I had an overall excellent experience with AASCO. I recently bought a 2002 996 turbo which appeared great at first glance and inspection, which later turned out to have really needed some TLC and maintenance. A short time after purchase my clutch disc broke unexpectedly and pretty catastrophically, so I had to quickly find a replacement clutch, flywheel, and pressure plate due to the damage. I called many vendors who were either non responsive or couldn't give me details on when I'd actually receive anything I ordered. Very frustrating experience until I got a hold of AASCO who was able to quickly confirm they had the parts in stock (didn't want to order something and have it drop shipped weeks later, etc.), they were knowledgeable on what came in the kit (lots of PP and clutch face options for the sachs kit) and could ship within 24 hours! I immediately ordered the part and they kept their word by shipping next day.Once part was received, my shop installed the kit without issue until trying to start the car up. Something was wrong with the timing, which led to a lot of diagnosis and eventually pulling the transmission again to find that there was an issue with the flywheel timing pickup. Ordinarily this would be when you start realizing it's all about to go downhill, but in this case I could say I was really surprised at the excellent customer service I received. They worked directly with my shop to get everything fixed and put back together correctly with a quick turn around and really came through in the end.Things happen and Aasco is known for quality products so I know this was a rare occurence, but the difference was in how they responded which has definitely made me a customer for life. The least I can do is leave this review and help spread the word. With so many shops and parts mfg's out there I've dealt with over the past 15 years that don't stand behind their product - stand up companies deserve more recognition!

I cant thank Vince enough for the time and effort that went into making a custom flywheel for me. They came through when no other "custom" manufacturer would. They took the time to measure the stock mismatched pile of parts and spacers I had put together and turn it into a beautiful dual disc setup that fits perfectly. Thank you guys so much for getting my hotrod back on the road!
