This review is for Service Dept. Nelson S was helping me for first time & it was a great service . Professional, honest & helpful from the beginning. Appreciated the help. All the staffs seems helpful too.

Food is delicious and service is excellent. The lady owner are super friendly and very nice person. I would recommend this restaurant to everyone. I will come back to eats at this restaurant for life.

This rate is based off of the managers. David and John as well as Gordon. I took my car over because it wasn t marking the gas mileage properly. I took it once was told I would get a rental. I go to the rental and I m told I have to pay a deposit. Wasn t told of that before. Would help to know if you don t happen to have money at the time. I got the second time get the rental and they keep my car for 2 days. They can t duplicate the concern. Considering that at one point Gordon wasn t even aware of my concern when it s on the paper work even when I made my concerns aware to the manager (David) in front of Gordon. Every time I would ask him if they were checking a specific thing all I would get from Gordon was a head nod. At this point I just want my vehicle back. I go then they want to charge me for the rental. Are you kidding me. And of course Gordon is not there anymore. Managers are not coming out out to speak to me. The cashier was great and she was the one that was getting everything settled for me.Also this is a vehicle that I bought a month ago. I haven t even made my first payment and I am already having problems with it. Wow Toyota. Do better and get better management and better customer service from your advisors.

I d rather rate you a ZERO! I left a message at 2:44pm for the Service Department. I call back at 4:09pm and was told by the Receptionist ROXY, that a Service Advisor will call back in between customers. I said, I find it hard to believe that an advisor is STILL with the same Customer an hour 20 min later. I then asked to speak to the GM, ANDREW DORIAN (sp?) and of course got voicemail, so I left a message and of course it s 6:33pm and I did not get a returned call. It s ashame that these dealerships more so the sales men are quick to attend to you for sales, but are also quick to provide #PoorCustomerService.

I'm a little late on this, but I wanted to give big kudos to the Wondries Toyota Service Department.I own a 2019 Toyota Corolla Hatchback, and after about 45k miles, the clutch pedal suddenly lost pressure and I couldn't switch gears without the struggle of pumping, waiting, and hoping. Obviously, this is a major hazard on the freeway, and there were a couple of times were it got scary. I took it in to get it solved as soon as I could.This estimate on this fix was actually a huge cost, and let's just say that I was unprepared for how expensive it was. John Kan was the servicing manager that helped me walk through the process of talking to Toyota corporate to see if they could fix it under their drivetrain warranty. After many back and forths, Corporate decide as a "no" and that I'd pay completely out of pocket (even though a quick search will show that this incident is actually a bit of a common occurrence among 2019 Corolla hatchbacks). I thought to myself that this kind of mechanical failure was a design flaw at this early in my mileage, as I've been a manual driver for almost 30 years. Furthermore, a clutch issue this early in the game should be covered under the warranty- but as many corporations do, the little man has no recourse.It took a few days, but John and another manager (who's first name is "Success" I believe) were able to get this repaired at no cost to me, as a loyalty customer service (my family has been buying cars at wondries for about 3 decades now). They went above and beyond, regardless of what corporate headquarters was willing to do, and took it upon themselves to see that my car would be returned to me in like new condition. I'm grateful to them for saving me a giant cost.Thanks John and Success! It's people like you who make me loyal to Wondries Toyota.

What an amazing experience!!! I went in just to test drive and shop around but man they really know how to take care of their customers. Eddie, Alex, and Raul helped us from the test drive to driving off in a brand new car. I am more than thankful for them. They made it so easy to finally get a new car at a reasonable price. I will definitely be recommending people to visit Wondries Toyota when buying a car. Thank you for the excellent customer and for making my car buying experience a positive one! I was taking both my cars and truck here before they built a new dealership and service department.I'm given an appointment, checked in, and I get my vehicle back when they've promised.The new service bay's are spectacular. I trust these guys to keep your vehicle up to date and on the road. For those who have to wait, there's a huge show room with seating socially distanced and comfortable. Because of Covid, no coffee or snacks, but there are big screen TV's.

If you make an appointment be prepare to wait in a line. Had an appoitment at 8:30 a.m. and there was a line already. By the time I got checked in it was 9:15. This location needs a better system on separating drive-ins and appoitments. Also, they ask for a number to contact you once your car is ready, my car was done and I got no notification. Probably the worst experience I've had at any dealership service.

Gordon Li is an unprofessional human being. Hire better people or if Wondries service cannot do that, train your people to do their job responsibilities. Do not get advisor GORDON LI. DO NOT. SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AND PATIENCE. He acts like he is the owner, but he is just an employee and a real bad one. Change your attitude and be courteous.

Susan Pilcher plays an excellent role as a Customer Relation Manager because she resolved my customer's needs promptly with friendliness and efficiency and I could express the real meaning of my answers in the Customer Survey.I have the same opinion and satisfaction for the service provided by Victor Serrano.Today was my lucky day because Ivan Torres gave me a excellent customer service.I am totally satisfied with the attention received this morning.

Always a good experience w Toyota. Waiting times are never accurate so just make sure you plan your day around the service department. Also communication with the technicians isn't the greatest. Some text or call you and some are too busy. I get it but customer service is important when your car is being worked on. Other than that, I would recommend highly!

Needed a part, so went to Wonderies Toyota. Carlos helped me and was terrific! He was on the phone, and gave me a courtesy "I'll be right with you" and then he helped me. I just hope that when I get a new Truck or SUV that it is that simple!

Went in for a recall, left with a broken dash board. No choice they said. I have no choice either. Thank Toyota and Nelson Samson.Feb 18th went back to Toyota. Since they were nice enough to make amends I decided to change my review.

I had an appointment at 9:30 and wasn't done until 12:30. It is the most time I have ever waited and don't even wash your car like other dealerships! Never going back!

My wife took her car here for a tune up..the staff was not friendly and they never called when the car was ready and staff did not help at all , seems they were to busy on the phone very rude......never coming back.

HAD TO CANCELED BECAUSE THEY KEPT TAKING OTHER CARS BUT MINE EVEN THOUGH I WAS THERE FIRST. 45 MINUTES AND THEY WOULDNT HELP ME AND I HAD AN APPOINTMENT NOT A WALK IN. WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS ONE.
