Fran the owner has been doing this for a long time she is well versed in the new engine platforms but also has the experience to help with the older engines which are becoming obsolete. She knows what you need and and will take good care of you. The shop is extremely clean and well kept as you would hope a persision operation would be. Ellsworth predominantly deal with Factory Warranty repairs used by dealers in the area but still makes time for the construction equipment guys who need stuff asap.I highly recommend.
