I had a great experience here at Seidner's Collision Center in Alhambra. Mike Gonzales was a great help, he communicated and did everything he had to do in order to get my car in and out the shop soon as possible. I would totally recommend coming here for any repairs, its been great!

so i had to forfeit time with my kids because of how long they are taking to fix and complete my car. my vehicle was not in that bad of condition when i dropped it off so for them to take this long really breaks my spirit. i would not recommend this location if you need to be back on the road quick. they will take their sweet time. it's been going on almost 15 days now and still not yet gotten my car back. again forfeiting my days with my kids all because of their lack of their sense of urgency. u want ur car done in a reasonable timely manner i would not suggest that you bring your car here.

Giovani and Mike assisted me with the repair of my car. Quick service and very trustworthy! Could not be happier with the results. Mike walked me through everything that would be done to my car and Giovani took care of the rest. Giovany kept me informed throughout the whole process and answered all my questions. He even had my car returned before the estimated date. I appreciate all your hard work! Definitely recommend!!

Truly enjoyed working with Mike. He took the time to listen to all of my concerns and answer my questions. Really took care of everything, my car turned out so much better than what I was expecting. Mike at Seidner's went above and beyond to ensure my car was repaired properly and quickly. The location also has an Enterprise car rental across the street, and my insurance company in coordination with Seidner's, made this a seamless, worry free experience. Thanks!

They did an excellent job repairing my car and completed the repair several days before the initial estimate. My car was returned looking cleaner than it did when I dropped it off. I would recommend seidner's collision to anyone.

Rocky and his team are AMAZING! There can be a wait to get your car in, but it's worth it. They really take care of you and reassure you that the job will be done right. Without even asking they fixed a tail light. Definitely went above and beyond. Darren, my main contact, communicated and kept me in the loop. Lydia at the front keeps things going and orderly. I've had to come in twice and both times they finished my car earlier than expected and put it back just like new.

Rocky V. and his team did a superb job on my Mazda, it looked brand new again. My family and I have been going to Seidner's El Monte and Alhambra for years and have never been disappointed. We followed wherever Rocky goes, his organization and customer service skills are excellent. I never have to worry when I hand over my car to him. Everything was explain very clearly and always texts or email to follow. Enrique M. helped me this time with the estimate and updates. He did a very thorough job with my car. He did an awesome job, I am very pleased with his work.Greetings upon entering facility was very friendly and courteous. I feel very welcomed and at ease. On observations while I was there, every customers was greeted with respect and friendliness. Definitely recommend this facility to friends and family. Keep up the good work Service: Body & Trim

Why give 1 point? I was so disappointed with the repair. The color was obviously wrong and I handed the car over to the customer. Although it was repaired in the end, it caused inconvenience and paid for a parking space at my own expense. I won't be back and don't recommend

I may have rated them in the past, but it can't hurt to leave them another glowing review. Not only is their work fantastic, but the customer service is impeccable. I was kept informed every step of the way on the progress of my repairs. Also, the Alhambra location is conveniently located directly across the street from an Enterprise office, so it's super easy to pick up and return a rental car when necessary. If a rental is not necessary, they provide a free shuttle for local customers (not sure of the radius...).

This place is the real deal, don't waste your time in shopping around. After making my appointment, I was welcomed and greeted warmly. They took my insurance (Mercury) and I was able to transfer my estimate from another location. Jeovani assessed my vehicle and kept me informed during the entire process. Seidner's has a text message system that keeps you up to date with the repairs. Jeovani and the team had my vehicle ready days ahead of schedule and my car looked better than ever. Seidner's also doesn't require you to pay your deductible until you pick up your vehicle, unlike other places which require you to pay your deductible before even ordering the parts. This place is super professional and keeps you informed on everything.Services: Tires, Painting, Body & Trim

Took my car in for a repair after being backed into by another driver/accident.Rocky (owner/manager) was great as was everyone I dealt with there both on the phone and in person.Was really impressed with how I was kept updated through the insurance process and repairs timing. And my car was ready and good to go 4 days ahead of schedule. They had cleaned my car inside and out before I picked it up.While I wish I WASN T in an accident, I m very happy I took my car to seidner s - the color matching on bumpers looks great and very happy with the repairs.Services: Tires, Body & Trim

At first, they said that it might take for months to wait for that part. But after I d dropped off my vehicle for just a few hours, I had a phone call from them that I was lucky to get the parts from Wondries Toyota at Alhambra on that same day and it would be repaired and finished ready to pick up by 5PM on the same day. All staffs here are very knowledgeable, friendly. They gave all information I needed. I m very appreciated everyone here and highly recommended anyone who would like to decide where should you bring your vehicle in to finish your repairs done. It has to be here, Seidner s Collision Centers at Alhambra location.

This branch has excellent customer service and did a great job on the body and paint repairs. They definitely overdelivered! They got me my car back 2 weeks before the expected delivery date. Brought our Altima in for repair of front quarter panel. All I had to do was give them the claim number and they handled everything else. They finished the work ahead of time and for the amount intially quoted. The car came back looking beautiful.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Unfortunately, I have been there twice and they delivered every time, satisfaction guaranteed. From the front desk to the manager, Rocky Vu, as a team their great communication, superb customer service & excellent results are very rare coming from an auto body repair shop. I went to your website and scheduled an appointment for an estimate for a Tesla model Y and received multiple confirmations for the vehicle and then when I showed up for my appointment I was told you don't work on Tesla's. It seems that your website should be updated to reflect this so I don't waste my time coming over to your location.

Excellent customer service and very understanding. Enrique goes above and beyond all the time to help. On time and great work. Loved the comfort of leaving my vehicles to people that I can trust will do great work and know that the turn around is done sooner than expected. Can honestly say that I will try to take my vehicle only to Seidners when permitted and / or accepted...

I own a car targeted for its catalytic converter, and Seidner s has been very efficient with their services. Of course, it helped to have insurance, so the cost was mostly offset by coverage. Still, I d recommend them to any victims of cat converter theft.Service: ExhaustService: Exhaust

I was extremely happy with the work that I had done here. I was a victim of a hit-and-run and had to have my driver door replaced. They did it all in a timely matter and did a fantastic job.
