Time on business is posted to close at 9:00Pm. We arrived at 8:45Pm and doors were locked. There was a few other guys waiting outside to pick up their items for the workers to finally let us all in. The other customers explained to us they had called ahead to pick up their items.Staff seemed annoyed & bothered they had to open doors. When they opened the doors they said "we are taking cards only". No explanation or apology for doors being locked 15mins + .No friendly or professional customer service here it seems at night time!

I came here at 835 on a Saturday and they don't close until 9 and there doors were locked and they were closed and the guy was in there and didn't even Acknowledgethat we were r there
