Happy that I only waited 30 minutes for an oil change and 15 minutes for my car to get washed. All in all, I waited 45 minutes. Happy with the fact I didn't wait over an hour, Happy with their service and that they washed my car. They were all respectful, kind, courteous, and wonderful manners! Thank you! Appreciate your kind respectful manners!

I've always had awesome experiences while getting service done at this location. Better than Honda when I had my civic many years ago. They're always very knowledgeable and efficient despite the high volume of service work done. Shout out to Thomas for some amazing work! The parts department is also really great at communicating and ordering.

I would rate my experience at this dealership 10/10. The staff were all absolutely amazing. They were all very friendly and attentive. Tony was exceptionally amazing. Expensive but great work and serviceI had an expensive repair but despite the sudden request they were able to acquire a new transmission and so all the work within a day and a half. I am deeply grateful and the person who managed my case was very kind and considerate of my situation. The whole fix (parts labor and all ) was a little pricy but I feel it was a fair price for everything involved including the speed with which the repairs were made.

Awesome customer service. Got my car in under 2 hours. Melvin was a really good salesman. Chris was very friendly and courteous along with Victor. Highly recommend Alhambra Nissan.

Nissan of Alhambra was great! Very helpful and professional. We were in and out of there within 2 1/2 hours! Unthinkable! They even got us some dinner while we were waiting for the financing part of the process. Will definitely recommend Nissan of Alhambra to family and friends.

I recently purchased a Nissan ROGUE from Nissan of Alhambra and I couldn't be happier! From the moment I walked in, the staff were super friendly and helpful. Jocelyn and the manager Benjamin answered all my questions and made the buying process seamless. The car itself exceeded my expectations - it's comfortable, fuel-efficient, and handles beautifully on the road. I'm so impressed with the quality and value for money. Took my car for service and my service writer Tomas was very friendly. He explained to me all the process that my car was going to go through and also answered all my questions. I always feel welcome at the location. The service was faster than what i expected. I can trust that my vehicle will be taking care by a Great Mechanic. Thank you once again. Alex in services was awesome. Friendly helpful with my situation with my car. Our family was having a rough day. I'm a home care provider so my car is important to make sure it runs well. Alex told me I had a 3 month extension on my car. So nothing came out of pocket. He told me what exactly was wrong with my car and never took advantage of my kindness. He kept me updated through text. Ty again Nissan of Alhambra. I will definitely be back, hopefully not too soon.

My service is always done good. The problem that I have is being pressured to pay a 1000 dollars every time I come to get an oil change. Juan said I needed to get my breaks done that I just got done also there was something with the battery which I also had just got a new one not to long ago. Now I supposedly have a leak which I did not have and my car is also parked in my garage and I have never seen anything leaking. Oh and my filter needs to be changed which I also got done recently. I see Alex is not there anymore and he would have said I needed these things done and he didn t say that. I just don t appreciate being hounded for services I know I don t need at the moment cause you have turned this into a who can make the most sales that is not good costumer service. We are in different times and people do not have it, and me personally I don t want to feel like life and death that these things need to be done when I know they don t. I have family that are mechanics so I know it s a lie just to get sales this kind of service needs to change or I will stop going to Nissan to get my car serviced.

I appreciate you all in Nissan of Alhambra for keeping the Rouge maintained for the past 3 years now. For those who don t know in the dealership this 2020 Rouge I own is actually used by my mother because I had decided to give the Rouge after refinancing it to my mother for her daily commutes. I did appreciate the Management for offering me a good deal for 2023 model but I am searching for something more suitable for MY needs.

Nissan alhambra repaired my 2010 pathfinder with reasonable price and quality service. Brandon team is professional and thoughtful. Brandon gave me several choices to repair my pathfinder and help me to make a decision for the money efficient way. They fixed the problem just on the target and make my pathfinder to run like a tank again. They finished the job on time and offered free uber service and 10% discount of total cost. They are nice and responsible for text messages and phone call. I will use their services next time.

