TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. READ THIS before taking your car to Wondries. I brought my 2020 Shelby cobra to Wondries to repair my front bumper. My car has two stripes that go down the center and they assured me they could repair and redo the stripes. I left my car there for a month. I was quoted a starting cost of $2000 and then it ended up being over $6k.When I picked up my car the stripes were crooked, the top coat was pealing off and there were bubbles in the paint. I brought it back 3 times for them to redo it. The third time I realized they did not have someone qualified to apply original ford stripes. I respectfully asked if they could find someone else or give a partial refund so I could then pay someone else to it right as I already had the next shop lined up.Of course they never gave me a clear answer of this but my bumper looked like garbage and had to be fixed. I took my car to the new shop and insurance approved the work to be redone because of the terrible craftsmanship of Wondries. I had to pay for a rental for a month and when I asked Wondries to help cover the cost as it was the least they could do, they wiped their hands clean. They were paid for a job that wasn t done correctly and tried to gaslight me saying there wasn t a problem.Don t take your car to wondries. You ll get screwed over just like I was. I went to get a quote. Somewhat helpful, but felt a little shady too. By shady I mean the sales tactic. Need to see what s behind in order to say what it might cost without being willing to engage in ball parking.

I love the job they did. My car looks brand new again. Thanks you soo much. It drives perfect. I was so sad I crash my new car but after seeing my car as if nothing ever happen it made me feel good again. I ll recommend this place to anyone that needs a collision center. Very profesional job.

This is a car repair shop that specializes in stealing other people's parts. My car was repaired here because of an accident. The price they estimated was very high, so I towed the car to another place for repairs, only to find out that they also took away the undamaged parts. All disassembled, they destroyed my car door, damaged the door handle, stole the door sensor, and even the high beam, low beam and wiring parts on my car. I asked them for it and they refused to admit it, because they destroyed my car. , It cost a lot of money to complete my later repairs. If your car is going to be repaired, be careful that your parts will be stolen!

The team here did a great job. I can t even tell my car was in an accident. I only waited 1 day for the repair. They also cleaned my vehicle inside and out ! Peter Rosengren was very helpful through all this. I would definitely recommend this place.

Fixed my car to looking better than when I first bought it out of the dealership! Claudia is very nice and helpful -- making sure my car was taken care of, and worked with me and my schedule.The process was a bit long, but they did their best to make sure the process was smooth. Customer service is 10/10. Took care of rental transportation and drop off, even though rental place was not their preferred agency.

The repair work they do here is great, and I would recommend this place on that alone, but the great job they do does not stop there.I brought my car here because someone had keyed all along the passenger side. My car is Subaru world rally blue, which has a reputation for being hard to match sometimes. This shop matched it super well.Not only did they do a bumper job fixing the paint, they clay barred the entire car, vacuumed out the interior, and even shined the tires. The guys who delivered to me were super friendly and even chatted with me about some questions they had on my car.They also invited me to not hesitate to call them if I had any issues down the line.Great place!I will note that I went through insurance and only had to pay my deductible, so I cannot comment on pricing.

Terrible customer service.I walked in, people were behind their computers cracking jokes or whatever because they were just laughing. This guy actually came up to me (hoping he will help me) but all he said was "she'll check you in" talking about the girl in the front desk.Apparently this girl moves like pond water and she just took her sweet time, she never said a word to me. So I got frustrated and walked out.Could you imagine if this is how they treat people walking in the door, imagine how long it would take for them to repair your car?!?!?Good job guys, your family is amazing!!!!

I was told that the repair should be done in 2 - 3 weeks, and I received text message with link to show the repair that should be done on time. I check everyday for the status, until the day before, after 5:00pm, they called and let me know that there are three days delay. Why don't you communicate two days before? Three days later, when I pickup my car, I was told that they still waiting for a part, i need to go back and put it back on when they receive it. now, a week after I pick up my car, still waiting for a call.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My visit to Wondries Collision was great. The body shop is very state of the art and the staff was outstanding. 5 all the way. I had my car here about eight years ago for a small repair and the shop left the car very nice.

We've taken our cars here a few times since Mercury recommends and guarantees their paint and body work. The work has been average but this last time was shoddy. My car has paint overspray all over the roof, sunroof, and edges of the windows. The painted parts also look duller than the original paint and have orange peel as well. The original paint looks glossier. They also replaced my side window with a cheap aftermarket window that looks warped when you look at it from outside and when you look through it. Needless to say, this is the last time we take any of our cars here.

Staff was very friendly and car was returned like new. But about a month later the Hyundai name plaque fell off. They ordered another one but wouldn't put it on.

Bad customer service no communication at all. I was waiting for an estimate a month and a half they keep te be lling me they will call me. and I m still waiting I decide to go somewhere else

Never go to this place. you are dummy if you do. This company is working for insurance, not care about you or your car. Bad admin, bad job, bad caring. Told me verbally everything OK. But........, forget AAA logo in the front, I report them and AAA dont care and I canceled AAA membership after 23 years.
