Just got my car Smog done at Ambassador, they know what there doing and are a go to place in Orange County! Great pricing, friendly service, and a nice front lobby.

If you re looking for an honest person of integrity who is not going to sell you on sober gong you don t need then Ambassador Automotive is the place to go! I was told I needed new struts for $1900 by another mechanic and in getting a second opinion Mitch told me that was not necessary that my struts were still ok. It s hard to find an honest mechanic. I highly recommend you bring your car to Mitch.

Ambassador is highly professional, highly friendly, properly trained and pays attention to detail. They tell you what needs to be completed and goes the extra mile to let you know what HAS to be done today and gives you a check list of items that will need to be addressed. Priced fairly and completed on time. I will continue to take my vehicles to Ambassador Automotive

I have been going to Ambassador for years. They are honest, upfront and reasonably priced. I never have to worry about them trying to sell me something I don t need, it s done right the first time and they always get everything done quickly.

I moved to Anaheim five years ago and was anxious about finding a new go-to car servicing shop. Ambassador Automotive fills that spot. Whether it s general maintenance or a repair job, the communication of what my car needs is clear and transparent. I ll keep going here as long as I live in Orange County.

These guys are great I was out of town seeing family about 4 hours from home and they did everything they could to get my truck back as soon as possible! The parts took while to get in but they kept me updated every chance they could! They tried to fix it so I could get home but were honest and up front and made sure it was fixed right once I picked it up!

Mitch who works at Ambassador Automotive was excellent on keeping me informed about the status of my vehicle.I had to replace the Catalytic Converter. The price was extremely reasonable compared to what I was going to be charged at the dealership.A job well done by the mechanic who worked on my vehicle. It took one day to fix my car.Back in action and it runs great.I will definitely be using them in the future.

Called for an appointment to smog my Porsche Cayenne (after my mechanic recommended Ambassador) and Mitch was able to get my car right in for service and the mechanic did an awesome job! Everyone was super friendly and helpful!

What more could you ask for from your auto repair group? Ambassador Automotive is uber competent, honest, always fair in price. They are diligent speedy workers, and as friendly as the day is long. My whole family has been using them for decades and they have never steered us wrong.

Prior to coming here for my front breaks and oil change, I got my tires changed and I was told my breaks needed replacement (all 4 of them). I had just replaced my back ones a few months back here at Ambassadors, I went along and I asked how much would it be. I was quoted $950, I said ok thank you I have a mechanic I was just curious. After that I was scheduled to get my oil change at jiffy lube, I noticed they also do breaks so I asked for a quote for my 2-front brakes ... yup not even a straight forward answer, "mmmm parts would be about $350 plus labor"..It's a real shame that they take advantage of woman in this industry, specially for services that are needed and routine, so we can't technically walk away from every swindle scenario. Anyways, thank you Ambassadors for being straight forward with pricing and the great service. For once it doesn't feel uncomfortable to wait at a mechanics. Highly recommended to all my ladies out there.Services: Brakes, Oil change

Great experience today at this shop. Made an appointment for a 60k service on my 20 Jeep grand Cherokee. Ended up getting the work done and everything was explained to me before the work started. Quote was reasonable, straightforward and professional. Work was done, fully itemized invoice and Mitch did everything he said he would, no games or blown up quotes - just fair and good. Thanks Mitch. This is my first time here and I hope to bring my vehicle back for more service when it s time. I ll also pass on your name and shop to friends and family. Found this place when I was trying to get my brakes done for my Jeep SRT. Since then I have used his shop two more times. We have been going to ambassador motors since they opened and have always worked with Don, after his passing we continued to go and worked with Dan and Mr. Bill and all the rest. Now Mitch is there , everybody's does a great job. Mitch is outstanding communicator ,very reasonable pricing and punctual. Great people! This is the place I recommend all my friends to go to.

My 2014 honda accord that driving light was flashing.Ambassador Automotive Inc. checked and they said "P2720 pressure control solenoid "D" control circuit low" $5,250.00 for repair.And they charged $70.00 for check and advise.But other mechanic fixed $375.00 that was "P to D diagnose wire short".Ambassador Automotive Inc. is not good place For repair cars.

The staff is friendly and they don t overcharge like other repair shops. They charged me less that the original quote and got my car back to me before the end of the day. We will definitely be using ambassador for all of our auto repair needs from now on!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Star Smogged my vehicle with great staff from Mitch in lobby to David who got my 2005 passed. Cool magazines and lounge area if need to wait for something, like a smog Check!

Staff here is prompt & professional. They got my vehicle in and started on it same day. Price was about 20-30% less than the mechanics on the other side of Lakeview. Sometimes you re just paying for a name. Would certainly come back here for future work.

My Tahoe wouldn't start. I have been using Ambassador as my mechanic for about 7 years. My wife has been going here for more than 20 years. I have NEVER had a complaint. They have always been able to help me, quickly, professionally, and for a good price. Could you find a place to do it cheaper? Probably, but remember, cheaper doesn t just refer to price!The most important thing for me is that I can trust them. The Ambassador Mechanics were excellent. They performed a Check-engine diagnostic quickly, efficiently, and accurately.They fixed the problem (catalytic converters). The car now runs better than it has in years.The manager, Bill, was friendly, honest, courteous and knowledgeable. Their price was very fair and exactly as quoted.