I ve had my car serviced at many Nissan locations through out the country and the costumer service at this location was definitely at the top. I was assisted by Manuel who was very friendly, informed me promptly when the car was done being serviced, and made sure to explain all that was completed. The lady at checkout and the guy who brought my car were also super friendly. They also have a Target and Costco within walking distance.

Had a really bad experience with the sales person. At first Jenny was really nice and helpful. We gave them every paper they asked for and we were told we got approved and they gave us the car. We started to receive different calls from Jenny saying that we need more proof of address and that if we didn't give it they would take the car. We gave then multiple papers and they did not want them they kept asking for our bank statements which we declined because we had provided multiple papers. After having the car for almost a month we received a paper saying the bank did not approve us. We went to the dealership to go figure something out and Victor was really rude. He practically told me that I didn't know anything and he gave me attitude. We took my brother since he has more experience buying cars and victor called him papash which my brother told him in a nicely manner that he did not like to be called that which angered Victor and told my brother to stop talking because it was none of his business. I did not like that he disrespected my brother and I told him he did not have to be rude because he told him in a nicely manner. He did not help us whatsoever and told us that it's not up to him and that they could take the car away. I never expected to be treated this way by people who say are professional.

I visited Nissan of Alhambra yesterday, I was a bit nervous because I thought I was going to meet a pushy salesman but it was nothing like that. My appointment was with Hassan he was very professional and friendly. I also met with the floor manager Victor he made me feel comfortable and talking with him made me feel like I was talking with someone I knew forever he definitely had me laughing the whole visit. Both Hassan and Victor were very informative and answered any questions I had. Even though I didn't leave with a new car they tried to help me the best they could. I will definitely return to purchase a car, they have great selections, and the customer service was amazing.

This is my first time bring my Nissan Rogue to get an the works including an oil change at the Nissan of Alhambra. First I made appointment and time to bring the car. Brought the car on a Saturday early in the morning they was a long line at the service area I waited until a service personal comes he did his name is Juan he help me out then I told him what kind of service I want the complete works and other service. The cars runs better would thanks the staff at the Nissan of Alhambra.

As a dedicated Nissan customer for years, it's disappointing to share my recent experience at Nissan of Alhambra, which was far below the standards I've always associated with Nissan.In October 2023, the customer service during my vehicle purchase was notably lacking. The staff's approach was neither engaging nor customer-focused, which is unexpected and disheartening when making such a significant investment.To add to my dismay, the pricing of the vehicle felt unjustified. After careful market comparison, it's evident that the price I paid was disproportionately high, making me question the fairness and integrity of the dealership's pricing strategy.Regrettably, the issues didn't end with the purchase. Merely two weeks later, I faced audio and electrical problems with the car, necessitating multiple service visits on a brand new 2023 model. This raised serious concerns about the quality and reliability of the vehicle I was sold, further tarnishing my experience.Currently, I am considering refinancing options, hoping for a more equitable deal. It's unfortunate that as a loyal Nissan enthusiast, I have to take these steps. Loyal customers should feel valued and respected, something I've sadly missed in this transaction.I hope this review serves as a wake-up call for Nissan of Alhambra to critically reassess and improve their customer service, pricing transparency, and vehicle quality checks. Customers deserve honesty, respect, and reliability, all of which were lacking in my recent experience. Also, as of January 2, 2024 we never received a copy of our contract and paperwork.

Brandon helped me get my car in and out for a routine service and recommended some other services which I decided I'd take care of on my next trip. The only thing I didn't get was my complimentary car wash but that was ok. Thank you Nissan of Alhambra

Manny was so helpful! I ve had bad experiences in the past with Nissan service shops. It was so refreshing to go to the Alhambra Nissan location and have a great experience. Everyone was so kind, and Manny was very informative & helpful! I didn t feel like I was getting scammed.

Chris the manager gave us the best of service got us with one of his guys Melvin in and out within 3 hours which is rare and gave us the best deal he could. Both of them worked together and made it a smooth buy definitely recommend!
