This is an absolute scam. My Husband tried to purchase seats through them and a middle console for a truck he is working on. The initial price was paid for $300 and then they had called him saying insurance needed to be put for $170. He paid through cash app both times to a Que Peso recipient. After about 2 weeks he never received the package and he contacted the representative asking where he could get it. The person stated he needed to pay an additional shipping fee. Because the shipping company is requesting it. My husband stated he will not be sending any money and needs a refund. The representative stated he was trying to help if he would pay at least half of the shipping fee. My husband tried calling the number back and messaging on Facebook he s been blocked. We have contacted fraud department and police to make a report as well do not send your money to this scam!!

The seller was very rude asking me why I was even calling them if I could just buy something online. Horrible experience

Run, run, run away. These guys are awful. One of their names (Jack Wilson) is even listed on here as a fake customer giving a Google review. All I wanted was a fairly expensive part ordered & shipped. They agreed to a final price on the first call including shipping. Then they called back an hour later and changed the price significantly. They said the part they found instead was of insurance quality so they had to charge more. They said the first part quoted had scratches. They re very argumentative & pushy. All about the up sell for more money. A cultural negotiation approach, argue the customer to submission? I said no, just cancel the order. So they agreed to the original price to keep my business. I still wish I had that 20 minutes of my life back. Two days later (today) they called again just prior to shipping, but raising the price again. Very, very argumentative. Again I said no. These guys (I talked to 3 so far) have zero business ethics. I called my bank today since they have my debit card information and would not 100 percent agree to cancel my order yet. My bank is watching to see if they still push a transaction through. I ll gladly pay $100 more to another supplier who has better business ethics. (If they still charge me, I m sending my bank, lawyer & the law after them. I ve recorded the calls & their contradictory promises. Just avoid having your time wasted, go elsewhere.)

I ordered a red race (paint code) included and they sent me a orange one? I spoke to a person in Wilmington Delaware (west indian)but the part was sent from Ohio. This place is awful to work with. Bad customer service nothing but arun around.. I would never recommend anyone to do business with them!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMOANY!!!!Worst place to buy. Sold us an Ford 250 engine with a blown gasket, and doesn't want to take responsibility. THEY KNEW THE ENGINE WAS BAD!!!!!Do not buy from here!!! Worst place and worst service. broken parts, and they lie just to get a sale.ID GIVE ZERO STARS IS IT ALLOWED ME TO.I repeatDO NOT BUY FROM QUICKSNAP AUTO!!!!!

Facility is not located where they say they are or called what they are listed as. Google maps has them down as quicksnap auto parts, and on 511 s. Palm in alhambra ca. But there is no such business there. I call the number and i get a florida based company... complete garbage.

Better than promised!Got my exact part in just over 48 hrs!I was told I'd have a tracking number by then!Fair price as well!

Complete scam don't waste your time.They also go by many different names stc auto parts is the same scam.

Great place for recycled parts. Their prices are reasonable, and staff very knowledgeable. If they haven't got, they will get it for you.
