked it, and it's at least 50% and 60% left for the rears. So I'm not sure how and where they got the 20% figure from. They also said my intake filter is dirty. Off the back I knew that was bs as well because I just cleaned it like a week before going there. The cabin air filter they said was dirty which was true. Overall this place is pretty suspect and I will not be coming back. Please have some knowledge about your car before coming here, or else you will get screwed.

I've been coming here for about a year and they have always been great .They've always made sure I had the best price and they do everything to get you out of there fast! They also never complain when my Great Dane takes up a corner of their lobby for an hour and that's one of the things that sticks out most for me. They know it sucks to have to come in, but they make it pleasant. If you don't feel like getting ripped off, this is the place for you ;)Edit: Still coming back for my oil changes. Customer service is still amazing & they're always working in a timely manner.

Had my car towed here because of emergency overheating. Costme a couple limbs to get radiator replaced and when I called back a week later to let them know, they dismissed my concern that they did anything wrong since it was working fine when I picked it up. Also the employee's general attitude did not seem nice. Would not go here again, even if it was my only choice

How I wish I can do minus. This person name Robert in the front is very RUDE, and argumentative. I haven't met a person arguing with the customers with his loud voice that everyone else in the waiting room can hear it. Arguing with the lady that's overboard. Where is the so called gentleman ? I was instructed by Jacob to look for Robert and when I arrived he isn't there. So me and my husband tried other place that we can go so we will not waste time since he will go to work. But unfortunately, the places we went to are closed because it's Sunday. Then when we came back to this place he told me $160 I said Jacob mentioned it's $150 and I have proof I told him he replied back this is not about proof but still he agreed it for $150 then I asked him how long will it take he responded if you guys didn't leave you will be assisted by now. I didn't say anything eventhough his voice is so loud. When the other guy was helping me to put my name on their file I asked again how long will it take? Robert was with other customer he replied with loud voice if you didn't left you will be assisted by now but since you guys left you need to wait. I was just asking how long it will take. Then he keep on saying a lot of things vice versa to my husband and I told my husband just to stop it will not go anywhere. The guy whose helping me said don't worry I will do my best to make it on time. But I decided to leave and not to do any transaction with them. I will not comeback anymore with this kind of people who supposedly will help you . Thanks but no thanks.

Horrible customer service I dealt with Jacob who I messaged on Offer up for some tires he told me sunday they were closed that monday they open so I replied monday morning he replied saying come on down meaning its available I get there wasted about 20 mins just for him to say we dont have it in stock but we can order it and have it tomorrowMind you i drove 30 mins to get there and back home to just be told that. So disrespectful i do not recommend this shop false advertising they just want to hook people inJacobs fault

I gave this place another shot because last time I needed a new oil pan since the drain plug got stripped. Figured it was just a mistake.I brought a different car in and I like that they list everything that needs to be replaced. Was told all my brake pads needed to be replaced and all my motor mounts as well.I bought the parts myself and their labor rate/time estimations are way off.Each motor mount with the exception of the rear lower mount took less than 30 mins each with the help of YouTube.Only the bottom 2 mounts needed to be replaced, the top 2 were fineMy front brakes were bad but my rear pads were practically new.Always get a second opinion

The old sales guy at the counter is a straight up liar and extremely unprofessional. They are so hard up to add sales and extra services that he resorts to smoke and mirrors. Don t trust their opinion. Get a second opinion before getting any work done from these guys. Needless to say I will never step foot in the shop again!
