I crashed the front end of my mustang and brought it to this shop as a state farm recommend shop. I am glad to say the team here went above and beyond in accommodating me and my car until I was fully satisfied. The entire front bumper, driver side fender, rocker panel and hood had to be replaced. Now, I can truly say my car looks as good as the day I bought it brand new. Thank you for the stellar service, the manager Miguel was very transparent throughout the whole process.

The detailed text updates on the progress of my car repairs were really helpful. The car was finished on time and was even cleaned as well. Kevin was really nice and thoroughly explained what work was done to my car. My only issue was that it was hard to find parking upon arrival when I dropped off and picked up my car because of all the cars needing repairs that were parked in front. But the interior of their front office was clean and their front office staff were very friendly.

Caliber did a good job on my car. My car was not ready when estimated, date got pushed out a few times. Kevin was very helpful

I had an appointment at 9:00 am and our estimator said he would be with me in 1-2 min. What a horrible experience. There lot is jammed with damaged cars No where to park. Let me add I got there early too. The front desk told me he was in a production meeting. Wouldn t you think the production meeting would happen at 7:30 am not when customer are there. Terrible customer service.

Update: 15 months after my repairs, I came to the shop with a small problem which turned out not to be related to the repairs done previously. I was given the same white-glove courtesy and consideration I did in the original incident. This company strives to be your best friend in body shops.Original Review: Completely positive experience after a car accident requiring TON of repairs. This shop is very honest and upfront about the process and what to expect when you bring your car in for repair. Tge estimated time frame was exactly on schedule even when a faulty part was originally delivered and needed to be swapped out! The pride and craftsmanship in their work they produce is very impressive! Derek was the guy in charge of my process and I am so pleased by the way he kept me informed throughout the process and worked with his team to troubleshoot an issue before he release the car back to us! Car was returned completely dirty inside full of scuffs with engine problems and new dashboard lights a car that i bought brand new out the dealer that never had a single problem and nobody wants to take responsibility at the shop make sure you test drive your car before you pay

Well I had a 5 star experience, both times I've brought my cars here to caliber collision. Kevin helped me 100% made things go smoth and easy, so much that I requested my insurance company to send me here again. Thank Kevin your great!

The team was very helpful and kept to the time schedule they initially gave me. Helped me out with getting my rental and kept me informed of the status of my car throughout the entire process. I dealt with Kevin throughout my entire repair process, and to say he was incredible would be an understatement. Kevin was professional, responsive, attentive, and simply the ideal person you d want leading your repair. Caliber Collision did a great job on getting my car back with everything fixed so fast! The expected wait time was supposed to be a month, but they were done fixing my car after two weeks. They were super responsive on everything. I like how the online system even tells you the agent that s helping you with the case. Thank you for making my first experience with Caliber great!

Reached out to Caliber Collision shop to get passenger side rear door repair, per Farmers recommendation. The car was delivered after two weeks of original promised date, my car battery died as the car was idle for 5 weeks and damaged the driver side rear door and still trying to get it repaired. I left my sunglasses at the shop and called couple of time to ensure that my glasses are safe. However, on the day of delivery they denied and told that we are not responsible for the glasses at its more than a month. I see a serious trust issue with the employees.Its more than one week and the service representative is not able to talk to her manager on how to handle the damage done to my vehicle at repair shot. Not sure who is in-efficient here, the manager or the person in charge of my vehicle repair. I will continue to follow and hope to get additional damage fixed.I would not recommend this location. However, if you end up here due to convenience, then I would recommend taking picture of your vehicle from all side, as they would not share the picture that they took when they are at fault. Also, inspect your vehicle all around before accepting the delivery else you will have hard time getting it fixed.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Loved the customer service. Calliber walked me through everything that was going to happen in the process and kept me updated via text and email along the way. I explained to management that its the holiday season and i am paying for a rental that it was pricey for this time of year and if there was anyway to get my car out faster as i am a single mother and the season expenses are taking a toll. Manager Kevin, said they would prioritize my car without expensing the quality of work and get it out as fast as possible.Estimated time to finish my car was 12/16 and they completed my car on 12/08. A week early. I was so glad that they got my car done and didnt expect the amazing detailing on my car. I really appreciate them and if anything was to happen to my car or anyone elses. I would definitely recommend and come back to this location!

