Best & most efficient uhaul rental. I think his name was Gary but service was superb. His staff was also nice and worked quickly to get me in and out! Would continue to rent from here.

I will be try to be as fair as I can. But please don t go here if you plan to do regular maintenance such as oil change, buying tire, especially Alignment. For other repairs, I can t say much since I haven t experienced their repair works. I took multiple cars of mine over the several yeas for alignment since they have Groupon discount. But they disappointed me for past two cars over the course of two years. Basically, I told them that they didn t align my wheels well since it kept veering one side for both of my past two cars I have owned. But technician keep claiming that it is due to tire ware out or rear camber issue that cannot be fixed due to fixed part. As an engineer being technically guessing the cause, I think it s due to their alignment machine not being calibrated or maintained. You can show correct value in computer or print out but your drive experience obviously is not, then it must be their machine. From engineering point of view, the machine you use should always be calibrated and maintained and try to fix it if you have an issue. I will give two starts for being professional manor they showed, but for most shops that s basic anyway. Anyway I fixed my alignment today when I took it to different shop after two weeks later they did the alignment job for me. So their explanation is clearly wrong. I hope owner or master tech understand this bad rating and fix their issues. Until you see they fix their issue please save your bucks for better shop. For tire and oil change, I didn t like they try to sell it as if I need, but I know I don t need it now. Please do the study on your car and the issue you try to do before your visit to the shop.

Groupon Deal:$19-(30% off of the $19) = $15.37 for a conventional oil change, free 12-point inspection, and recommendation on fixing my rear brakes, windshield wiper, and exhaust.Friendly customer service! They ask me for my info because I m their first time customer. I came in early on Friday morning at 7:30 am and was out at 8:30 am. It might take a little longer but it s worth the price!

I had such a great experience at this shop. They are a fast paced company that can get every job done. Gary the service manager helped me understand exactly what my car needed and even took me inside the shop to show me the exact problem with my car. Prices are cheap and labor is affordable. Highly recommend!!

Have been going to Goodyear for the past 20 years. What makes the one on 817 South Brookhurst so unique is a gentlemen named Darren Walker. He has to be one of the most down to earth and honest person I have ever met. He tries his best to give you an specials the Goodyear is running and also willing to tell the honest truth about the severity of your car problem of whether you need it now or going to need it in 6 months. This builds trust! Darren worked at the Good year on Edinger in Huntington Beach and now that he moved over to Goodyear on 817 S Brookhurst, so did our family of 4 cars. Every now then you meet good honest people who are willing to ensure the safety of our and children's cars. Keep up the excellent work!!!!

I have been going to this Good Year for a couple of years and I must say that Robert is always so helpful. He is honest and courteous. Someone had told me I needed to replace my tires a year ago and then I talked to Robert and he said they still looked good. I drove with those tires an extra year!!! Now I replaced them because he said it was time. I trust his advice and will recommend this location to anybody!! Thanks Robert!

I went to go get my oil changed, and when I was done about a few minutes after I left the the bottom car cover popped off and was scraping the road the entire time when I was driving home. When I was there getting it changed , I was the last to get my car from the shop.The guy doing it needed to take off the bottom cover to do it and then when he was putting it back the guy doing it only put 2 screws on. So they re not honest and didn t secure my cars safety by rushing the process.

EXCELLENT Choice if places to go for wheel alignment and repairs. These guys made my squarebody Suburban go straighter than any shop prior and just made my daughters Subaru near perfect with an offer to fine tune ot that last fraction of a degree FREE once I bring an eccentric adjuster bolt required to get it there.Excellent work and customer service, highly recommended!

Decent place, they offer a pretty good Groupon online for oil changes but there service is ungodly slow. I've come on 3 separate occasions and your always looking at about a 2 hour time frame minimum on an oil change. I'd suggest paying the money and go elsewhere but if you have the time it's a decent place for the price

BEWARE!!!! They'll charge and push you to get services you don't need! I was charged for a cabin filter change when the car DOESNT EVEN HAVE ONE! Make sure your car has one. For example, my Miata does not. They pushed me to pay for it before th service and I asked for a refund when I was informed about the LIE/SCAM. they were SHAKING with fear that I found out their scam.BEWARE AND DONT COME HERE!

Wow. Met Robert for Uhaul rental. Everything was fast and the service was exceptional.I just drove out and had to came back to return the truck because change of plan.Robert, greeted me with a smile. Refund all the charges in which he doesn t have to.Thank you for the great service provided by you and your manager.Please go see Robert if you need you vehicle service and truck rental.

