I want to express my deep disappointment with the complete lack of responsibility shown by this company, as they have completely ignored the questions I sent them via email. I wrote a detailed letter last Thursday and followed up with a phone call, informing them about the email and requesting them to read it and provide me with feedback. The service advisor assured me that they were reviewing it and promised to call back or respond in writing. However, when Monday came around, I sent them another email asking for a response, but they neither replied nor returned my call. It feels as though they have no interest in earning money, but that's alright; I will find another service provider. It's a great disappointment considering that they were recommended by the parts manufacturers.

These guys saved me. I was on Christmas vacation with my family when I blew an air bag on my truck. On Thursday evening after Christmas, I called and spoke with Harold. I explained my situation and he had me come in early the next morning. He spent a lot of time calling around for parts available for same day. The soonest was 2 days out and we were hoping to be back on the road by then. After many phone calls, he found a place in Riverside that had one in stock. I drove to Riverside and picked up the parts. As soon as I returned he had a tech (Paul) start on my truck. Long story short, they didn't have to take care of me like they did, but they did. I lost a day of vacation with my family, but they got me back on the road safely on a Friday in between holidays. After I got home Harold called me to make sure everything went well on the trip and we returned home safely. I couldn't ask for more and truly appreciate the help they provided.

Had work done on our motorhome. Matt and Harold were absolutely tenacious in finding the problems, fixing them, and keeping their word and backing up any work done with follow-up.They made it right and we are happy customers. It s nice to see the integrity in this day and age. It s A Beautiful Day!

We have trusted Fleet Services to service our 2005 Expedition, but now we know better and I wanted to share the experiences with you. Fleet Services has no problem charging ridiculous rates. But we were not as concerned with the rates as the quality and timeliness of service. The first thing that happened was damage to our coach while getting it repaired there. They paid for the body work and we let the incident go. On our next visit, we needed an oil change before a long trip. I cautioned them about putting too much oil in the coach. I had done that mistakenly and it spewed oil out the back of the coach all over the coach, the towing gear and the jeep we tow behind. We even paid them to steam clean the spilled oil from the radiator. (They were aware it was a problem). We received our coach back just in time for a five week trip. On our first leg of the journey, we were dumbfounded to see that Fleet Services had put about two quarts too much oil in the coach. It was EVERYWHERE. I called them and they agreed to clean up the coach and the towing gear when we returned. The oil everywhere made the trip miserable. When we returned I took the coach in and told them what I expected and where the dirty towing accessories were located. It took a week and a half to call and let me know that the coach was ready. The idiots used a very hot steam cleaner to get the oil off of the back of our fiberglass coach. It ruined the finish and left our clear coat peeling away everywhere. I confirmed with the manager that was what was done and he agreed and just shrugged. We then went to the towing accessories and all of them were still covered with oil. He was visibly frustrated because he was told that the job was finished. And again shrugged. The management here is incompetent. No one is checking to ensure the jobs are done as promised. There is no quality control. This is completely unacceptable for a service company that charges so much. We will never give them our business again. If you choose to go here, you will be paying for work that could be done incorrectly of not done at all.

Their parts department guys were great. I called to check stock on some battery cables as I was in a big hurry, the guy that answered the phone was fast (I cant believe I forgot to ask his name, sorry dude) he had them waiting for me at the counter when I arrived. Thanks to him and his team I was in and out and got another truck back on the road, quickly!

Avoid this place. Price gougers and no communication. Took our RV in for changing out all of the filters for the motor and generator. We were told the job would take a day. We asked if they could also check the coach batteries for holding a charge, the hydraulic jacks (as they got stuck the last time we used them), and the ABS sensors as the check ABS sensor light was occasionally coming on.One day turned into 10 days. Fleet never called us to update. Instead we always had to call them. Finally when we went to pick the RV up we were given a bill for $1,000. We were charged more than $200 to check the batteries, $135 to "run the jacks up and down several times" with no problem found, and $135 to drive the motorhome for 11 miles without the check ABS sensors light coming on. Worse, our entry steps were dented and the activating motor was burned out. After much heated discussion they fixed the steps admitting no fault.

