Had an Awesome experience!! I made an appointment so they took my car back right away. Alonso greeted me as soon as I walked through the door. He was EXTREMELY friendly, efficient, and professional! Would undoubtedly recommend this location (in Anaheim off La Palma)!!

I had a blow-out on the Frwy and needed quick service. I came into the Anaheim branch and met Gary Haskell and received the best service anyone could ask for. Not only did he give me the best price in town, the job only took 30 minutes. Gary and technician Obara are both class A specialists. I'm getting all my tires at Big-O Anaheim! Thank you team!

I purchased a aftermarket lift kit for my van and was looking for a shop to do the install. Most of the prices I was being quoted in the area were ridiculous. I got the number for Brandon at Big "O" Tires from the manufacturer of the lift. From the beginning Brandon was absolutely awesome to work with. The price he quoted me was very reasonable so much so I was able to afford the wheels and tires I wanted. When I got there the morning of our appointment he realized the job included the rear lift blocks as well. Instead of putting more money on top of the bill, he stood by his quote and did the whole job for what we agreed upon a week prior. Brandon and Big O Team your awesome!

Due to a blow out on the freeway, we landed here at this Big O.The employees were super friendly. Suggested close by places for lunch.They were very fast as we had not even finished our lunch when we got a call that the vehicle was ready.Prices were excellent.Highly recommend

Wife and I came in from out of town and discovered a flat tire in the morning. Everyone we interacted with was very friendly and while they were busy they took care to get us done quicker then what they said originally. Highly recommend

Rude service reps all look un happy. I called for a tire rotation, they where forcing me to buy tires saying its our policy not to rotate bald tires. Not true only one side of tire was worn out of four. If that was the case why did you make the appointment.

The unprofessionalism that was presented by this establishment, makes me realize that there should be a way to give negative stars instead of simply a 1 star. The sheer incompetence that Gary Heskell presented, really brings the word ignorant to a whole new meaning. Note.. the individual, Jimmy Escobar you see here in this photo working on my car is not at fault for this negative post. He was fully professional and efficient in this tasks.

First time going to Big O Tires and never going back. I had made an appointment to get tires. I scheduled it through the website and it said they will confirm in the morning. I got a confirmation of my appointment. I go in for my appointment and they tell me the tires are no longer available and only option was to purchase more expensive tires. How is my appointment "confirmed" to go in just to have my time wasted? If they were not available, they should not confirm or at least give me a call. Such a waste of time. I left and drove straight to America's Tires, an honest and reliable company. Buyers beware of their scam.

I've come here a handful of times to replace my tires because it's conveniently located close to my work, but I will keep coming back because the service is so friendly. Sean usually helps me out and he is super kind and informative. They even patched one of my tires that had a slow leak for free. I usually don't trust automotive repair shops because they often try to upsell you on unnecessary things, but I really trust the staff here and appreciate the work they've done on my vehicle!

In a tight spot and they got me in and out fairly quickly and at a reasonable price. I told them what was most important to me about my tires and I was given choices based on that trait, and after driving on those tires I can say that the recommended tire was well qualified for my needs. Their price for oil changes is also quite good. Better than Jiffy and a few others, anyway. A TV in the waiting area with free coffee and water.

My dear husband borrowed our 2005 Ford Expedition to go to a class one evening. When he came out, all he got was a click! We had it towed to Big O and left a note with brief explanation and to call us. The next morning they called and said there was a blown fuse and it was fixed, come pick it up! OH JOY! Fixed already, what is the charge?"No big deal, it was an easy fix, no charge."I cannot praise this store enough! We are always going to them for all sorts of advice. Fair prices and honest assessments each and every time.We visit this place for oil changes, tires, mechanical fixes and inspections. I really like the guys and they do work hard, so be sure to cut them some slack when it takes 10 minutes to get your issues. They are busy for a good reason and you will get great service too!

The owner is a great person, and the staff is supportive, they quickly respond to a system failure because they couldn t find my appointment, I had to wait 2 hours, I even give them one star, but they took care of the business. I changed and edited my review, if you experience something, It s not their fault. At some point we have to blame technology. Thank you guys for the support, I am sorry for my previous review.

I went in for an alignment as I had purchased new tires from a different vendor. The associate joked that I should have bought my tires at his shop. I requested the alignment service and was told it would be completed in about an hour. I left and grabbed lunch, and about 25 minutes later I received a phone call that they had checked my alignment and there was no need for adjustment, and no charge. I feel this was a very honest and respectable store and would highly recommend!

This shop turned an unfortunate situation into a complete peace of mind. Gary, Allen and Brandon have a lot of integrity, and that s extremely hard to come by in the automotive repair business. As a former tech myself, I ll definitely be returning to to this facility for future services. Outstanding customer service!

Not sure why this place has such stellar reviews.First off, they are always extremely busy and the shortest wait I've experienced so far is 4-5+ hours. Their prices are also slightly higher than surrounding competitors. That in itself is fine - if they are super busy that's just a sign of a successful business.However, they never call when the vehicle is done so you have to guess. Also the last time I serviced my vehicle w/ them they left it completely unlocked in the front parking lot.Because of the combination of these factors I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Waited almost three hours to change out two tires. They'll tell you to make an appointment but even then you'll still wait. Why would I have to make an appointment to get tires changed?? The local mom and pop shop are quicker than these guys! Also prices are a bit inflated compared to other tire shops for the same exact quality work.

Sean was very helpful in getting me my new tires and having them installed. Very professional with the quoting process and provided me with all the info I asked for, including additional checks on other components in my vehicle. All the staff I worked with was very friendly.

I highly recommend this Big O Tire to anyone. While I was traveling to Disneyland with my family one of the wheel bearings in my van went bad. I was very nervous about being able to find a repair shop that would treat me honestly and perform quality service. I am so glad I went to this Big O Tires shop. Chauncey Snyder, the manager there took such great care of me. We had recently had the wheel bearing replace in Utah and Chauncey and the owner Tim McClanahan went to bat for me to get things taken care of by the warranty company. They helped me to be able to head back to Disneyland and know that my van was in good hands. On top of how I was treated personally, I was able to also see their teams interaction with other guests and I was extremely impressed by the care that they gave to each customer. If you are ever traveling from out of town and have a vehicle emergency go visit this Big O Tire team, they will treat you great and perform great work. Thank you Tim and Chauncey for your great customer service.

Brandon and Jesse took excellent care of me after another tire shop had tried to take advantage of my feminine na�vet� as it relates to cars and tires. I ended up saving over $200 for quality tires, was in and out in less than half an hour, and treated like royalty. You can really feel that this is a family-run business - the service was not only honest, superb, and impeccably timed, but the shop was also clean and comfortable. My husband says all men should send their wives here! We will be back and we will be referring family/friends.

I was directed to this place by the guys at the O'Reilly Auto Parts across the parking lot, where I had borrowed a scanner. And it's a good thing I found this place.I arrived in Anaheim after driving in from Las Vegas, with my Check Engine light on, and running rough. As an out-of-towner with car trouble, I was completely at the mercy of the local fix-it shops. But this place sorted my problem, had the car ready the next day, charged a fair price, and I left with a warranty that followed me back to Vegas, good at any Big O. Top quality place.

I had my brakes serviced at this big o tires and a couple weeks later my brakes failed I almost died thank god for the emergency brake I would not ever use this big o tires to get your brakes done ! They wanted me to bring my truck back in I told them what makes you think I would ever let you touch my truck again after you guys caused my brakes to fail by allowing these in experienced employees to work on brakes they are putting people lives at risk! Don t get your brakes done at this location
