This was my first time taking in my car for repairs. The staff was very helpful with all my questions and was very friendly. They were able to fix my car in a week. I included before and after pictures of the repairs. Highly recommend Fix Auto Express for your auto repair needs.

Got into an accident and had damage on both head lights and grill damage, not to mention the stirring was off. Every time I called with questions I always got an answer and they always provided the details I needed. Taking it in to drop off was very simple and they made it very easy and quick for me. The front desk was very helpful and the workers that worked on our car did an outstanding job! It s like a new car again!

I didn't trust you to fix my vehicle. I went there because the other guys insurance sent me there and I won't ever take another vehicle of mine there again. You tried to charge me a $389 tear down fee even after I told you twice it was covered by his insurance and even after the guy at the counter called 2 supervisors and they confirmed the charge to be my responsibility. I had to go out and call the insurance Co and be on hold almost an hour to find out it had already been paid. When I went back inside your office another employee tried to patronize me by saying you were just going to waive the fee and I pointed out that you weren't waiving anything because you already got paid for it before you would release my keys back to me. All while in the rain. Then I had to tell you to put the panel you removed back on my vehicle before I left.So no, I wouldn't recommend this shop again, ever, to anyone.

My wife was backed into while parked. State Farm listed Fix Auto Express as the repair shop. They gave us an estimate of 10 days. It was ready in 3..Great job and kept me up to progress by text and when done , I received a phone call. Very professional

The staff took very good care of my car when i took it in. They had it back to perfect condition within a week and they were very helpful with checking in with me to give me updates and information. They even cleaned the inside and outside which I thought was very nice of them and made the experience better. I had and amazing experience getting my car fixed here. Customer service was amazing, their office is very nice and neat. The time they spent working on my car was faster than expected. They took care of my rental. Overall I am very happy with the results and overall service. My car looks good as new! Thank you for making this an easy and great experience. Horrible experience! Don t go here! They kept calling me and calling me about putting a good review on yelp Afterwards.wanted to give me a 25$ gift card! What a joke!Painted one fender and it has giant holes on the clear coat!fix couldnt get one fender correct.shame on you fix auto.Go somewhere else! Just got my car back, I left my earring in the cup holder since I knew they wouldn't touch much of the interior. Come to find out it's missing, it's a $25 earring not like it can't be replaced, but if they cleaned the interior I fully believe they should put things back special since the earring is about half an inch in length and pretty big. Also, I noticed they disconnected my dash cam from the cigarette lighter area, I don't know why they would do that if it's not necessary to unplug it to do any kind of work on the exterior. I will update on Monday since they are not open and today is Saturday. Apart from that they did a quick job on my car for one panel and paint. Went in Monday and got it back 4 days than the stated finish date.Update: although they couldn't find the earring I still got the car back in time and they went ahead and checked my alignment since it was having an issue and pulling to the right. I recommend this place for Geico insurance users.

They did a very good job with bumper repair that an insurance company paid for, BUT I wanted an estimate on other items for the car that needed to be painted (since they were using the paint anyways). I spoke with them twice and texted them about it while they were repairing my vehicle but they never got back to me once.... Disappointing. It took six weeks to repair the car from start to finish, which seemed extensive...

If I could give zero I would. They are unprofessional, liars and overall a terrible business. It took them over 7 months to fix my bumper. Excuse after Excuse. They even forgot they still needed to fix it. After the insurance company paid them they just didnt care to finish the job. I finally got fed up and called the insurance company so they could go after them. 0/10. I DONT RECOMMEND

My car was messed up. The doors wouldn t even open. It came home looking brand new, just like when I bought it. They finished on time and kept me informed as to their progress. I am very satisfied. They repaired my SUV after I had been rear-ended, they were very quick and efficient with the estimate and the repairs.Everyone I interacted with was very friendly and honest. They all wore masks, and followed all proper precautions to prevent COVID-19.They worked directly with my State Farm insurance, making everything very easy and painless.The new bumper and the new paint make my SUV look even better than it did before the accident.
