Frank is AWESOME... there have been times he could have told me something major was wrong with my car after all how would know...He fixed it for FREE...WHO DOES THAT!.. he is honest.. if he tells you something is wrong you can take it to the bank and believe him. A definite benefit to our community

Need an honest mechanic, look no further. Frank is the man. Honest, trustworthy and very affordable. I took him my 2016 Tahoe and that was having misfiring problems and he fixed it without breaking my bank. Thanks Frank for working on my car with the highest level of integrity.Mike

Frank is great, he is a friendly guy and was really helpful when my wife had car troubles near his shop. As I was speaking to him about my vehicle, I can tell he was very knowledgeable and knew about the common problems of my Honda Odyssey. He was able to figure out the troubles with the vehicle and come up with a solution, he didn't try to upsell or anything and is a genuinely honest business owner. I really appreciate him taking care of my family, during a stressful time with the check engine light flashing. Thank you very much Frank.

I checked the Carfax on my 1998 Tahoe and found that it has been serviced by Frank multiple times. When I called to ask Frank about the starter noise I was experiencing, he did not hesitate to say "bring it in and we will replace the starter under warranty". And that's exactly what happened. They had the truck done in one day and there was no charge. Great service!

Excellent. Very pleased with their knowledge and the quality of service on our Lexus LS 460 which we brought in with 3 issues: the heater stopped working, the thermostat would sometimes flash hot for no reason, and the console knob for heating the passenger seat was stuck on hot. Fast results, at fair prices. Honest guy: he could ve told us a lot more was wrong in this case, and jacked up the price -- we would not have known. Instead he said these were simpler fixes and charged us accordingly.Recommended to me by a family member who was also very pleased.Note: Frank s shop is set back off the street, deeper in the back at this complex of multiple auto paint and repair places. It s far BEHIND the Premier Collision shop in the front.

Frank's is THE best place for all your automotive needs, I've been coming here for years (as have all my family and friends). Great prices, great service, the only downside is that he can get pretty busy sometimes - But that's simply because of the quality and cost. At the same time, anytime it has been an emergency, Frank and his team has done everything possible to get my family back up and running.If your car had any type of issue, go see Frank first!

Dropped my car off to Frank in am and he got it back to me same day. He did so much for me and half of it didn t charge. Thanks so much for the honest, great work and friendly service. I recommend this mechanic over any other I ve gone to. Cheap price too. See you next time Frank, thanks again.

Frank runs the most skilled and honest repair shop anywhere. They know their stuff and won't inflate your bill with things you don't need. I just moved to the area after 10 years in a different part of the state. I was worried about finding an honest mechanic. Frank's Auto Service had good reviews that sounded genuine, so I called last week and Frank was the one who answered. He said to bring my car in on Tuesday, so I showed up that morning and he remembered me! Oil change, alignment, and tire rotation for less than $200. Frank was also very friendly and seemed to know everyone who walked in by name. I feel confident that I can trust him with all my auto maintenance moving forward. Huge relief!

Excellent customer service and a quick turnaround. Had my car towed in on Monday morning and was able to pick it up Tuesday morning. First time there after reading terrific reviews. They were right!

Probably the cleanest and best auto repair place I have ever been to. There is a waiting room that has all the things you need to relax, a fish tank with nice fishes to look at and a nice fridge that Frank compliments on the drinks.A belt was ripped along the road nearby so I happened to stumble upon Frank, he took care of it right away and the parts came thirty minutes later via delivery and installation felt very passionate with care.Affordable prices. And a great guy. Highly recommend!

I brought my 1974 Dodge Dart in for repairs (oil leaks and wiper blade not working). Frank fixed the problems at a very reasonable price and I was very happy with the service he provided. I will always be bringing my vehicles back to Frank's whenever they need service. I have also recommended Frank's Auto to my neighbors when they needed repairs to their vehicles. Frank goes beyond normal work standards when fixing his customers vehicles. He worked until 9:30 PM to fix my car so it would be ready for pick up the next day. Great service. Highly recommend Frank's Auto.

