Great customer service, great products. Jeremy helped me out when my end cap on my exhaust came loose, my fault, and was lost while on the road.I submitted some photos and they sent share parts out immediately.Couldn't ask for better customer service. 10/10.

The exhaust I received is a very good, high quality product. Have to give 3 stars though for the poor customer service received by Bassani. Exhaust shipped with wrong mounting bracket. Was able to finally reach someone after days of emails / calls to them and they shipped me the same wrong bracket again lol! Third time was a charm and they finally sent the right bracket and I had no further issues. Was told by Jeremy that I would receive this ASAP which to him I guess means shipping days later. LIES!!! Should also mention that they shipped FedEx GROUND to me each time so this whole process took nearly 3 weeks to finally sort out when I received the correct bracket. A truly good business would have gotten this into my hands much sooner. Very nice product, as long as everything goes right, you will love the exhaust. God help you if you have an issue though, cause my experience with Bassani tells me that they really don t care about customers after the sale.

Reaching out to Bassani regarding an issue I had with an exhaust system I ordered was a big waste of time. I ordered one of their Road Rage III 2 into 1 exhaust systems for my 2022 Low Rider ST through Dennis Kirk. When I used the tool on the Dennis Kirk website to make sure the Bassani system would fit my bike it said yes. So I checkout and received the item. While attempting to install it on my bike I figured out that the wrong muffler bracket was sent with the kit. It did not have the extra piece at the top to mount the saddlebag support grommet. So I reached out to both Dennis Kirk and Bassani directly. When emailing with Jeremy Duncan I was told I ordered the wrong kit from Dennis Kirk and was told if I wanted to pay another $65 plus the cost of shipping they can send me the bracket. So I went onto Bassani and Dennis Kirk's website again to read the product descriptions for the system I ordered and not a single one of them ever mention the need for a different bracket or a link to the correct kit. When I searched the correct part number I was given on Dennis Kirk the correct system only comes up under the Harley Sport Glide and same as on Bassanis website. And on Bassanis website they don't have the Low Rider ST listed under the Road Rage III, just the Road Rage Ripper (short exhaust). Then on top of that I was "suggested" next time if I have fitment questions to contact the manufacturer directly. How would I know I had questions if everything I was reading and given said the kit would work, and when I did realize I had questions I did reach out directly and was told to spend more money or they couldn't help. Customer service is a joke, the website is hard to navigate, and even though Dennis Kirk may not be an official distributor, you would think a company would want to ensure their product information is correct and to help the customer out. This entire process had made me want to just return the kit as a whole and not even have Bassanis name on my motorcycle. At least Dennis Kirk responded quickly, admitted they made a mistake and even though they dont have the correct bracket in stock, offered to reimburse me for the cost of ording it from another company. That is the correct way to provide customer service and help the customer. For anyone reading this I hope you have a better experience and for my fellow Low Rider ST owners be careful what your ordering.

Bassani RR for 2018+ softails does not fit correctly. The rear mount tab was welded crooked and there is no way to get both rear mount bolts into the exhaust. One bolt seems to be functioning this far, but this is poor quality for such a well known manufacturer.

We bought the staggered dual exhaust for my wifes 2018 Heritage. The pipes arrived weeks earlier than Harley(who we ordered them thru), and Bassani told us. Bassani told us they werent being released for 3 more weeks and they got them out the very next week! They sound and look awesome!! Thank you Bassani!
