Eddy Acosta is who you want if you re looking for a car. He was knowledgeable, responsive, friendly, and super helpful. With him, I was able to get the vehicle I wanted with the exact specs I desired. I would absolutely recommend him and Hyundai of Anaheim. I love my 2024 Santa Fe drives like a dream and looks sharp!

This dealership is by far the worst I've experienced. From the moment we bought a car there, we've had constant issues with their customer service, from Denise to Sindy. Despite bringing our car in for service multiple times, they've consistently shown a lack of care and professionalism. They even failed to properly check our car during a recent service, as evident by the uncharged battery when we picked it up. To make matters worse, they tried to charge us for a loaner car without informing us of the refueling requirement. I'm fed up with their poor service and have decided to part ways with both of our Hyundai vehicles, an electric and an SUV. No more Hyundai forThey don't even deserve 1 one star

Tam Nguyen is the best! He is very knowledgeable and has a clear passion and excitement for what he does. He knows the cars in and out and will give you any small bit of info you might need along with some fun facts along the way. He not only made us fall in love with the Santa Cruz but instilled an interest in the future of the Hyundai brand. We ll be dealing with him going forward. Thanks Tam!

Daughter started driving so we passed a vehicle down to her which meant we needed a new car. I do a ton of my own research on cars and available deals. I connected with Corbin Patel and told him exactly what I was looking for. He had the car and was able to put together the deal I wanted. He is a great communicator and never came across as pushy. He first listens, confirms what he heard, and then sets reasonably expectations. He knew the cars features extremely well and was patient in explaining them to me. It is our first EV so he also made sure we got set up with the apps needed for charging, etc. I also appreciated the fact that he followed up with me the day after I purchased so see if I had any questions or help. If you are looking for a new Hyundai, Corbin is your guy. We will definitely be back to see him in the future.

With the addition of a New child we ve been hunting for the right car to fit our growing family. We were very excited about the Santa Fe 2024 but as it is just arriving in the US for sale it was very hard to find in in AWD at the trim level we wanted.My wife found out the day our new bundle of human joy arrived that Hyundai Anaheim was expecting to have the exact car we wanted, so I called them to inquire about it. Corbin answered and I m glad he did! From that moment forward he conveyed all the info I needed and helped us remotely reserve the vehicle with a deposit until we could arrange to see it on site. He handled every detail and conveyed clear text and calls updates like a true professional including when the car would arrive and every nuance and coverage about we wanted to include in our stunning new Santa Fe in earthy matte brass!He was far more informed and supportive than any car sales person we ve ever worked with and worked hard to ensure we received a great deal and exactly what we wanted. Most importantly when he didn t know something (about a vehicle that has nearly zero US presence and availability, he dug deep with us to figure it out). All of this before he even knew if we d buy the car or walk away.Once we test drove it we had to put a Pitney of car seats in to ensure it worked for us daily and that takes a lot of time. Corbin gave us the space and time to be sure we were happy never annoying and always present when needed and gone when we had to discuss our family purchase alone.Extremely happy with my purchase from him and Hyundai Anaheim and if anything should turn up wrong I know he/they are going to make it right!Thoughtful shout out to Juan who assisted Corbin for part of our final vehicle inspection and us with a few minor cosmetic matters the vehicle obtained in transit.

How I should start one, I leave my car three day stand. IT IS DEAD! I bought it to the dealer, but no success, said I use to much apps to lol get me wrong but I didn't use any only one to look if they're working. Nonetheless, all nonsense I realize that the recall on my Ioniq 5 with the iccu never actually got performed and the charge of the 12 v battery regulation is bad so I am ending up with a dead battery 12 v.After all, I found out that the mechanic has no clue. He disconnects the obt2 from the plug. So no code funny asking me if it gives only lies in the world.My conclusion support is miserable from corporate and a dealer. After trying to speak with my service advisor over 45 minutes I realized that the phone skills sucks of every employee in the company

Our sales contact Jesus was a great resource - it was our first time shopping for a vehicle (after 15 years in NYC) and we walked away with an EV and could not be happier with our decision. He was thorough, patient, and provided excellent advice. In fact, we visited about 5 other car dealerships (including Tesla) and while their facilities and amenities were much nicer (understandably, Anaheim is under construction), Jesus was attentive to us and our needs, ultimately swaying our decision to go with Hyundai. Thank you!

