This Caliber collision is amazing, Farmers originally assigned my claim to Caliber collision in Anaheim Hills, CA 92807 on La Palma. That Location has some snooty front desk reps who looked annoyed that Interrupted their chit chat time. So I told them to F off and took my truck to this Caliber Collision. These front desk reps greeted me with excitement, friendliness and did an amazing job on my truck. My Rep Justine kept me informed the whole time and was a little extra on the communication. Not all Caliber Collisions are the same but management at this facility knows what they are doing. Great Job Caliber Collision team

08/31/2022 I want to start off by saying ali has been of great help since the day i first walked in to the anaheim location and the front desk ladies have been very helpful as well. The pictures I'm sharing are of the finishing polish work I had done at the anaheim location, as you can see my car is covered in swirl marks all over and the scratch on my front windshield frame was not done right/ incomplete As I mentioned�to ali when he asked me how i found out about caliber collision, I told him "I brought my car to Caliber collision for the quality work your company's name stands behind"but that doesn't seem to be the case. The work done has nothing to do with the front end workers but the garage/warehouse workers , It's not the first time I've asked ali to call them out on their work. It doesn't seem they take the same pride in their work as the front end and it's very unprofessional of them to send anyone's car out looking like this claiming it to be finished. I will not be recommending caliber collision to anyone and give them a if I wanted my car to look like garbage I would have taken it to any whole in the wall place .Very disappointed.UPDATE: 11/22/2022 The owner responded to my post asking for me to send them certain information to get the problem resolved. I did what was asked and emailed them all the information needed and of course nothing was resolved and I didn't even get a email back after that. The only reason they responded to my post was to show professionalism which they are far from..

I had a great experience at Caliber Collision. I was initially being helped by Shawn but sometime during the process of my car being fix, he was transferred and Lisa took over. She did an awesome job keeping me updated and I received my car on the day it was promised. Thank you Lisa and team!

Have you ever felt like you were getting screwed over, but helpless to stop it? That was my interaction with Caliber. I'll start with the good points: 1. The manager was helpful after I expressed my frustrations. 2. I think the car repair was pretty well doneI got in an accident at the beginning of November, got my car in maybe a week or two before Thanksgiving. I actually had them pre-order parts (only for the visible parts) ahead of time so I could cut on time in the shop. Insurance only covers rental for 20 days and after that it's out of pocket. Well my estimator, Isaac, told me at one point that he was sick for a week and so my car wasn't even being worked on. (Remember, only max 20 days covered, then I'm screwed). There were some 'internal' damage that they needed to order parts for so it took longer. I knew it wouldn't be finished before the holidays and it could take longer because of that. However, they told me they would be finished with my car by Jan. 5th. Cool. At this point, my estimator switched from Isaac to Jason (when? I don't know. this was not communicated to me.) and Jason is just... the worst at communication. I got a text saying my car would be ready for pickup on Jan. 5th Friday afternoon. I called around 3pm that day since I didn't receive any further notice. Jason told me that the technician lost a part of my car and discovered it during the reassembly stage and they would need to re-order the part asap. He didn't have a timeline for me and that he'd call me on Monday. The way he talked, I felt like I was inconveniencing him and he was almost.. annoyed by my call.Ok... well Monday rolls around. I have a dinner appointment by 4:30pm in LA that I couldn't miss. No contact by 1pm so I called them. Jason told me that it'll be ready by 4pm, but since I had to be in LA I told him I'd pick it up on Tuesday. He said ok, it'll be ready by then. REMEMBER, he said ok. Well Tuesday rolls around and I return my rental & get to Caliber right before it closes, rushing down from LA (cutting my business day early). Then the lady at the front desk tells me that my car isn't ready. Excuse me? Apparently, they didn't finish the re-assembly and I couldn't pick up my car that day. I was furious to say the least... You had all day to let me know my car wasn't ready. This is the second day I cleared my afternoon/evening to pick up the car.. the second time I'm waiting around for some form of communication.At this point the GM steps in and apologizes. He has one of the employees take me home and sets me up with a rental car (I didn't have the energy to tell him this should have been done since Friday since that's when it was the start of their problem). The next morning Jason calls me to apologize and to let me know THAT MY CAR IS GOING TO BE READY BY THIS AFTERNOON. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. I don't believe him, but I also make sure my afternoon is flexible still just in case. Well, 3pm rolls around and I get a call from him informing me that my car isn't ready by today. At this point I'm fed up and tell him to stop calling me unless my car is finished and ready to be picked up. He replied, "Well, I just wanted to let you know so the same mistake doesn't happen again". No. You know what's a mistake? Constantly telling me my car is going to be ready and then letting me know at the end of the day that it's not. I started to see him as untrustworthyI texted the GM asking that I no longer interact with Jason and the GM said he'll take over. Jason shouldn't have been allowed to continue in the first placeWhen picking up my car, I find out that there was no internal damage, just external damage to the inside part of my car. I wouldn't have been suspicious if it wasn't for everything else which eroded my trust in themI start leaving the facility and wouldn't you know it, they didn't even refill my gas (I came in with a full tank and Isaac made a note of the gas during the initial inspection) and I left with only 3/4 gas. They took 1/4 gas and didn't fill up.