Got a 4-wheel alignment done in Oct 2015 after purchasing 4 new tires. Less than a year later, both rear tires are completely worn on the inside and needed to be replaced due to improper alignment. I guess I should have been paying more attention to them after the alignment was done, but if it were aligned properly, I wouldn't have had an issue. Very disappointed with this shop and would not go back or recommend them.

TLDR: Be careful with this location. They may be damaging vehicles in order to cause "Severe" oil leaks in your vehicle. Happened to me twice Once with an older vehicle one with a newly purchased vehicle (Yr.2019 Honda Civic)This was the second time I took my vehicle there, hoping that the results would be different. Both times I took my vehicle there for an oil service/change and both times the mechanics told me I was suffering from a leak. The first time I believed them, it was an older model, I had had it for over six years, a small leak is possible. I drive it for two weeks and it bled out on my driveway and it had NEVER had that issue before. So I take it back and they say hey it's going to cost 600 for the repair since its a major leak. So two years pass, new vehicle, newer model, and my vehicle is due for an oil change and oil filter change. I take my car to get checked with my mechanic and had a vehicle inspection, all is clear on this end. I take it to the Goodyear, and AGAIN, they tell me I have a major oil leak. Keep in mind my oil levels were fine, no leakage was found during the inspection, no gasket leak, no line leak, no loose oil cap, everything is fine. So I call my mechanic to do an inspection and he tells me he doesnt know what the hell happened but now I have a crazy leak which he can't tell where it's coming from/ That there was damage to my undercarriage, it looked like my gasket lines/gasket head had been tampered, and that my vehicle would probably be without Oil or below recommended amounts in the next couple of weeks. Do NOT come here for oil changes. The rest of their services are legit but I do NOT trust their mechanics anymore.

Always a good experience when I come here! Staff is super friendly and knowledgeable about their work. I bring both my cars to get maintenance and have never had any issues. Definitely recommend 10/10

On 2015 of may I went to do an alignment bought new tires and had all done at this spot came back this year 2016 about 2 weeks ago and my tires were wearing out from the inside really bad due too poor alignment and they told me I had to purchase new tires and and realign the veichle but they also told me that there was something wrong with my camber bolts which I was really that was bogus I left I got a second opinion and sure enough the car was fine it just needed adjustment instead of taking it back to them I took it to pep boys and said everything was fine it did not need anything. They wanted to rip me off with more than what I paid at pep boys which is 80.00 bucks with warranty don't go come here beware

I've been having my oil changed here and brought a new car in today and had Richard at the counter argue with me about what type of oil to put in my vehicle. He informed me that my Groupon only covered 5W30 and that my vehicle called for 5W20 and that he would have to charge me $4.25 extra for the additional quarts of oil needed by my vehicle. Anyhow, not entirely satisfied with my visit today nor with the rude behavior from behind the counter. There are other shops for oil changes out there, I suggest you use them.

It takes 3 hours to do a regular oil change?These guys left my air filter opened, then they broke a piece from my engine and claim it's by wear and tear.I detected a weird hissing sound as soon as I picked up my car. They said it was already there. NOT TRUE.Do yourself a favor, don't do any services for your car here. It's the worse experience for just a simple oil change.

Groupon offers a synthetic oil change for $39! If you really like to same money wait till you receive a Groupon promo code. Buy doing that I paid $34 for my synthetic oil change! Goodyear will match the Groupon price but not with the coupon. I was in and out within the hour on a Sunday. Make sure you go in before 2 otherwise they will turn you away.

Last year they changed my tire sensors and everytime I go to las. Vegas the warning light starts to blink. I took it back 6 times throughout the year and all they did was reset the sensor. Now they want to charge me $220 to fix. They dont know what their doing. Stay away.

So my morning was already off to a bad start then I got a leak in my tire when I googled this place was the closest when I called Mark was so sweet and kind and advised on what to do. When I arrived he already knew who I was and assured me everything will be taken care of... as I sit here Listening to them helping other customers it gives me hope in this world that there are still wonderful kind and helpful people that take pride in there work as if they are working unto the LORD rather then their pay check... Thank u Guys for your help and great spirit.

Nothing wrong with their service but they told me my cabin air filter is missing and they are the only one who touch my car. They changed my air filters last time so either they forgot to put it back or did it on purpose.

Came here 1 hour and 15 minutes before they close to get an oil change, guy at the front told us to beat it and make an appointment, that they have 5 cars ahead of us and someone on lunch break.. lol

Great honest place. Ask for Mark, he will truthfully tell you what's wrong and how much to fix it, he won't try to up sell you like other places. I will always trust my Land Rover to this place.