We came to Anaheim Hyundai to look at a couple of used cars that we saw advertised on their website. Jorge was the salesperson that helped us. He was great! Very patient and genuine, and took the time to show us different cars within our budget and answered any questions we had. Thank you Jorge!The only complaint I have is the deceptive pricing they put online. When you get to the lot, the sticker price on the car is about 10k more than the online price.Going over the numbers with the manager and trying to negotiate the price down was such a hassle because of all the unnecessary add ons they try to put in with the contract. Then they have you talk to the finance guy who will also try to get you to add on more costs that you don't need.Our experience would have been great if we weren't made to feel like we were being cheated. I know it's a business, and they need to make profit, but it's not right to deceive customers by false advertising.We thought of leaving without buying the car, but decided to negotiate and finance with them because Jorge was great to us. Thank you again Jorge for all your help with picking out our car!

I bought a Santa Cruz from Jesus Gomez. He was patient, polite, knowledgeable, and easy to work with.Unfortunately I have to edit this review. At first I left a positive review while I was still making the deal at Hyundai. Once we closed the deal I drove my old car home and Jesus delivered the new car to me some time later, after dark. I parked it in the garage.The next morning I noticed there is a scratch on the windshield. It was high up and obstructed by the sun visor when I test drove it earlier in the day, which is why I hadn't noticed it. I immediately messaged Jesus and after not getting a resolution I called the dealer but the manager would not take my call. I then took the car in person and the manager Dev was nice and polite, he said these things sometimes happen when they are removing the car stickers, not to worry and that they would be in touch in a couple days to schedule a time to fix it for free.I waited three days but nobody called me. I called back and was told to wait two more days. I waited and still nothing. When I reached back out I was asked to wait a few more days and that they would for sure get back to me by Monday (8 days from purchase). Monday came and went and they still didn't call.Today, Tuesday, 9 days post purchase, I called the service department and after being redirected to three different people, they told me that the sales department never gave them the work order and that's why they didn't call me to schedule it. This was after the sales department (Jesus and Dev) confirmed repeatedly that they've talked to the service department and given them the papers.So service now says I need documentation from sales that they can fix this for free or there will be a charge. Mind you this is a brand new car!The customer service has been horrible. I can't safely drive this new car because of the damage to the windshield. It has been so stressful. I do not recommend bringing your business here.

All around fast and easy experience. I was in the market for a 2023 Elantra N when Corbin made the communication very easy and understandable. I did all of the paperwork with Tam who was very knowledgeable and a true enthusiast of the car culture. All of my discounts and demands were met with respect and got a great car at the end of the whole transaction. If you are looking for a Hyundai I really recommend doing business with Corbin or Tam. Both are great at what they do.

Jaime hooked me up with a new ionic 6 and a great lease deal. He was amicable and sincere through the whole process. Finance department was also great. He (sorry, forgot his name) did not try to pressure me into buying anything unnecessary. I got in and out of the dealership in under 2 hours.

Strongly recommend Gian Loria. I rarely write reviews but when I do it s because I truly felt like I was given and treated with the best service possible. It was my first experience purchasing a car so I had called ahead to ask questions and get a possible estimate of what I would be paying for the vehicle; I am 19 years old and was worried about being screwed over but Gian Loria made buying my first car so easy!!! He gave me recommendations of the best vehicles for my price range and what I was looking for and in less than 2 hours from my first phone call to Hyundai Anaheim, Gian Loria had all my numbers worked out and all I had to do was show up and sign all the paperwork and take my new baby home!!

