This location is off to the side all to itself. I was greeted immediately. Employees were pleasant. Prices were a little high but that's the sign of the times.

They were very helpful and quick with the online order. What made it extra special was it was the weekend before Halloween and they had candies and they offered them to my little girls who were with me

A very helpful employee helped me today with my brake rotors and pads! He explained all different types of brakes and helped me decide what s best for my baby. Very satisfied with the service he gave me and was quick and fast. Out of all the autozone s in the Napa County I would really recommend the American Canyon Branch due to a great job they do for there store. I ll be coming back and recommend many of my car heads to go there . Chris was the employee who helped me by the way and i ll gladly to return to that store from now on!! 5 stars.

I came into Autozone because my car would not start. I must say Paul Wiley went above an beyond. He not only tested my battery but was able to resolve the issue. He is a blessing. Thank you Jesus. thank you AutoZone for having him here. I have went to several other location and have not had the same experience. Let s go American Canyon!

Good place for parts. Staff is really friendly and helpful but their stock is sometimes limited.

I went into Auto Zone and was promptly greeted by the sales associate who helped troubleshooted my problem. I then spoke with the Manager Erik who tested my battery, alternator and starter. My battery was not holding a charge and needed to be replaced. He was very informative. Helped me pick out a new battery and installed it for me. He also took time to explaining what he was doing and answering any question that I had. Erik was a life saver and turned my bad day into a good day. I would definitely recommend stopping if you need help. Everyone was friendly, knowledge, and had a positive attitude.

Store Manager Paul at store # 4028 in American Canyon CA is super fantastic, top 10 great customer service, very friendly and very knowledgeable. I called the store @730am in the morning and did not expect Paul will pick up my call as they just opened. Paul helped me find a battery for my Audi. he told me that he will hold the battery for me and willingly would help me install the battery. As i arrived in the store 20mins later, Paul came out with his tools ready to help me install the battery. That is *********** 100% customer service. Paul is giving an excellent good example to his team on how to serve a happy customer. MUCH APPRECIATED PAUL!!!!!

I first want to apologize for not remembering the young man's name that assisted me that day, but he was an African American male and I believe his name may have been Greg or Glen. I went in to get a fuse replaced for the cigarette lighter and he proceeded by coming out to my car and once we located the fuse panel he then replaced the fuse and we found that the cigarette lighter/charger was still not working so he was then able to sell me a charger. I know it doesn't sound like he did much, but since I'm disabled and a former customer service worker (before retiring) it means a lot to me when I experienced good customer service, which is rare nowadays. This young man exceeded what I consider good customer service. I just want to say thank you and hope that AutoZone appreciates you. This experience took place at the AutoZone located in American Canyon.Once again I received excellent customer service from the representatives there at AutoZone. Upon entering the store, sales clerk Luis greeted me as I told him what I needed he was very efficient in look in the item up. I asked if he would be able to install the item which happened to be a light for my rear blinker. Luis came out to my car and was able to install the light in a matter of seconds. Once again I would like to thank AutoZone and Luis for their great customer service.

Folks at the store are very helpful. Came in this morning to purchase a battery for my truck. The associate (Luis) went beyond his duties in assisting. Was told that there was no issue replacing the battery in front of the store and that he would provide me with the tools needed since I had left my socket set at home. He came out to assist when it was not necessary. Great job!

I had a great experience at AutoZone in American Canyon. My tire on my motorcycle was flat and I was stranded. The Store Manager Paul Wiley came to my rescue! He advised me on what has worked for him in the past. I got some slime and put it in the tire. I didn't have a hook up from my air pump and he came and used his own to get me started. Just like he said that slime did the trick! I'm very grateful and I feel safe getting back on the road. I think I'm going to come by this store again. I highly recommend it!

Been going to this auto-zone for quite some time now. Andres, Jimmy, Jewels, Xavier tend to be the people I run into in the most at this store. They offer some great service . Over the phone or in store. Great crew.

I recently went down to Autozone with my Mercedes Benz I recently acquired, it only had 1 windshield wiper and the other was missing, Robert was very helpful in finding out with wiper blades I needed and also installing them, great customer service and very helpful. 5stars better then any other auto parts store I have been to. THANK YOU ROBERT at American Canyon Autozone!

Every time I go here I'm surprised with their knowledge and expertise. They help me figure out what part I need and then help me to get it. If it's not in stock they'll order it for me. Then they'll let me know when it's there. Very courteous and helpful. The prices aren't bad either.

7021 Main St. Great customer service from everyone especially the manager, he was awesome! I don t remember his name I just remember that he was really tall and he was so nice. He went above and beyond to help me with my flat tire when no one else would! 5/23/2021

Went to Auto Zone in American Canyon CA today. My left brake light was out. Assisted store manager, Paul Wiley, got the correct light bulb out and he installed it for me in my car. As a woman alone, I was so appreciative and grateful. He was friendly and helpful the whole time. That is true customer service and I wish Paul continued success at Auto Zone!!! Store #4028.

Its great to have AutoZone right across the street from my office. The AutoZone staff is always awesome to work with. I just recently went over and did a big order for brakes and rotors for my fleet of security vehicles. Kay was helping me out and did an awesome job ordering everything and was able to get me everything I requested.

Omgosh, Paul Wiley is the greatest. He's so knowledgeable about cars. This is the 2nd time he has help me resolve a car issue. Too bad that he is moving to the Vacaville location. He is such an asset to Auto Zone. Can't wait until he is the Regional Manager & help the other locations with his style of workmanship. Thank you so much!

The staff was incredibly polite and friendly. A woman named stephanie helped me, she was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful with all my needs today. Its because of her that I'm giving autozone 5 I mean I probably would have given 5 anyways but she went above and beyond to help me.

My family and I was on our way to six flags holiday in the park when my transmission was out of fluid Broke down I just called and ask if they can help my family out and if they can please deliver to my location .BIG GIANT thank you to CHRIS for driving all the way from American Canyon on his lunch break to my location in Fairfield to bring my family and I some transmission fluid ..your amazing hope your boss gives you a raise

I had problems looking for the oil filter I needed. Kay was able to provide answers as well as help me find them. He also recommended a good flashlight that I should buy.