Broke down with a blown fuel line on a 2015 Entegra diesel pusher. The provided excellent service, arranged to get things cleaned up, and had the coach ready when I flew back in to pick it up. Inexpensive they are not but seem expert at their profession.

I find the 5 star reviews here suspicious to say the least since each author has ONLY reviewed this company. Their respective alter egos have been used on other sites as well to provide glowing reviews. I had a rather negative experience with this company. I visited the shop on Tuesday, told them the issues I was experiencing and I suspected it to be the ball joints and/ or tie rods. I dropped off one of our company work vehicles off about 9:30 Thursday morning after emphasizing I need the vehicle back ASAP. A few days prior I was told if I dropped it off in the morning, they should have it a half day, maybe the full day. I was not able to drop it off any sooner than 9:30 am as this was the soonest I could get a ride. I waited and waited the entire day for a phone call, nothing. My office manager called them around 5pm to be told the service department went home for the day. The next morning we called again and was told they will call us with an estimate. At 11:15 am they faxed an estimate for $3705.17!!!! They included the issues I told them and addressed the back springs and shocks which are unrelated to the issue I was experiencing and I have never experienced any affects from the rear of the vehicle infact the springs and shocks are quite smooth, not bouncy like they would be if worn out. Nevertheless, the parts are double and some cases triple what I can buy the parts for. To add insult to injury I have to pay them $147 for an estimate when I already told them wtf was wrong with it when I dropped it off!!!! The full inner and outer tie rods, balls joint, drag link, 2 adjustment sleeves complete are $197.99 ONLINE. I told charlies auto tech who referred me they might think twice about referring these people to anyone else.....! Two days my van has been tied up I have not been able to work, I get to pay them $147 to tell me what I already told them, or I can pay them $3705.17 or fix it myself for $200 and have it aligned. NOT HAPPY

AVOID THIS COMPANY, Ordered a Kit-Masters fan clutch from Terry and gave him the model number off of my fan clutch. Terry said nothing about a rebuild kit and I am not a mechanic that could rebuild one.I could have ordered dirct from Kit-Masters, The complete fan clutch is $965.52 and the kit is $760.00. Terry charged me $997.50 for a kit that I did not order and was more than a complete fan clutch. Terry would not pay return shipping and would not reimburse the original shipping. This was Terry's mistake, If he represents this company this is not a company worth doing business with.

I live in Fresno California and was looking to purchase a bus in Anaheim Ca. I needed a reputable shop to do the inspection. Well the simple dot inspection ended up taking two weeks! Not only that they failed to tell me the rear tail light was broken. They also failed to tell me half the marker lights were broken. The batter box lid and hatch were supposed to be repaired. It wasnt. I was told the bus had a "minor oil leak and they couldn't find it" when the bus got home I was able to spot the leak in two minutes. The front harmonic balancer because between the transmission and engine. This simple oil leak is now costing me 7+ K. They said its possible I have a coolant leak. Lol no there was a coolant leak that also was easy to spot. They did not mention the fuel pump was also leaking. All around it was horrible service and they just took my money! If you want a shop to give you the full truth and doesn't just want to take your money I wouldn't go their! There are so many more things I could list. Someone who doesn't even know cars or busses could have done a better job then this professional shop. I spoke with Jason about a refund and about paying for the things they missed. That are now costing me 1000$ and still no call back. Talk about great service. GL lol.

Just had my MH serviced. I was extremely impressed. Harold was professional, helpful and very knowledgeable. On the test drive they found my steering box was completely loose. When I picked up the MH Tim was just as helpful as Harold. I would highly recommendable them for any work on diesel MH.

Service with a smile... I m confident that they will meet my expectations at this shop. Dropped my RV off here for Service and repair. They immediately started working on the issues. Seemed to be knowledgeable and honest. Hopefully they ll find the problem and correct it so I can get on the road.