Amazing service. After shopping through multiple dealers and getting the run around on pricing Gian and Corbin were so responsive. They had the car ready for me to see when I arrived and made the whole process seamless. They made a deal that worked for me with my monthly payments and I got a better car than I was initially looking at saving me money going to electric. So happy with my new car. Purchased my first BMW i4, from Heaven (Pan Weighing) & Hector. Everything went smoothly and I got the best deal for both my trade-in as well as my i4. Great car, reasonable price, and a willingness to make all the little things right. After my husbands car was totaled we were on the search for a new car for him. We went to multiple Hyundai dealerships in the area. Corbin and his General Manager were able to get us the best offer on a brand new 2024 Hyundai Tucson. We were able to process as much paperwork as possible over email and the phone, to save us time at the dealership. Wish it were possible to rate them with no stars. Service is nowhere near that dealership from sales to service (I use the term loosely). 3 years ago I bought an Elantra from them. Once the deal is done you no longer matter to them. I brought the car in for an oil change (free). Had an appointment. Waited for 20 minutes & no one even asked if I d been helped. I chose to drive further to another Hyundai dealership where they knew how to take care of customers.I swore I would never deal with them again. But I did against my better judgment. They gave me the price I wanted for the vehicle I wanted and I thought this is going well I just won t come here for service. So I should have been happy right?Nope. Weird spots began appearing in the paint randomly all over the car. I thought a good wash would get off whatever was there because I couldn t get it off. Wrong again. No difference after washing.Contacted the dealership & was told when you bring it in for service I ll have one of my guys look at it . I wasn t happy & suspected I needed to go to the dealership. Due to personal obligations I didn t get to the dealership right away and in the meantime more splotches were appearing.I promise there isn t much more. Please bear with me.I went to the dealership and asked for the manager. He came out and said what can we do for you. Told him the job was horrible. He actually said let s see what we can do to make it right. He said he would have my salesperson take it over to service & see what needed to be done. I had high hopes at this point. Only to have them crushed.When the salesperson came out I heard him say it s just tree sap. Are you kidding me? Anyway he took to over to service and in less than 10 minutes, that was fast. Was that fast? They came back and told me they didn t cause it I had when I washed the car. Really? And how was I able to randomly put these splotches all over the car. They told me hard water would do that to the paint. Again, are you kidding me. I ve washed a fair amount of vehicles over the years and just traded in a 2020 Elantra and its paint was fine. The manager said they could buff the splotches but it would be 2-3 hours AND I would have to pay to have them do it. NOTE paint is typically covered by the warranty. The manager said well I m not paying for it. I said you know what? I came here against my better judgment. So shame on me. Thanks but no thanks. He asked if I wanted my car. I said no but what can I do?On my way home (in tears) I stopped at the local detailing shop. Where I was told it was definitely done at the factory possibly the clear coat. He waxed and polished a couple of splotches and it looked better. You can still faintly see the splotches. I imagine they will return.So if you are in the market for a Hyundai DON T GO TO ANAHEIM HYUNDAI!!!!! Try Tustin, they are 100 times better.To GM Ken,A little late getting to the party. I have Hyundai Corporate and an attorney taking care of this for me. So, I'm not sure there anything you could do. Your dealership has shown me more than once that service and making your customers happy is not your forte.

We knew exactly the car we wanted, being dedicated EV drivers and having done the research and test drives. But we couldn t find it! Until we called Corbin Patel in Anaheim who hooked us up with our Ioniq 5 Limited in the Digital Green with the green interior we love it. A great lease deal, too. Corbin made it easy doing the tedious paperwork from the comfort of our home so it was literally sign and drive when we got there (after being picked up at the train station!). Corbin was willing to show us every feature of the car but we were eager to beat the traffic back to LA. So he said just give me a call anytime if you have questions!!! Thanks Corbin!

Least stress car buying experience I've had, it was almost relaxing. Everything was upfront, honest and easy. No last minute gotchas, no long waits while they "talk to the manager". The salesman I worked with was Corbin Patel and absolutely knocked it out of the park. Thanks bud.

Not a fan of dealerships but I can honestly say this experience was so far the best I ve had at a dealership, I scheduled a test drive and was greeted by new car salesman Juan V, from start to finish he was very attentive and explained everything in detail, the whole staff at Anaheim Hyundai was very welcoming and friendly, but this is just from my experience and I definitely would recommend buying your next new Hyundai here.

I was working with a few Hyundai dealerships to get the car I wanted. I contacted Yesenia with Anaheim early on and she gladly provided the info I needed without pressuring me at all. I visited another dealership where they attempted a bait and switch and even threatened me for not buying from them. Throughout this time Yesenia kept me in the loop with her inventory and patiently waited for my responses. When I finally had time to come in, she was up front with the process making the purchase much easier. She was pleasant and honest which I appreciated. I would definitely purchase from her again!

I had a very great experience dealing at Hyundai Anahiem. The person who help me to get my new car was Juan Zuniga and he was extremely helpful and made the process very nice and smooth. I also got the car that I want and also gave me a very good deal. I m extremely pleased with the whole process. I will definitely be recommending him to everyone in the future.
