Called and got a quote to replace a starter on my Honda, he said it will cost me $500, next day I brought the car there, he tells me its $675, and did not accept any negotiation. wasted my time and effort.

Low price, HONEST OWNER, Service was awesome. Did an alignment and could not believe the results .....car drives straight as an arrow now. Seriously, I live in Yorba Linda and I would definitely drive down here again to get auto repairs done. They don't try to sell extra service to you, they advise you what to look for and how to maintain. What mechanics do that??? AAA+++ Service AAA+++ Prices AAA+++ Experience!!! Look at the pictures! I needed a small welding job to connect my resonator back onto the muffler. They told me $80 over the phone. When I showed up, they wanted me to buy a new one for $250. When I asked for the guy that was gonna charge me $80. His boss came out and told me no business for me unless I buy a new one. So, instead, I went to "Speedy Tires." And they did the job for $70, saved $10 . The moral of the story is sometimes bad things or bad people must occur to see the good people and or good things happen .

Needed a synthetic oil change for an Acura.Jiffy Lube was gonna charge me $150. Valvoline was gonna charge me $120+. Also, they said it would take 1hr+.They only charged me $75 and it took only 30 minutes. These people are honest, hard working people. Would absolutely recommend them.And the front desk man has great hair!

They quoted me and $800. Rear break job because they said that my master cylinder needed to be replaced along with my drums in my calipers.. I took it to Lucas automotive repair in Garden Grove. They said that there was nothing wrong with my master cylinder. But I didn't need to replace my drums and calibers and only charged me 400. My advice always gets a second opinion. Never will I. Come here again?

I called to set appointment for the weekend (Saturday). The gentleman on the other line asked for time. I said earlier the better 8:30 am. When I pulled up I noticed many cars pulling up too. Small line I thought the worst-case were scenario but to my surprise when they asked me what time was my appointment for I told them 8:30 and they said yes confirmed it and the rest was history did an excellent job on my timing belt not only that they were prompt but they were also gracious enough to give me a window. I really appreciate that very much thank you guys.

I took my car to have them do some welding on the muffler. They were nice, but they didn't do enough to guide me for other options. I could of bought the whole muffler instead of just welding it. I think they have room for some improvement as far as communicating with the customers concerns.

Carson was an energetic man that pretty much strived for greater customer service than a service center should have. The oil change I got was quickly done and the mechanics are very knowledgeable. They are no nonsense business that will charge you fairly based on their time. Will come back again.

I came here for an oil change, and I was pleasantly pleased with the service I received. I called ahead of time and was told to come in whenever. I came in, and they started on my car right away (probably because it wasn't too busy at the time). Great customer service and extremely fast service for an oil change as long as you go on a weekday. This place gets busy and for good reasons! When I went the owner wasn t in so I believe I dealt with a guy named Tommy I might be wrong on his name but he was extremely nice and knowledgeable. After going to the dealership for 10 years I ll be getting all my oil changed here now!

Been coming here for many years. It all started with an electrical issue on a 500 sel Mercedes roughly 10+ years ago. They found it and fixed it immediately and for great price. Since then I've brought many vehicles in all different conditions to Langston and his crew, and I can't remember a bad experience ever unfolding. I have referred friends and family confidently. They do not play games or upsell unnecessary good or services. Their pricing is fair and the work is done with expert knowledge and care. A rare gem in the world of auto repair. It's hard to find these characteristics in any industry nowadays, let alone in Auto repair. Wish the best for them although I don't think they will need my good luck wishes as many people now know they are legit and they will have business from us as long as they are open. Thanks guys!!

