Very helpful. Just needed to get some wipers. The customer rep looked up a couple different brands and what worked better. And then they installed them for free. I was out of there in less than 10 minutes. Lots of great choices in different brands for any car, and if they don t have it they will order it. Just an all around great service experience.

Gabriel was extremely helpful in finding the right parts I needed to service my vehicle. He broke down the price and quality differences between each part model and even went out of his way to change my windshield wipers for me. I m very pleased to have met and been served by Gabriel and would recommend his service to any of my friends or family. I hope that employees like Gabriel will be recognized by upper management in ways of a raise or promotion because his quality of work deserves such compensation. Thank you Gabriel for such a pleasant experience shopping at this location.

First time customer at this location. Associates are friendly & very helpful. Gave an excellent suggestion on product(s). In addition, helped replaced my wipers and price match my items. Customer service was excellent! I went in there to get a new battery for my car and the representative in the front was really helpful in finding the right battery for my car. He was able to assist in installing the new battery and I was on my way out in less than 20 minutes. Great experience!!

Came later evening near their closing time. They confirmed the battery my car needed was in stock, double checked the power levels and confirmed replacement was needed, and went on to replace the battery. Straightforward service, really easy to work with. Huge thanks to Gabriel for installing and Ray for phone service. Highly recommend, thanks guys!

Every time I've come to Advance Auto Parts, they are so friendly, with great customer service, and very knowledgeable. On this visit, they changed the brake lights on my son's car for me, which the salesman did not have to do, because I could of gone next door to have someone else do it, but he took time out of his busy day just to do it for me, and it only took 5 minutes. You guys are so appreciated!!! Thank you again!!

The Anaheim Hills store manager Gabriel is awesome ! He gave me a refund on a pair of Tricor windshield wiper (which came off twice when I used them) even though I lost the receipt. Gabriel picked out a pair of rain-x and installed them for me. It s raining hard tonight, and this new pair seems to be working fine. And as cherry on the cake, Gabriel told me that I have one year replacement warranty of no charge if something goes wrong with this new pair. I certainly will come back here for my auto needs.

Great customer service - the team went the extra mile! I came in not sure what size or type of wiper blades I needed - I left with wiper blades installed for me! There was no hesitation to help; even while it was raining!

Went late on a Saturday because my low oil alert came on and Pep Boys next door couldn t help. Jesse was SUPER and helped me figure out what oil I needed. I m an older gal and usually take it to my mechanic which was closed for the weekend. He was patient and kind and didn t make me feel stupid, at least not while I was there.. .

I have not been to an auto supply store for a long time. I needed anti freeze for my BMW. I was driving by pep Boys but I was reluctant to go because I want sure what type to get and didn t want to deal with that. When I walked into the store O was immediately greeted by Denzel and helped with everything that I needed. I have to say this clerks customer service was outstanding and rare to find these days. I was at the ribbon cutting for Advanced auto parts! The staff was fantastic. I decided now is the perfect time to replace my wiper blades - before the rain starts. Gabriel found the right blades and installed them in a flash! And you couldn t beat the price! And they are now the exclusive carrier of Diehard batteries and products! Check them out.

Very close to folks living in Anaheim Hills or Yorba Linda. Store is always neat and clean. Salespeople are always very knowledgeable and helpful! Prices are good.

I came in to get a new connector for my break light, and they had to order it, and it arrived at the store 2 hours later; however, I couldn t return it the same day. I came the next day and Gabriel, who helped me the previous day, was there and assisted me again! Talk about patience, efficiency, and knowledge! He helped me install the part, and even though it didn't fix the problem, we worked through the process of elimination and got it resolved. It seems this entire staff is helpful from when I walked in until the moment I left. Thank you, Gabriel and thank you to the other team members who came over and made contact while they saw me waiting, good customer service all around!!

We were on a road trip with a classic car and the battery died. Advanced Auto was close by and we made it there. Randy got right on it getting us the correct battery. His team members, Jesse and Ray, were extremely helpful installing the battery. All were very knowledgeable, friendly and provided us with quick and excellent service. We highly recommend Advanced Auto.

Everyone here carries a smile along with an attitude that puts excellence in check. Go learn from the best all other competitors ! Updated: Was in town again and wouldnt you know, they always have people here that put a smile on everyones face even if youre someone like me, someone with a broken Chevy Cruze that chevy needs to LEGIT REMOVE FROM THE ROADS THIS CAR IS SO TERRIBLE, but THANKFULLY, people like the ones here put that in a place my mind cannot find it. Now to just rid myself of a reacurring problem, and build my own car that wont break, i love going to places that hire individuals such as these people! :)

It was late and both Jessy and Ray were very helpful in helping me find what I was looking for. Not only did I find the brakelight that I needed but ended up buying fuel injector cleaner based on their recommendations. Great customer service!