The Anaheim location did a good job on the service of the vehicle. Reception and service technician were a little less than warm and friendly at the beginning. However, the car was delivered earlier than promised.

They do good, fast work, and were so easy to work with. There was a small miscommunication when I first went to pick up my car but they didn't balk in the least the matter and fixed it immediately.

Some stupid lowlife/crooks decided to cut my catalytic converter off my truck, but not only that, they literally cut the trans line and 02 line as well. My truck was brought to Caliber Collison the same day; got it towed there. I was met with the service advisor, Shawn Lee. He was very attentive and relayed each step of the process. They were able to replace and repair my truck in a timely matter, I was quoted an ETA on the job and Shawn did manage to get it done. The team at Caliber was able to get my truck back and running, they revived it when jerks nearly caused a homicide on it. Thank you, Shawn and the team at Caliber. Cassandra was also helpful getting all my paperwork straighten out beforehand.

My bumper was painted but my rear tail light came out flying the moment I got inside the freeway. I am taking it back today hopefully they don't give me any problemsThe secretary infront desk very nice and helpfull ,by the way .Things happen I guess !Service: Painting

The best body shop hands down. We have used this facility for over 20 years and have never been disappointed. They warranty their work and follow thru on the warranty. We have referred several family and friends and no one is disappointed. Their paint matching is dead on. Highly recommend this facility. We have had our cars repaired from damage of accidents, keyed car, vandalism, approximately 10+ times in the past 20 years and have never been disappointed. (Used to be Hi-Tech and changed companies over the years bit same perfect work)Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I went into get a repair and was very satisfied with my experience. All the staffs were nice and it was really convenient to simply pick up and drop off the car (& the rental car). Michael helped me through the process. He informed me on how the repairs will be handled and of the estimated times depending on the situation. Michael provided repair updates timely and consistently through text message and the repair finished earlier than expected. I would definitely return!!

Won't talk to you without an appointment. "Can I make an appointment?".. "No... first we'd have to call your insurance... ".No thanks.. If you won't talk to me at all, I guess you must have so much business you don't need any more. I'll go somewhere that doesn't feel like the DMV.

Very Informative regarding the wait time upon entering the facility. The pre and post inspection of the vehicle repair is very informative.The staff is always welcoming, professional, helpful, and eager to assist with working with the rental car agency with appointments for pick up and drop off for the client. Had a great experience with a rear bumper repair after getting rear-ended. Caliber was extremely helpful and gave us a clear timeline & expectation of the work that needed to be done. Everything went as planned, the rear bumper was replaced, and the paint was sprayed to match perfectly - which is impressive with a 15 year old car! Their staff was friendly & helpful, and everything was as painless as possible.Our claim was covered by the other party's insurance so I can't comment on value, but their service was outstanding!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Very convenient and easy to work with. Ivonne was great. I had a very simple minor repair that they were able to complete in less than a day, once the part they ordered arrived. Hopefully I won't need another car repair for a while but if I do, I will likely return to Caliber Collision.