On my first time after 11 years of BMW dealership auto service, I did try this auto shop for the brake pads and rotor replacement, oil change and replacement of fuel gas tank and other services.Lu the owner is very kind, honest and will make sure you will be happy/satisfied of the service. The service took longer than expected. The exhaust manifold was leaking due to broken bolts and they had to drill the broken bolt(s?) out. The exhaust sounded perfect again, so it seemed like it was money well spent. After leaving their shop I noticed a sloshing sound coming from the passenger side of my truck. I discounted it as maybe something minor, or some effect from the exhaust manifold leak which maybe masked this noise before.I ended up finding water on the passenger side of my front seat s floorboard, and did some research to find that this was a common problem. Apparently the drain line can sometimes get plugged up and needs to get blown out. After I found exactly where the discharge port was for this AC drain line, I found this little red plug in it?!?!I can t definitively say these guys did this on purpose, but this had nothing to do with the reason I had brought my vehicle to them. And this is a very specific purpose plug which some random person wouldn t have, so I ruled out some random hater stuffing this into this particular spot. Only mechanics would even know what putting a plug in this spot would do, hoping for more repeat business. All I have for these clowns is a bag o d1ck5! Service: Auto exhaust system repair

I just wanted to inform all of you about the 5* reviews for this repair shop are from their own people. This place is a total scam, I took my car for some noise that was coming from the front tires. The mechanic said I need to change the front pads and brake plates and it would cost me $175. However, when I came to pick up my car, the invoice said $360, I was like what s this for. They were like our mechanic said the back tires needs to be changed. I was like you should have called me for that. Oo well I paid the full price scammed . After 4 weeks, my car was making the same noise. I went back and said my car is still making the same noise. Guess what they said, Just to let you know you brakes needs brake pads too . I was , second time scam. I reported them to BBB and will file a dispute on my money coz they didn t wanted to refund my money. The money I paid for fixing nothing. I ve been going here for years and Langston the manager is always there to greet me. He s always been straight and honest with me with the service for the vehicle maintenance. I m usually in and out within 30 minutes for an oil, transmissions oil change, and flat tire repairs.My wife and I are very happy going here.

I'm a dodo when it comes to cars. I had called mechanics around my area and many of them we're rude and expected me to know everything about my car. I called this place and the man who answered was absolutely friendly and understood my situation. Their prices are affordable and I was really content with a service and leniency that they provide! Definitely bring your car here.

Langston and his crew provide the best service by far. The man truly earns his money, straight forward, and cares for your needs.I have brought my vehicle in for oil changes, Langston is very attentive of customers and quickly receives you and does the job with efficiency.I recently checked in for a vehicle repair, I believed my vehicle needed new brakes and new joint axle. Langston then informs me that there is a major issue with my transfer case which was causing the noise I so thought it was from the wheels brakes. This only happens to AWD (all wheel drive) vehicles. The repair was much higher than anticipated but nonetheless very important to attend.Langston provided a 1 year warranty after the repair, I am very satisfied with my business done at Anaheim Auto Repair Muffler Care shop.100% Recommend anyone to come get a quote at the very least. Overall excellent.

I called every high rated shop around Anaheim as I'm fairly new to the area, to replace my timing chain on my Cadillac and all of them said the same thing "We don't do that here to much work" and local GM Dealer ship wanted 5,000 dollars to do the job, luckily found Anaheim Auto Repair and Muffler care, and Langston immediately told me he would do it for 1400 and it would take 2 days... I ordered parts two weeks before the date we set to fix it, and I dropped it off to him on a Tuesday after missing my set date on Monday, he had had no problem with it and took my keys , and he ended up calling me back in a ONE DAY for me to come and pick up my car, Very professional! He showed me my old parts, and my car was running so much better than before! they fixed it and I was able to pass my smog test, and register my car on time! Thank you so much guys at Anaheim auto repair and muffler care! continue the honest customer service I experience with you your team! I recommend this auto shop to anyone!

Not going to come back here again. Long ago prices were fair and service was nice. Lately though, the guy behind the counter who has a lot of hair like a darker looking Jackie Chan, always seems to upcharge certain deals. He smiles a lot and tries to make you feel comfortable but the prices he quotes, he gets a percentage of. He's a salesman behind the counter. Be careful. They have already made damages to my car just driving up the ramp and that's when I told myself, no more.

i am usually skeptical walking into these places because I am a woman and usually don't take me seriously in these kind of shops.. but this place was absolutely awesome. i needed to get my brakes fixed and they treated me with the out most respect, listened to my concerns and explained things to me that I did not understand.
