I took my Tesla here with a good amount of damage and it was fixed perfectly. When I picked up my car it looked brand new. The ladies in the front, Cyd and Jasmine, were so professional and helpful. They answered my questions and concerns and followed up with updates about every week. Their awesome team also did a car detail for me since they had the vehicle for a little bit and the car looked better than before.

Taking my car to the body shop is never a good experience. However, Amador was very helpful in making my experience a positive one. The office staff was great, Syd was very patient in communicating with me and providing a caring attitude.I would recommend this business .

My experience from my first appointment for an estimate to the day I picked up my car was nothing less then stellar. I also appreciate the updates twice a week. I brought my car in during the Thanksgiving holiday and their customer service was still tip notch. I highly recommend.

It has been the worse experience, First of all my car was there for 3+ weeks, no only I had to be the one calling for updated, but when I call they would tell me that Amado would call me back which he never did. They also order the wrong doors two weeks in, which obiously delay the process for an extra week. Finally when my car was giving back to me, it wasn't fix correctly which I call to let them know and they said they would call me back, which they never call me back. I dont even want to come back to fix the problem their work is just mediocre, that I would be better off just taking it anywhere else.

Never made my warranty expense right, management is avoiding me, general manager is hiding from me.I was unhappy with quality of service, I needed dealer to fix items that fix auto worked on and wouldn't make right. Warranty was not honored. Almost no communication, my car was returned dirty, they leave windows open during work and interior was full of dust and debris. The car sat in the sun for two months and deteriorated the delicate headliner. A big corporation that didn't apparently care about customer service. Warning go somewhere else.....

LOVE LOVE LOVE this place! Stephanie, Alyssa and Matt provide impeccable customer service! I received daily updates and pictures of the progress and the work being done. I left my car with them on Monday and it was returned to me on Saturday. The quality of the work is outstanding. My car looks like it was never damaged. I am VERY VERY happy. I highly recommend them!

My recent Fix Auto experience was phenomenal. I had used this shop for a previous repair and they were so wonderful I will always use them. This time was no different. The staff kept me updated all through the process. They take the time to do a thorough walk through to make sure you are happy with the results. They guarantee their work. I got my car back earlier than estimated. They are so courteous they even made arrangements for a rental while my car was in the shop. Had to have my bumper repaired from a collision and fix did a great job. I picked up my car and they did an excellent job matching the paint and there is no trace of any work being done. Fix Auto was an AAA approved body shop, so after my car was rear ended, I took my car their for repairs. They worked seamlessly with both AAA and Enterprise car rental. They were great communicators with those companies and with myself. Due to the current environment, it took a couple of weeks to get the necessary parts, which was expected. Once they arrived, the repair was scheduled and it was completed ahead of the estimated completion date. They did an incredible job on the repair and I would gladly use Fix Auto again in the future!!Service: Body & Trim

Our car got hit twice. They fixed it up nicely. My only gripe was the parts taking a long time, but that wasn't their fault. I bring it up because they did a good job keeping me informed about what was going on.

Very very bad customer service we went there like at 3:30 on a tues feb 14 me and my girlfriend.There where 2 lady s a blonde one which is the check in and another one with black hair I was asking for help to repair my truck I waited a week for an appointment we got there they said we should go somewhere else s and didn t bother to look at the truck they look at Insurance paper they said we can t give u less or more then the estimate We decide to leave it there but they look annoyed me and my Gf got Uncomfortable and told them never mind we will go somewhere else I hope the owner fixies this problem definitely don t recommend to go there. 0 stars bad service

Very fast! Was told it would be done end of December. Dropped my car off on the 29th of November and got my car back December 15th. Very pleased with the continuous updates provided about my car each day. Would definitely recommend a friend to this auto shop. Very professional service and staffs. They acomplished the work according to schedule allowing me to coordinate with a rental car company and my work hours to avoid wasting time and money.I am very satisfied, not only with their work done, but also with the attention they provided throughout the work process by keeping me informed.