I have been going to Frank for a couple years now. He and his crew do a very good job and are reasonable. My handle in my Toyota broke and he fixed in in an hour and a half and it was about 200$ Toyota wanted 1200$$ Frank fixed with new parts and did a perfect job. They are very nice and I would recommend for everyone

One of the most honest and ethical auto shop I have ever come across. Frank and Mario are absolutely knowledgeable and trustworthy. My Acura dealer gave a quote of $4000 for all kinds of (and I think unnecessary) work. This auto shop told what I really needed to do and did it in $450. They have only one interest in their mind...getting your cars fixed the right way!!! Thank you, Frank and Mario!!!!

Great service doesn't over sell easy to get in and friendly. I am overwhelmed by the visit to the mechanic always waiting for the bite. This guy was reasonable and the car was returned quickly although I called for a same day appointment he got me in and out quickly. I found him on Yelp he had 5 stars. Every review said he was fairly priced and wasn't giving you things to fix that doesn't need to be done. Every review said that they had gotten a estimate elsewhere for more. I will be his customer forever.

Being from out of town, I found Frank by reading some of these reviews. I can confirm that Frank is honest, dependable, and charges fair prices. If you are anywhere close to Anaheim and need auto repair, choose Frank's!

Excellent service. Very reliable. Always honest. I have sent many family and friends there, and trust their judgment with all kinds of makes and models. Have known Frank for years and he's a real stand-up guy. The shop is a little hard to find from the street but worth the effort for sure.

Just the best! Honest, prompt and friendly. Another place quoted me $4,000 for repairs on my car. Considered just donating it because we couldn't afford that. Brought it to Frank for a second opinion and he diagnosed/repaired it for $800. So grateful because I really love this old car and didn't want to get rid of it.

I wish more mechanics were as honest as Frank Gee. The service he provides is of the utmost quality, and his integrity is second to none! Empire Parking Lot Services uses no one else when it comes to mechanics! I have and will continue to recommend Frank and his services as long as he is in business!

Frank s auto Services, I first met frank when I was looking for an oil change. I have to say what an awesome individual; great service, fast, knowledgeable, and most importantly honest. When first ariving to the shop my car had a problem where it lost a lot of hp (car is a 2014 genesis 2.T) I was afraid for the worst but frank being an expert was able to see what the issue was. He saw that one of the hoses had slipped off and he adjusted it, he did not charge me for this. I guarantee if I would have gone to a different mechanic they would have told me a different story. I will definitely be coming here again.

This place is excellent. I called about a dozen mechanics and not only was Frank the first person who actually seemed familiar with my particular problem, his price was among the lowest (nearly half as much as some of the worst quotes I received.)Despite the fact that I called around 3pm, he picked up the materials and did the service same day all the while being extremely thorough and communicative.Update: I just moved and I'm kinda far from Frank's now but I imagine I will still drive back if I can. For the year or so that I visited Frank's shop he was probably the best car mechanic I've had. I saw a lot of the same faces when I visited so that's a really good sign in my opinion.Update 2: For the years I spent in SoCal I only went to Frank. Even when I lived an hour away it was worth the commute for the way he handled my older car. Frank has a lot of knowledge of individual model quirks and a crazy good memory of all the characteristics of his customers cars. He would personally drive to get parts same day. The few times he referred me to other shops, they were great people too.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Oil change

Five stars. High recommend Franks. Took my Lexus in because of the engine light was on. Frank had it fixed in a couple hours and for a few hundred dollars. They do a good job and most importantly they are honest. I will be going back.

Friendly Mechanics and Quality workWork speaks for itself.. pride in quality of work and have integrity. I have the Welcome Wagon out of Where is the heart. I love my 2003 Ford Escape that has 182,000 miles.. They have kept her in running order for very reasonable charges over the last three years. Very happy with services provided.