Outstanding professional business from stem to stern. The quality of the accident repair work they performed on my Lexus was only surpassed by the office staff and their customer contact mgr., Kevin. Kevin contacted me at least 2 to 3 times a week giving me a progress report to keep me informed and to keep the project on schedule. The finished product of their repairs is flawless and my car looks like new. Quality of work was fine, however, service level sucked.Service adviser promised to follow up with me on 4 separate occasions but never did. I asked to speak with a supervisor and was promised that the GM reach out to me twice, but she never did until I called her directly. The GM explained that 2 weeks to replace a bumper which was in stock was perfectly normal and was clearly not interested in hearing feedback about the service adviser.I ve had an amazing experience with other Caliber locations, but this location is unfortunately very poorly managed.

This was a collision repair. Caliber Collision replaced all damaged parts and ensured the paint and clear coat blended perfectly. I ve had other collision repairs done with other vehicles in the past and have always had issues with the quality of repair or paint match. This repair was done perfectly the first time. Andrew and his team made my VW E Golf look like new. Because of the drive assistance package they had to calibrate and align vehicle perfectly. I had the best experience at this repair shop, where they provide excellent customer service and they actually care about your needs while getting your car repaired in a timely manner. They kept me updated the entire time they had my car in the shop. Wouldn't go elsewhere! Highly recommend!

My car was hit with roof shingles and the paint was sanded off in many places. They even broke the windshield. The young man who helped me when i brought my car in was super nice. Went out of his way to get me all set up. Car was done in like 5 weeks and seemed ok. A week after i got it back it was hit with shingles from the roof again. This time when i went back to Caliber the nice young man was gone and a very rude guy was there who didnt want to work with me. No matter what I requested he couldnt accommodate me so i left. I took my car to Perfect Color Auto Reconditioning in Anaheim. They painted my car which is a red metal flake and warned me it might not exactly match Caliber because Caliber used way less metal flake than Premier did. Its only obvious in the sun but the Perfect Auto painted areas are so totally gorgeous compared to the Caliber ones. Sad but true.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

They were friendly and professional but failed to address full extent of damage at the beginning. A short repair turned into a 70 day wait for completion. If they clearly explained the damage to the insurance then it would have been resolved sooner. They attempted to return my vehicle with visible body panel issues from frame damage. They would have been happy to return the vehicle to me in this condition if I had not questioned it.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

They were easy to work with, and kept me informed. Gave me an estimate of one week, actual time was one week and 1 day. Had to have my back bumper replaced and fender work done (along with the painting, etc. that goes with that). Also had to have the Blind Spot Detection sensors replaced. The body work was well done (paint matched properly, etc.). However, I realized the next day that one of the Blind Spot Detection sensors was not operating. I called them, brought the car in the next day, and they fixed it in a few hours (gave me a ride home, and then brought the car to my home when the repairs were complete). Only gave them 4 stars because the BSD system was not repaired right the first time. But, I would use them again if I needed body work.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My son was coming home from Knott's and got into an accident. This was the closest repair shop for our insurance to tow the car to late at night since he was about 25 miles north of home. We opted to have the repairs done at this location and couldn't be happier. They called first thing in the morning, we left the key in the overnight box, and got an estimate done quickly. Our service technician, Ryan, kept us consistently updated and they had the car finished three days ahead of schedule. It looks better than it did before the accident! Excellent customer service and fantastic work! Definitely would recommend this shop!

I highly recommend Caliber Collision. They did excellent work and kept to the schedule they gave me. I worked with Kevin and he was great. Kept me informed and went beyond to help me. He made it feel like I was working with a friend.

Nobody wants to have to deal with a place like this - but the staff makes it as painless as possible. Everyone I came into contact with was exceptionally nice and helpful. Any questions I had were answered and I felt that I was well-guided throughout the process of having my car repaired. When I picked my car up, it was beautiful and sparkling clean. I initially went to them based on a recommendation from my insurance, and I m so glad that I did.
